"Cherry Jack" Once again, I would like to address the issue of "scary vacations". Good morning, dear wonderful people who read.cash! Today is the thirty-first of October and the end of the second month of autumn, and for some reason it has become very foggy this year. Halloween, one of the favorite holidays of American children. Although it has recently arrived in Ukraine. Halloween is becoming more and more popular: in many stores there are special Halloween items, and people like to wear their Halloween costumes. The Christian church celebrates All Saints' Day (I am a Christian). On Halloween, children go door to door to trick-or-treat, just like the trick-or-treaters in our country. They wear different costumes.Armed with pumpkins and lanterns, they go to neighbors and strangers who give them candy and fruit so that children don't make fun of them. One of the most spectacular Christmas traditions is the carving of pumpkins. An old Irish legend says that jack-o'-lanterns were named after a man named Jack. In life, he was gullible and stingy. He could not go to heaven because he was a friend of the devil and played tricks on them. As a result, Jack had to walk through traffic lights until the day of his trial. One of the activities on Halloween is, of course, fortune telling. This fortune telling is similar to that which is performed on Christmas Eve. For example, a coin, a ring and a thimble are baked into a cake. The one who found the ring in the dish was considered to be about to get married or married. The one who found the coin was sure to become rich. A thimble, on the other hand, meant that one was unlucky - in this case it meant that one was permanently penniless and did not find love, in short, a thimble meant a joke of the spirits.Nowadays, few people believe in the existence of these evil spirits, but Halloween celebrations have become a tradition and are considered fun. There are several scary stories that are told especially on the night of October 31. But I don't want to tell you another horror story, I've already read several here, and then I can't sleep well because I don't believe in post-mainstream people and don't want to be disturbed by "them". Well, after a little digression, of course I want to address the topic of Christmas recipes. ***I call my pie "Cherry Jack".*** It is made from very simple ingredients.Children will be delighted with such a pie)))! Who loves stuffing with cherries and shortbread dough make sure you make it. *INGREDIENTS:* Flour-360 grams. Eggs-(egg yolk to cover the top of the cake). Cold water -40-60 ml Butter -200g. *Filling* Cherries- 500 gr Starch- 1 tbsp water 2 tbsp *Very easy process:* Grate frozen butter, add salt and sugar. And also water.Knead a homogeneous shortbread dough. Pour cherry jam (you can take frozen cherries) into a saucepan, meanwhile, dissolve a spoonful of starch in a glass of water and pour it into our jam Cook over low heat until it thickens. We divide our dough into two parts; roll out one part and lay it out on our deco (baking dish); prick it with a fork. And on this dough we put our filling. Roll out the second part and cut out the face of our "Jack Use this part to cover our filling and brush it with whipped egg yolk. We put our "Jack" in the oven 👻 ha-ha-ha (evil laughter) for 180° for 40 minutes. "You're going to be our breakfast!!!!"-whispered from the next room... So my darlings, may you have a killer holiday this Halloween and may everything scary become beautiful from this day forward! *💀Pumpkin, candles, masks, makeup -* *The fun begins* *And we'll memorize the password* *Life or treat!* *And then it's off to the razzle-dazzle* *A vampire convention, a witch coven* *There's gonna be a party and there's gonna be screamin' and hollerin'* *And moaning and shouting here and there .* *A reason to let go of your worries.* *Once a year, it's time to have some fun .*👻

"Herring under a fur coat" Today is Saturday the thirtieth of October, and for me it seems tedious today.I thought of many plans today that I just do not have time to do.The common cold just sweeps me off my feet. But I know that I have to do it all! Hello my dear readers read.cash I hope that you are well and you are not ill.I wanted to make a vegetable salad for dinner and decided to treat my family to our favorite herring salad, which is a great dish for the whole family. When I opened the refrigerator to see what we had in it, I discovered it was empty. I had to go to the store. I bought all the ingredients I needed and started cooking. First I boiled the potatoes and other vegetables. Then I peeled the herrings and cut them into small pieces. When I cleaned the herring, I pricked my foot a few times, but there was no blood. To be honest, herring with skin was not a traditional New Year's dish when I was a kid. My mother and grandmother prepared herring in the usual way: cut into pieces, with onions and oil and potatoes.Today I will tell you how to prepare herring under the skin, which has a layer of egg.The recipe for herring under the skin is known to many people; since this dish is quite popular, the recipes are different. This version - is just one of the options, but there are others, with a slightly different composition of products (we add grated apple, but I think it is unnecessary in my salad) The description will be step by step - so cooking will be easy. *Here is the recipe for those who are interested.