BUY THE DIP..... famous words...the question is always WHEN? The answer is Nobody KNOWS. But if a dip lasts for a week....it will continue into the next one in most cases. So If we do not correct today we will be sliding down during the next week I expect the bottom to be around 52 K so not buying too much for now. #CryptoTrading

I know you're breathlessly waiting for my "just DCA and HODL!" comment, so here it is: If you just Dollar Cost Average into crypto, (or any other market), and then HODL your investments, you are likely to do just as well or better long term. (If you don't believe that your investments will do well long term, then why are you buying them?)
I still believe that timing the dip has a bigger ROI and as I am trading I bet on the fact that certain alts will outperform bitcoin and give me a bigger return of which a part will be reused as investment and another part will be used to buy BTC when the dips bottom out..... But not saying its the best, I just see that so far it did well for me
If you have the time and discipline to do this properly, I don't doubt it will do very well. Alas, discipline is something I have almost none of, and what little rationality I possess is easily overridden by my emotions. So trading is not for me!
Well I am learning....the hard way. Will tell you a secret.... That shows I am still a stupid baby. Been on Torum quite some time and I had a good amount of XTM. When I started XTM was like 5 cent and I have been following the project .... And although I like it I do see a lot of things that made me doubt it's future....so when Torum hit 🎯 1 dollar and I finally was owning my first 20x coin I sold some as that was my target. Also sold some at 1.20 and I really made half of my 2021 profit by selling at and above my target. So there's your discipline, your calculated emotionless trading.... And now Torum XTM is at 2 dollar 💵💰. But I am very happy 😁 with the profit made just still a baby trader in a big bad crypto verse
Why is that stupid? Taking profit is never stupid! You had a target price, and you executed at that price. What would be stupid was like what happened with Doge, when people got emotional and expected it to break $1.00, when they could have sold for more than $.50 .
You are right and I probably just feel stupid in hindsight, but indeed I set a target hit the target and above and the target was a moon target I mean from 6 cents to over $1.20 without even investing a dime.....well investing time but still. It´s the would have could have that makes me feel stupid.... and thats stupid

Thanks I do ... I returned myself my initial investment in crypto. So right now even if I lose everything I just lost the time I invested in playing this game.
