    I wouldn't put too much weight on anything produced by the mannequin. (I wonder who actually wrote the executive order?) Typically anything that comes out of the US Government is negative.

      Well not negative but definitely meant to strengthen their status and make them money, but the words are more positive than expected and unfortunately for the space to grow ....people want to feel safe....and that requires ughhhhh Rules and regulations.