* *Herring fillet.* 3-4 potatoes. 1 small carrot. 3-4 hard-boiled eggs. 1 onion. 1 large beet or 2 small beets. Mayonnaise. Greens for garnish. *How to prepare* Start by boiling the potatoes, eggs, beets and carrots. While everything is cooking, add the herring. Remove the bones and cut them into small pieces.Remove the cooked vegetables and eggs from the water, let them cool and clean them. When everything has cooled down, dice the onion and grate the rest of the vegetables with a coarse grater. Now make sure you have a good tray on which to place the salad. Start the creative process of preparing the herring right under the skin. First layer: sliced herring fillets. Try to make it nice and soft, so that it is round. Second: add the onion. Some people like green onions and put in lots of them - why not? But if you don't like them, you can limit the amount. Without onions, you won't get herring in a loaf: the flavor will be mild but not classic. Third: potatoes Fourth: with egg. Fifth: Boiled carrots, mayonnaise. Sixth: Beet, mayonnaise, repeat layers from step one and garnish salad as desired. *All photos were taken by me* Just chopped vegetables or green peas. The decoration is a separate matter, so be imaginative and make it your own. I make this salad in a hurry for dinner, which is why it's so easy and fluffy. Try to line up all the layers in the order listed in the recipe. It's important to achieve fullness of flavor and aroma. I hope the step by step instructions are clear and you won't have any problems. Why is it better to hunt potatoes? They contain more vitamins and other nutrients. They are also less cooked and easier to grate. Many people cook herring under the skin without eggs, but in this salad they are very harmonious and the flavor is richer. Therefore, this layer is desirable. Use the mayonnaise as you like: you can spread it on each layer or spread it less thickly, as I did. You can form the dish into a roll - it looks very interesting. You can garnish it with herbs and add them nicely. Dear readers, that's all for now. I hope you enjoyed this version of the dish and that it inspires you to make it. ***Love yourself and your loved ones, cook only with quality ingredients.👋***

"Homemade sausage" "At home"-that means made by our hands and at home. Hello my connoisseurs and readers read.cash.In this terrible period of pandemic I want to wish you good health to you and your family.Take care of yourself, as it will not be trite to say, but wear masks and keep distance from each other. Not for someone, and for themselves, for their health is the most important thing in our lives! Yesterday I went to visit my family, we were invited. Well, to go to the guests is not only about the holiday, and to help. Yesterday my sister and I did a lot of meat dishes (preserves for the future) as it is called in the stores "ready-made" only we did "homemade" that is, without any chemicals, only natural products, and of course made sausage. She gave me two sausages, which I cooked at home, one of the meat and another of liver (we took pork). I want to digress and say that I am a Christian by religion, and my faith allows me to eat meat of any animal. I know that other religions do not eat pork, and in others beef or veal.Because pork is a dirty animal, well, the cow in India as I know is considered a sacred animal. So please do not judge me strictly. And so for the basis you can take any meat: pork, beef, veal, you can combine them in this recipe, as well as to your liking, add cheese, pre-cut into cubes. You can make it even spicier by adding a tablespoon or two of mustard. I used the following ingredients:- pork 1,5 kg;- bacon 400 g;- salt 1,5 tsp;- pepper 1 tsp;- garlic 2 cloves. *Let's go!