NEXO got sued for "Unlawful" suspension of XRP payments, will others follow? I am keeping my BCH gains from noise.cash on NEXO, so hopefully things will not turn for the worse... Cryptocurrency lender Nexo has been hit with a class-action lawsuit over its “unlawful” suspension of XRP payments in late December that has caused $5 million in damages. These are uncharted waters and I think there will be more such cases in the future and companies will need strong lawyers in order to manager well new situations. #Club1Bch

That's where I stash BCH, in Nexo. Now crypto currencies are suing each other. Welp....Didn't take long for ego to ruin a good thing.

That's harsh, I have not used Nexo myself even if I am aware that a lot of people, and especially here on Noise, is using them, I wonder how that suit will go considering all legal truble that XRP has had though.
