Ethereum PoW is getting ready to be obsolete with the move to PoS, which might happen sooner rather than later! The much anticipated Ethereum (ETH) ‘Merge’ is getting closer with the final Kiln testnet launch. After this final public testnet, the whole Ethereum network will transition from proof-of-work to proof-of-stake. According to an analysis, the merge could take place as soon as this June.