* Cut the meat into small pieces, pour off the fat, mix everything together and season with salt and pepper. Put the garlic in a press and stuff it with the stuffing, add a little broth or water, mix everything well and put it in the casing, put the sausage in a container and leave it in the fridge overnight. Bring the water to a boil, put in the sausage, bring to a boil and cook for 30 minutes. Remove the sausage, pat dry with a paper towel and place in a bowl. I pour a little vegetable oil on the bottom, so it does not stick to the bottom during baking. And put it in the oven for 15min.until a slight browning at 110 ° I take it out of the oven and prick each sausage three times with a knife, so that in the future our sausage will not fall apart and burst.Put back in the oven for 30 minutes at t° 170 Take it out, cool it down, eat it! And here is the recipe for a second liver sausage (with a very delicate flavor): *1 kg liver* *1 kg lard* *1 kg of soft meat* *1 onion* *3-4 cloves* *3-4 peppercorns* *a small piece of cinnamon* *salt* *Get pork liver, preferably a thick one* (I have the same liver from the first version), which is available in stores, but in my case it was from domestic pigs. Remove the liver from the boiling water, cut it into small pieces, also trim the fat and meat. Mix everything together and add salt. Fill the thick pork carcasses with the prepared stuffing (if you don't have a meat grinder, you can cut off part of a 1 liter plastic bottle at the neck end and fill the carcasses with the narrow side of a tablespoon). Store in the refrigerator for 4-5 days, but no longer, and in the freezer for up to a month. These two recipes I offer you, and maybe someone wants to please themselves and their loved ones. But in fact, all family members are involved in the process and everyone enjoys it. Our trip to visit my sister made us tired, but it was a pleasant fatigue because we live far away from each other and do not often see each other. We all have our own family and their worries. I love my family, but my father is very missed, he was taken by God a month ago. ***And to you, my beloved readers, I wish you a delicious table, a pleasant appetite and do not forget your relatives. Take care and be healthy!***

Edible eyes for Halloween Hello money readers, Halloween is right around the corner and I'd like to touch on this topic too, but only in a puzzle version! We will be making "edible eyes", which can be a stand-alone dish or simply a decoration for your other masterpieces. Halloween is the darkest and most controversial holiday of the year. It is a celebration of freedom, unbridled evil, and faith in spirits, and has been celebrated the night before All Saints' Day for over a millennium. Everyone dresses up in monster costumes and makes masquerades, while children walk around the neighborhood selling candy. I recommend making a monster-themed cake, it gets everyone excited, especially the kids. *And, of course, a description of what we need:* 1) Forms for pancakes and cupcakes. 2) Food coloring (but now in stores there are ready-made jellies in different colors and different flavors, such as: green will be flavored with kiwi, and red will be flavored with strawberries, orange with orange flavor, etc.) 3) gelatin or agar-agar) 4)milk 5)syrup 6)sugar 7)syringe 8) candy for the pupil of dark chocolate (can be replaced by currants). And so we take the bottom of the form and use a syringe to pour, in our cells, green gelatin. When it's a little bit frozen (but not quite!) put our pupil (half a round chocolate candy) Now we fill our remaining half of the mold with milk jelly. Cover our form with the second part, and also fill it with milk jelly. And we put "our eyes" in the refrigerator until it hardens, if suddenly some "eye" does not want to get out, then gently help him with a toothpick. We transfer our "eyes" to a separate bowl. And on the second bowl we pour red jelly (this will be an imitation of blood) We put the "eyes" in red jelly and pour a little of it over each "eye" And put it back in the cold for complete solidification. That's it!!!!Our scary-delicious dessert-ready! I hope you liked this idea I almost forgot! How to make milk, and other jellies: you need to take a quick-soluble gelatin and dissolve it in milk as written in the instructions on the bag, but gelatin should be put more than recommended, so that the jelly was more elastic and held its shape. In this article I want to remember my dear and creative friend @***rebeysa85*** Inspiration to you my friend! P/S :do not delay with the repair and do not go to the electrician.Just kidding😉 ***Wishing my friends a good and productive evening👋***

