Saying Goodbye to NoiseCash

Saying goodbye hurts but it´s time.

Time to let go of the past and embark on a new adventure.

But before I can do that I just want to look back one last time.

My First Noise

It must have been January 2021 when I first posted on Noise as BitcoinBaby.

Why BitcoinBaby?

Because I did not know shit about crypto and the only coin I was holding was Bitcoin.

I was such a baby, taking my first steps into the cryptoverse. I don't remember what I posted & as it took me a minute to go back a month meaning it will take me 30 minutes to scroll all the way back.

But it does not matter, it was probably some baby BS as I did not know poo.

Baby Learn A Lot

But I spend two years learning. Learning how to trade spot, learning how to make money from free NFTs, learning how to read the charts, learning about the global economy and the impact on the crypto market.

One more thing I learned was to sniff out great places to earn free crypto. I found Torum and made a crazy amount of Money from there. But I found it thanks to Noise Cash. That is where I got the link, sniffed it and it passed the sniffing test.

It was that same Noise Cash that introduced me to Cake DFI, where I also made a nice buck.

But it´s not all about the money

I started many cool groups and channels but most important I met so many cool, smart and interesting people that thought me a lot.

I shared a lot of cool posts, teaching others what I learned, and got a great response.

But it was the people that made it fun. All those Noisers that made me go back to that gray page every day and write a new micro-blog, or two, or three. I am not gonna call you out, but you know who you are.

I also saw a lot of cool people leave the platform for different reasons, often reasons that had to do with how Noise rewarded us.

It´s not all about the Money but....

Rewards have always been a big point of discussion on Noise Cash and I must admit that it has not always been ideal. But it was a very good ride. I have seen weeks where I made over $20 but lately, those numbers did not even come close. I was lucky if I made 5 dollars a week.

I just found this fun feature in my Noise wallet that will show me how much I made on Noise Cash after all my hard-earned BCH was stolen by Celsius early June.

Just go to your wallet and click on history:

Once you open up that history click on Wallet Statement.

Select the period-

And generate the statement:

So I made 86 dollars since 13 June, which is indeed $20 a month and $5 a week. These were the worst weeks, but just as a minimum, I must have made 90 times $5 at least meaning at least 4 BCH during my time on the platform.

But it´s time to say goodbye, I will be posting there for a bit longer but as of today my focus will be on the Noise App and I will keep you all posted about this old baby's journey on this new Noise Platform.
