Leaders must be close enough to relate to others, but far enough ahead to motivate them and being a manager I must say it is hard to balance this. There is a struggle to reward exceptional work, while trying to keep the entire group united as we need to move as one. But nevertheless we are playing the cards that we are dealt with, not much we can do in this regard, but still try to not lose the game... How do you cope with that (if it is the case)? #CtpTalk