Honey cake(Medovik) Just like the borscht recipe, every housewife has her own "haney cake" recipe. This is of course correct and I thought I would share mine with you.I don't claim to be perfect. Everyone has their own ideals. My "perfect" haney cake always have thin crusts, there should be plenty of them, the flavor should be bright and memorable, and the crust should be soft and light. It should be so soft that it permeates the haney cake and unifies it as a whole, but surprisingly, the cream doesn't stand out and the cake has a uniform consistency.I'm not against adding ingredients to a cake, in fact I enjoy it, but when I tried the honey cream with boiled condensed milk and caramel, the ingredients seemed unnecessary.I make a honey cake with honey and sugar. My version has a lot of honey in it, which gives it a unique flavor and aroma, without overpowering it. To contrast with the cake, I use less sugar and make a very light mixture of cream, custard and whipped cream. Sometimes I add a little honey directly to the cream. The ingredients are simple and easy to find, and the quantities are not intimidating - no long lists or two-gram scales. Making the dough and cream is very easy. The hardest part was rolling out the 12 slices of dough. My design is quite modern, but you can also sprinkle it with crushed stone, as is usually done with honeysuckle. The ingredients are given in both grams and cups. So even if you don't have a scale, you can make this cake again. In this recipe, 1 tablespoon = 240 ml. *Cake.* 450 g flour (3 tablespoons). 200 g (3/4 tablespoon) liquid honey. 50 g (1/4 teaspoon) brown sugar 30 ml (2 tablespoons) water 2 eggs 1/2 teaspoon soda *Cream.* 500 g (2 tablespoons) sour cream (at least 25% fat) 300 g (1/2 tablespoon) whipped cream (at least 30% fat) 100 g (1/2 tablespoon) icing sugar 60 g (2 tablespoons) honey It is, of course, easy to express. Put the sugar and water in a saucepan and heat until the sugar dissolves. Remove from the heat, add the butter and stir. While the sugar mixture cools slightly, heat the honey to about 40°C. Add the butter and stir. Add the liquid honey to the sugar mixture and stir until smooth.Mix half the sifted flour with the honey and sugar syrup, allow the dough to cool, then add the eggs one by one, stirring constantly until smooth, then add the remaining flour and baking powder.Knead until the dough is smooth and elastic. Divide the dough into 12 pieces (or 6 pieces), place in a plastic bag and leave in the fridge for 12 hours. To avoid using too much flour, the dough can be rolled out directly on a silicone mat for a thinner biscuit. The dough can be stretched on baking paper or a floured board. The dough can be divided into 6 pieces and stretched to a thickness of about 0,5 cm.Stretch the dough to a thin thickness of 3 mm. I have 12 layers.I bake on a silicone tray. This means that before baking, I put the bread on a baking mat, put it in the oven and wipe off any excess flour.Bake the crust in a preheated oven at 220°C for 5-8 minutes.I bake in convection mode. The crust will brown. Lighter cakes do not have a richer flavour or aroma. Overbaked or burnt cakes turn bitter. Depending on the characteristics of your oven. While the cake is baking, make the next cake. If all the batter is in the fridge, take it out one at a time. While the biscuits are still warm, press them together and spread the leftovers on top of the biscuits. When the cake has cooled, spread the cream. If you don't use them all at once, put them in an airtight container. Gingerbread dough is not spiced and does not keep for long. However, the fresher they are, the better the cake will taste. *Whip the sour cream until foamy.* Whip the cream lightly, add the honey a little at a time without breaking the whipping cream, then add the icing sugar. Do not overbeat the cream. It should have a soft tart consistency, and when lifting the whipped end should bend but not protrude.Gently fold the sour cream into the whipped cream mixture. The cream should be soft and fluffy, not too sweet and with a strong honey taste. You can omit the honey if you like, but this is a matter of taste.Spread the cream on all the crusts and leave them for 12 hours.Do not fill the jars immediately. Leave 100 g sour cream, 60 g cream and 1 tablespoon icing sugar. Finish the cream the next day. After the cake has soaked, I cut off any curved edges. This makes the cake quite soft, but it keeps its shape perfectly and is very easy to make. I cover the cake with cream.Cake crumbs can be sprinkled over the meringue.I have loved cooking since I was a child. My mother's kingdom, the kitchen, is undergoing exciting changes every day. Spoons, forks, spatulas, spoons, bottles, stirrers and pans - I can't help smiling when I see my mother preparing a main course. But now I am a cook, helping my mother. Now I make my own cake.To be honest, making cakes is fun and challenging at the same time. But it is so satisfying when you can make a cake with your own hands for your family and friends. That's how I like to do what I do - make cakes. The most rewarding thing for me is when my family praises me.

