I surely agree with those thinking that what you get by achieving your goals is not as important as what you become by achieving your goals. You will feel much more fulfilled by making it alongside good people and being fair to the team, rather than hunting only the coin. Things are transforming us along the way and we need to keep truth to our values and hold on to them. Ultimately, this is the way!
