  You can do vimeo up to 2x. It is also available as a podcast at http://podcast.bitcoincash.site/ (overcast enables you to easily play podcasts up to 2x IIRC) and it is on https://lbry.tv/@BitcoinCashSite:6 too but I have been getting major buffering lately on LBRY even after transcoding using ffmpeg and their suggested command.

I'm getting decent results with 1080p and ~3.2Mbps bitrate; but I think I'll probably drop to 780p and ~1.5Mbps; not much of a quality difference on mobile (which is my target audience)