How I once baked pies.Part 2 While on holiday at my parents' house, I decided to learn how to cook. My mother and I were getting ready and I discovered my father's diploma. He earned it in the army. It was an interesting job: baker. I wondered why my father did not bake bread at home. He was a good cook, but he mostly made meat dishes. So I wanted to learn how to cook. There was no internet back then, so I studied cookbooks and looked for recipes in magazines. Over time, I gained experience, improved my knowledge and started to choose the best recipes. *Dough loves love* I always choose a time when no one will disturb me when I am cooking. Baking dough requires special attention and, above all, an attitude. You should not think about pie and you should not start baking when you are in a bad mood. Pies taste best when they work their magic in the kitchen. We like to handle the dough and wrap it with love and care. That is why we like to play good music before we start. It allows you to relax. The fabric seems to feel it and responds to it with tenderness and gratitude. It melts in the mouth and delights the admirer. *In training. Today I am making a pie*. All the ingredients are prepared in advance: good flour, fresh yeast, eggs, good butter and milk. Then we decide what to put in the pie. I usually prepare several different fillings: poppy seeds, minced meat, cottage cheese, carrots, eggs and onions. Now that we have all the products, we start making the pastry. First we make the yeast, put it in a warm place and cover the pot with a lid. This gave the germ time to ferment. *Pavement preparation* For the cheesecake, mix the cottage cheese with the cream and sugar. For the roll, prepare the poppy seed filling. Poppies are a favourite to be honoured. Bring it to the boil twice, cook it slightly, mix it with the butter and sugar and let it cool. Only now can you fill the roll with it. The carrot filling is also time-consuming. The carrots are well washed, rubbed and lightly fried. For the onion and egg pâté, I finely chopped the onions, boiled the eggs and mixed everything together. The minced meat is prepared the day before. I put it in a frying pan and fry it. I usually make a lot of dough so that there is enough for all the fillings. My housemates have different tastes. I like carrot cake and cottage cheese, while my husband and children like meat, onions and eggs. I think I have understood everything. Oh, not everything! The cat is rubbing my leg, looking at me with pleading eyes. I remembered that my dear cat had a liver: "Be patient, my friend. Your turn will come. Okay, I'll treat your cheeks to one of my favourite cakes." *The rising dough is ready.* The rising is ready: it is a little bigger and has lots of bubbles on the surface.                                   Kneading takes a few minutes. I have heated the milk, melted the butter and sifted the flour. I slowly kneaded all the ingredients into the dough. I kneaded until the dough was of such a consistency that it did not stick to my hands. Place the pan in a warm place. Now I have to wait 3-4 hours for the dough to rise. Let it be. I allow myself to relax a little, have a cup of tea, talk to the cat. I also use this time to imagine the end result: I imagine how beautiful, delicious and tasty the cakes will be. *She runs out of the kitchen.* However, I seem to have relaxed too soon. I realise that I do not have enough butter. After saying goodbye to the cat, I run to the shop. Good thing it's close to home. So the baking process does not suffer. *Baking cakes.* The dough came out perfectly, even with the lid of the pan up. I took out a large board (my mother always did this), sprinkled it with flour and poured the dough on it. At this point, it relaxed a little. No big deal, it will rise again. Now the important thing is to divide it into portions so that there is enough filling. I have 4 types of filling, so I divide the dough into 4 portions. One larger portion for the cheesecake and the rest equally. I then made sausages from each piece of dough and divided them into several equal parts, which I rolled into a round. Now it was time to fill. Spread it out into all the circles. With a deft touch, each piece turned into a pie. *"Figs."* Yes, yes, I still had dough left and I was out of ingredients. I remembered my mother's joke: "And the one without filling is the most delicious pie." In this case, she made "figs" and sprinkled sugar on them first and then spread the melange on top. As a child, my sister and I would laugh and eat the shapes first. *The oven was heated* The oven was preheated. I put the cakes on a baking tray and let them rise for a while. Then we put them in the oven together. While I was still baking the cakes, the cat peeked into the kitchen and meowed curiously. Finally, the first batch was ready. The cat had a piece of liver patty. At first he rushed to eat it, but it burned him and he sniffed it and twisted it with his paws for a long time until it cooled. Then he ate the sausage to pieces. He seemed to be full. It was fun to watch. When all the cakes were baked, I smeared them with butter, covered them with a clean dish towel, and again remembered my mother's teaching that cakes must be puffed after baking. By then the family had returned from work. I greeted them by saying: "I baked you some nice crispy cakes. I made them as usual with love and skill. I was very pleased that the cakes turned out so well. Everyone ate their favourite food and there was no need to eat dinner. So one day of my life ended with baking cakes. I owe it all to my dad and his baking education. Thanks to them, I wanted to bake cakes and bread and I learned to do it. All pictures were taken by me. thanks for reading🥞🍭🍬🍩

