Pechay life cycle
Good-evening every one, i want to share to you the pechay plants of my officemate. My officemate wanted to plant pechay, she ask to our office utility to dig some soil in her garden and put it in a small plastic container. It was Saturday September 12, 2020, after 2 days the seeds germinate and form ito a seedlings. I captured some picture's The life cycle of pechay has its own apperance and characteristics
**Seeds -** are the first stage of life cycle of pechay.
**Germinating**- the seed start to sprout some roots and show some tiny leaves germinating takes 3 to 5 days. **Seedlings** **Young vegetable** **Mature vegetable** **Flowering** **Seed producing** **Drying of plants** My officemate was excited and hoping it will produce some mature bigger size leaves to harvest. Well this is what i wondering for how the pechay produce seed? I never see a fruit of pechay
The pechay never produce fruits but if the pechay reach the stage of seed producing which is the pechay flowers will turn into seeds it takes 7 to 8 weeks during that time you will see seeds on it and you can used again on planting.
So that how it can reproduce the pechay thanks for this useful info
