********Traditional finance is failing while cryptocurrencies are thriving*********** As we are still anchored in the reality and need to manage our day-to-day financials the one that comes in handy is traditional finance and its instruments. But what does it offer and can it keep up with the trending instruments enabled through blockchain technologies and cryptocurrencies uses? Well, I truly think not and an example of that is if you want to hold your FIAT into a savings or deposit account. I just took a look to see what interest rate I would get for that and I was astonished by the amount of it: 0.01%. I must be crazy if I would jump on such an offer and I wonder if at some point we would end up paying just for storing our FIAT at banks.
