If we are only to think that this supply hits the market, we would see the prices of the tokens deteriorate so much that will make them unattractive as crypto play2earn games. Thus, I think that tokenomics are very important and they need to be transparent and show at every moment the amount of the tokens and where those reside or are used on. I still find blurry tokenomics information and I cannot get a clear image of how these assets perform and what the future might have in place for them.

No more decreasing energy based on the daily battles and calculation of rewards using a decreasing percentage due to that, but rather a linear reward until a specific threshold is reached. And if you want to play more, if you cannot live without staying aside from the battles, you can always purchase some new Energy and throw your fighters into the battlefield. Things are easier now and I think that is both for the players, but also for the Splinterlands team in terms of maintenance and a low probability of issues from a simple, yet efficient system.

When investing in Chaos Legion packs in Splinterlands I tried to anticipate future appreciation based on past financial results. One thing that I didn't quantify in this was the huge supply of Chaos Legion packs that were thrown on the market with also made the team burn some of them as they were standing still on the Official Market. There is still some time until the next release of Rebellion cards which might throw some fuel on the second market for Chaos Legion packs if their utility will increase with new developments like Tower Defense or Land releases. The GLS Validator License presale just kicked in and as planned I succeeded to grab 1 Validator Node pretty fast for $1,000 GLUSD and 500 GLGT. With it, the players holding one, have now the chance to be a part of the game by running infrastructure nodes, which will process transactions for the game. While this is a long-term investment considering the slow return for around 1 year or more, I still believe it is worth doing as this sports platform has huge potential and because we are very early in its inception considering that we haven't even seen the game yet. When the game launches I expect a lot of hype around it and users rushing from different ecosystems as this will become the ultimate ALL SPORTS platform on the Hive blockchain and beyond.

Currently, HBD is pegged to $1 worth of Hive which means that it doesn't have $USD as collateral, but is valued based on the $USD worth in Hive. With the current turbulence in the traditional banking systems which might pull the $USD down significantly, I wonder if the pegging/reference should be moving from $USD to something else. Until now having this formula seemed to provide stability and familiarity for users, as the US dollar is a widely recognized and stable currency. However, if the traditional financial system experiences a crash or significant devaluation of the US dollar, it could lead to value deterioration and even a collapse of the stablecoin pegged or referenced to it.
