I should have posted what made me busy this afternoon but I can't upload photos due to my super fast internet connection, haha! It made me sleepy while waiting. And since we can see BCH now in green again at $528.58 , I will tell you something green. It was what I have read last weeks about okra or Ladies' Finger. Okra from the Philippines is now in South Korea. It was the first commercial shipment with an initial batch of 1,200 kilograms. (GMA News) South Koreans will now taste good quality okra from the Philippines which is a good source of fiber, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. And if you have okra at your menu earlier, for sure some toxins from your body will be removed and you will have a clean stomach tomorrow. Goodnight, sleep tight, sweet dreams, and don't forget to 🙏.

This is good news for okra farmers. We have okra plants and my parents love it. Though we just need to eat in moderation as it can have adverse effect on our stomuch if eaten too much.
