Leading payments company, Stripe is partnering with Twitter to test cryptocurrency payouts and we might see a transformed Twitter after all... Stripe, the payment behemoth, has announced the launch of a new cryptocurrency trial on Twitter. Stripe's Connect service, which connects businesses to the company's payment APIs, including its KYC onboarding, is set for expansion. The service is available in over 70 countries and accepts a variety of payment methods and currencies. Payouts will be made on the fast crypto network Polygon, and will initially exclusively support Circle's USDC stablecoin.
