How to Write in Peace in Read Cash
I am seeing many posts, all of them with some deficiencies in terms of content, and some writings can be seen in a hurry, and others are simply copying some news, or are learning to write
When I started the quarantine in my country, I had lost a lot of jobs and plans, I felt very frustrated and worried, my mind could not create, I could not generate content, I sat at the computer and did not know where to start.

The indicated day and time are very important to have peace of mind and get silence to open your mind, it is not the same to be writing in your mechanical workshop as in the garden of your house, or in your room with a suitable climate

Que Hacer en Cuarentena
En esta oportunidad me tome un respiro en la economía y me propuse hacer algo por los demás, después haberme leído el libro "Tiende tu Cama" me di cuenta que tenia yo hábitos muy buenos pero no sabia que podía cambiar el mundo.
Un Virus no es algo nuevo en el mundo, de hecho ya sabemos mucho de los otros virus que han traído al mundo desolación y muerte, pero en mi opinión este virus no es mas que una advertencia al mundo y una demostración de que no estamos preparados.
**La mejor vacuna es la prevención**
Estar en Casa es la primera linea de defensa y el arma mas efectiva para detener cualquier pandemia, este virus en particular muere con el calor, y el alcohol pero el principal problema es que puede infectar a personas incluso en pacientes asintomáticos, hecho que se descubrió tarde por cierto. Por eso la mejor forma de cuidarnos y cuidar a los demás es quedarse en casa.
**Pero que hacer cuando estas todo el día y la noche encerrado en tu casa?**
*Pues empieza por tender tu cama*
No dejes pasar esta oportunidad para organizarte mejor y hacer algo por ti, por tu salud pero tal y como lo muestra la primera imagen, debes empezar tendiendo tu cama, te hará tener la sensación de que tuviste tu primer logro.
El lugar en donde descansas no merece el trato que le damos, procura tener tus cosas personales organizadas para que veas que sera mas eficiente tu trabajo y tu vida
La TV no siempre es buena, quizá si vez documentales y ves noticias por tu trabajo esta bien, pero las noticias hoy sobre el virus solo hacen que tu mente se llene de información negativa, apaga la tv la cuarentena durara mucho mas y el virus pronto llegara a tu ciudad, lo que puedes hacer es prepararte y cuidarte mas
No estamos de vacaciones, pero tenemos tiempo disponible, no libre para crear mas lasos familiares, prepara esa comida junto a tus hijos, has que el almuerzo sea una tarea divertida, y luego agradece
Ese libro que tiene polvo en tu biblioteca ahora si tienes tiempo de leerlo, aprovecha y aprende cosas nuevas junto a un delicioso café
Usa este tiempo para llamar a tus seres mas queridos, recuerda que ellos son los mas vulnerables. Llama a tus amigos, crea grupos para entretenimiento, y sonríe con los viejos recuerdos.
