Why do you think NFTs are valuable? This is one question that I was wondering alongside with most of the blockchains (also BCH) adding NFTs platforms within. And in my opinion NFTs might be more valuable than cryptocurrencies as the value reside from the art embedded within or from its utility. So, lay your thoughts... #Club1Bch

NFTs will play a huge role in monetizing non-tangible values such as idea, concept ... hence the relative massive adoption in art. But there is a huge opportunity for use in intellectual property... blueprints, patents, recipes for example. So yes, I see a huge potential, as you mentioned (and I agree) maybe bigger than cryptocurrencies.... but since there are ton of fluffs on NFT marketplaces, is possible a great burn before the market start to develop, mature and adoption...
In my opinion NFT's are valuable only if there is a value attached to them. It can be a use case, a kind of Defi return. If there is no value attached to it, I don't believe that it has a real value in itself. Hope this makes sense :-)
It makes, but if it is art it should have value just by that and the hours the artist put in it to create it.
I agree with you but it's more difficult to measure the value of such a thing. It also depends on how many nft's the artist has issued for a same piece.
