Just came from the hospital because i suddenly had a massive acid reflux . Most times its not eating food thats gentle om stomach other times its just stress and i was stressed with the situation now adays . Anyway after vomiting a couple of times and having a syringe to keep.my blood pressure normal im back home . Just saw we lost the big match of cricket today and i still support my team like muaaah love u all. Thats how the weekend went😅