How I once baked pies Even though everyone here is tired of the monotonous greetings, I want to welcome you: Good morning to you all, have a nice day and good mood!!!!" Today is a beautiful autumn day, and when I opened my eyes this morning, I suddenly felt something delicious and sweet. I have always admired my mother's baking skills, especially her cakes. I asked her for the recipe and it was up to me to make it. One weekend, my parents went to visit friends and left me at home for the day. I decided to bake my first cake and surprise my parents. The first thing I did was go to the store to buy yeast and milk, because I didn't have them at home. Fortunately, my parents left me some money for an allowance. When all the necessary elements were ready, I put on an apron and began to make my masterpiece. First, I measured the milk and put it on the stove. However, it got too hot and, as my mother told me, I should not have added yeast because the dough would spoil and it would not rise. When the milk had cooled slightly, I made the same starter and put it in a warm place near the radiator. While the stew was simmering, I worked on the filling. I had apples at home, so it was decided what filling to use. After peeling, I coarsely grated them and sprinkled them with sugar. Then I went back to the dough. I added all the necessary ingredients and started to knead the dough. At first I didn't like the dough: it sat in my hands for a long time and then seemed to want to run straight to the floor. Finally, after much effort, the dough was ready. Then I put it back on the hot radiator and waited for it to rise. On the second rise, I stretched the dough and it fell out of the tin onto the table. All that was left was to make the cakes. At first my pieces didn't stick at all, until I realised. I thought all the pies were on the tray. Time to bake! After the time indicated in the recipe, I took the pies out of the oven. The smell was amazing! The pies were a little browner than they should have been, but that didn't affect the taste. My parents were very surprised when they got home. They liked my surprise. The pies were a big hit! I hope you enjoyed my article, look forward to your comments👋

Gift Gingerbread Cookies. Holiday Taste💥 These biscuits can be given to the people we love most. Last year I made many of these boxes as gifts, and it was nice to give my loved ones some of my own warmth. I've never had so much fun baking. The excitement and gratitude was endless...... *Ingredients and how to cook*🥞 Clean the ginger and grate it with a fine grater.Mix the butter with the sugar. Add the honey. Beat one more time. How to make chocolate cake in just 30 minutes This new recipe makes a richly flavored, sweet chocolate cake in just 30 minutes. No oven, no crusts, no dough, no gelatin or other additives are needed in our dessert: we take the simplest cookies, some chocolate and only need to cool.  *Ingredients:*   200 grams of inexpensive cookies 120 grams of butter 400 grams of mascarpone 120 grams of dark chocolate 110 milliliters of warm cream 100 grams of white chocolate Transfer the cookies to the bowl of a blender. Add 80 grams of melted butter, a tablespoon of heavy cream and grind everything together to a fine crumb. Spread the resulting mass on a parchment-lined round baking sheet and seal it with a kitchen spatula. In a separate bowl put 400 grams of mascarpone, add 60 grams of butter at room temperature. Beat with a mixer until stiff peaks. Then add 100 grams of melted white chocolate to the same bowl and beat again. Separately, with a mixer whip 120 milliliters of cream with a fat content of at least 36% and pour this mixture to the previous one. Spread it all over the base in the mold. It's not a cake, it's a treat: it's a shame to even serve it to the table. Such beauty would be a shame to serve it to the table. The cake is very tasty, moist, original in its execution, you can take it as a base and make a large cake of several biscuits with different creams. You will need the following ingredients for the preparation: Eggs, 3 pcs; sugar, 100 gr; vanillin; a pinch of salt; vegetable oil, 120 ml; milk, 150 ml; baking powder, 15 gr; flour, about 240 gr; cocoa, 15 gr; milk, 1 tbsp. To make the cream you need: sugar, 100 g; milk, 500 g; corn starch, 30 g; cocoa, 20 g; chocolate, 60 g; butter, 40 g. The cooking process All products must be at room temperature, and the milk for the batter should be heated slightly. Also choose high-quality cocoa, with a high percentage of fat - the taste of the biscuit and cream will depend on this. Mix the sugar with the cocoa, salt and baking powder. Pour in the milk and knead with a whisk until homogeneous. Put the mass on stove, boil until it becomes thick, take it off pita and add pieces of chocolate and butter. Knead the cream until it is smooth and leave it to cool under cling film. Mix the egg with salt and beat with a mixer until fluffy. Add sugar and vanilla to taste and beat the mass until thick. Pour in the milk and whisk. Pour in sifted flour with baking powder and knead the dough. Divide the dough into two parts. Pour cocoa into one of the parts and knead, pour a spoonful of milk and mix. Layer the form with parchment and lay both parts of the dough, alternating and drawing fancy patterns. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Take out of the oven and squeeze the white dough out of the bag in a circle near the sides. Beat the cream with a mixer until fluffy, put it on the cake in the middle, so that the squeezed out dough forms the sides. Place both types of dough on top, drawing patterns with a spoon. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Let the cake cool in the form, carefully remove the ring, and cool completely. You can still decorate the cake if you wish, but it's just as it is, it looks beautiful, smells fragrant and is perfect for a family tea party. *I'm waiting for you in my comments!👋*

