European Union feels the need of crypto regulation through the voice of the Governor of the Bank of France in order to create the medium for a new financial future! Governor of the Bank of France Francois Villeroy de Galhau is reportedly demanding for urgent Crypto regulation. Villeroy urges the European Union to hasten issuance of digital euro. He shared that if those important regulatory steps are not taken, Europe’s “monetary sovereignty would be at risk of erosion” especially on both digital currency and payments. He opined that digital currencies will play major roles in financial markets.

We have to admit, the world took quite a leap forward... but still a lot to do in order to have a great future regarding digital money.
Quite true, but at least now we move forward globally... maybe except China :)))
Well, they made progress as well with the digital yuan, they already testing it - based on the news.... just there is the big BUT in the majority of states...> decentralisation, logical transition will be a hard topic for a couple of years... let's hope economics will play bigger role in decisions than short term politics.
