Sharing with you my vegan lunch. Lumpiang togue wrapped in mulberry leaves, fried dried wood ear mushrooms, camote cue, dragon fruit and banana. Dried wood ear mushrooms on the first photo are like jelly ears. Some of these were in different shapes and sizes in black, maroon, brown, or white like small flowers. And it takes a lot of research to identify them all. Though we have few edibles here and will show some of it next time. 🤤🍽️

Tangoy Tangoy tawag namin dyan sa amin sis paborito ko yan, pero noong lumipat na kami sa Bohol wala na hindi na ako nakakakita nyan. Kaya namis ko talaga yan.
Very healthy talaga ng foodies mo sissy. Di ko pa natatry yang ear mushrooms na yan. Ano lasa? 😁