Chainlist website. Connecting any blockchain network to a wallet in just a couple of clicks. Hello friends, 👋 there are more and more blockchain networks popping up.  Soon every project will probably already present its own network, which can conduct all sorts of financial transactions and which in turn can be connected to one wallet or another.  On mobile wallets, everything is simple.  They as an application are constantly updated and there time and everything is ready, but still almost all cryptocurrency players use the most popular wallet metamask and new networks to it need to connect independently.  But here it really should be said that there are more and more tools for this.    https://chainlist.org/ this site helps any user with metamask wallets connect his wallet to any blockchain network available today in just a couple of mouse clicks. First of all, as I said earlier, there are a huge number of networks available on the site, which are the most well-known networks available today. There is a search bar, with which you can find the necessary network to connect. Well, for example, we want to connect the network polygon, in the search box, enter the name of the network we need polygon, and here we are presented by the main network - polygon and test network - polygon. Defined by the first letter t before the name of the cryptocurrency network. Well, in short, what we need to do to connect the network wallet: first, go to our metamask, then click on connect and connect the wallet from the site. Then in this place will appear the address of our purse.Next, connect our network polygon, to do this, click on the link, then the purse asks permission to connect the network.  Click to approve and then select the button to switch the network Well, that's basically it, the polygon network is connected to our wallet and now you can connect to various projects working on the range and conduct this network of any financial transactions. And in this way you can quickly and easily connect absolutely any network from the list available.  I hope this short article will be very useful for everyone. *The website* https://chainlist.org/

Covid-19.Why I don't vaccinate Good health to all and good health to all! Now a lot of people are talking about the pandemic. I also have my own opinion about vaccination. Since this topic is so hot right now, I keep getting calls and letters from my friends and relatives (including requests for some certificates, or where can I buy them?) I am against vaccination. This position was not developed now, a year, or even 10 years ago. It was developed 20 years ago. All through my daughter's school years, I fought for my and my child's right to VOCAL medical care on vaccination waiver. When it comes to ANY intervention in the body of a healthy or sick person, you always have to weigh the risks to health and life from the disease or infection itself against the intervention, whether it is a vaccine or other therapeutic measures they carry, and the risks are great, I wrote about them in my post from January 12 "God's syndrome in doctors", ⠀Yes I think you yourself have your own eyes, ears, brain and the fates of your acquaintances and relatives around you, not just the opinion of the TV😏. Most of the infections that we and our children are offered to be vaccinated against are not particularly dangerous (coronavirus, measles, scarlet fever, etc.) and a healthy person can cope with them and develop their own natural immunity that will protect them for many years. That is why my approaches to health have long been aimed at preserving, restoring and preventing it. I will not let anyone dictate to me and my family how we should be treated (or not treated) and what we should be vaccinated against! It is guaranteed to us by the Constitution, federal laws, the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms, and now there is pure arbitrary behavior of local authorities! I am glad that most of my colleagues and friends share my position! 🤗🤗 I understand and respect the choice of those who choose to be vaccinated.

We are children of a bygone era After another day of work, I cooked dinner, as usual. TV for background...Music, some movies, another political debate... Suddenly, in the midst of all this fuss and monotony, I came across a film in which a modern young man finds himself on New Year's Eve in the 1990s, the century he was born in... The plot of the film, the denouement... In the course of the film, music from my childhood... At the end of the credits: "Dedication to our parents". And then the understanding comes that this is a tribute to us, the young people of the 1990s, who are now full of life, beautiful, active and significant. For some reason, I thought that the dedication to someone, it's an ode to loved ones who have long gone from us. But apparently I was wrong! The little big ones are our children! We teenagers of the time, busy each in our own positions, holding big positions and ordinary professionals of our craft, wizards in our skills, oblivious to everything while working, have completely different ages of children. But one thing is clear, a dedication from the children to us living parents, is happiness! Good luck to our children! May they be happy with their lives, so that their children write "Dedicated to our parents" to them. P.S. Dinner turned out delicious:) After another day of work, I cooked dinner, as usual.
