I watched this beautiful SUNRISE with the massive devotees of Sr. Santo Niño De Cebu, Fluvial parade during the festival is one of the most highlighted event. And, I am very positive that we will witness again this kind of celebration someday with NO LIMITS and NO WORRIES. Have faith everyone🙏🙏🙏
