Of course there are many other reasons contributing negatively to that like the huge supply and others, but I am not going into that as I've already voiced my concerns in other posts covering this. But one thing Splintershards $SPS is lacking is the use cases that it has in the game. Basically it is mostly used for Governance Voting on the DAO Treasury funds, but also that is limited and even if it is a driving force into a direction that the community can express itself, it is just not enough to give it value and demand.
