Why Shakespeare would fail in read cash?

If I have 200 followers and I post a 5 lines random article of no value and 100 followers comment 60 characters each on it and give me 100 likes, then will get good number of points. If Shakespeare was in read cash and his article got 10 comments then he would have got very less points. That's how random rewarder, a computer program works. It cannot know about quality, it can only count as per the programing. Computers can judge the quality of a tangible product but not writings. So Shakespeare would have failed in read cash.
