Elections in Venezuela Yesterday, the elections for the Governorships of the 23 Venezuelan States were held, in which the Government won 20 of the Governorships. Venezuelans have already reached the point of not depending on the Government, there are still people who depend on the government, but the reality is that they are people who have already lost their productive capacity. In most cases, people are surviving, working two or three jobs a week, and one of the things that helps the most are the remittances that come from family members who still help those who are here. Según Warren Buffett quien es un inversor y empresario multimillonario dice que el bitcoin o las monedas digitales son más que puro oro artificial que no tiene ningún valor, aunque el desarrollo de la blockchain es importante pero el bitcoin no tiene ningún valor no produce nada ni hace nada es solo una ilusión; esta es una declaración de uno de los inversores más importantes del mundo, ¿pero tendrá razón? En parte cada tienen razón pero no todo lo que dicen y es que las criptomonedas o especialmente bitcoin se han convertido en monedas muy volátiles las cuales por medio de alguna opinión dictada en alguna red social por algún millonario o empresa su valor cambia drásticamente llevando a esta a ser unas de las peores opciones para invertir además de que rompen con el código de satoshi Nakamoto, pero sería lo único en el cual tendrían razón estos hombres de negocios pero las criptomonedas llegaron para quedarse y cada día estas avanzan de manera imparable conquistando mercados y próximamente serán el futuro dejando fuera cualquier moneda nacional. Según, Javier Pastor quien es director comercial de la plataforma de compraventa de criptomonedas Bit2Me, promueve el uso y inversión en criptomonedas, ya que estas se expanden cada día de manera imparable y próximamente cambiaran el paradigma de los sistemas monetarios internacionales además de que son una oportunidad clara de inversión rentable a largo plazo y estas sacudirán el mundo de la política, la economía y las finanzas. Pero no solo es eso aclaro una parte muy importante y que según los magnates mencionados anteriormente dicen que no va pasar y es que este cree que el dinero impreso en bancos centrales no valdrá absolutamente nada en unos años y que morirá frente a la innovación tecnológica de las criptomonedas, además de decir “Bitcoin lo cambia todo… para mejor y ninguna persona o institución podrá cambiarlo o detenerlo” Dejando en claro que las criptomonedas son el futuro claro de la economía y que debemos prepararnos para un cambio completo pero según la opinión general de muchos inversores importantes dicen que el panorama de las monedas digitales tiene que cambiar para que estos puedan convertirse totalmente en una forma de pago tradicional para todos, las instituciones no pueden usar claves privadas que pueden perderse fácilmente ni realizar transacciones con largas cadenas de letras y números, además de no poder almacenar fondos en en exchanges de alto riesgo de contrapartida, estos deben ser regulados.

Delitos y Estafas con Criptomonedas A medida de que las criptomonedas se dan a conocer mas y mas a nivel mundial las personas se muestran cada vez más interesadas en utilizarlas ya que como decimos todos es el “futuro” y se cree que se podría convertir en la forma de pago más importante de todas dejando atrás el dinero fidusuario aun así falta mucho por que esto llegue a ser realidad, pero casi todos los países, organizaciones, empresas millonarias están usando este tipo de moneda digital como la mejor forma de producir su propio dinero además de ahorrar, pero las criptomonedas no solo se usan para la compra y venta del mercado, si no que estas pueden ser usadas para la compra y venta del mercado negro abriendo así un sinfín de posibilidades de cometer delitos usándolas. **Las Criptomonedas y los Delitos** A pesar de ya haber pasado más de 10 años desde la creación de la primera moneda digital, estos han tenido impunidad ya que los organismos de seguridad no han podido controlar los sistemas de seguridad dejando que sean utilizadas para cometer delitos como blanqueo de capital, estafa etc siendo estos difíciles de localizar. Los delitos más comunes hechos con criptodivisas es el blanqueo de capital, estafa con el esquema de Ponzi la cual es uno de las formas de estafa más comunes la cual se basa en la inversión de capital en propuestas falsas terminando en manos de antiguos inversores, delitos contra la hacienda pública además de la financiación de grupos terroristas la trata de seres humanos o incluso el tráfico de drogas son de los peores delitos cometidos usando esas monedas, siendo bitcoin, Ethereum, Dash y Litecoin las favoritas de los delincuentes, además de que estos se aprovechan de la tecnología blockchain la cual los mantiene en el anonimato siendo complicado para las autoridades detectarlos, cabe mencionar de que **las criptomonedas no están reguladas** y esto es algo que debemos resaltar y analizar con mucho cuidado, en la mayoría de los paises existe algo llamado **principio de legalidad**: ***Nullum crimen, nulla poena sine praevia lege*** (*"No hay Crimen, no hay Pena, sino hay previa Ley*") ***...para que una conducta sea calificada como delito, debe estar establecida como tal y con anterioridad a la realización de esa conducta...*** por consiguiente no podemos decir que las criptomonedas son **"ilegales"** porque no han sido calificadas como tal, por la legislación de la mayoría de los paises, por el contrario lo que han hecho la mayoría es **"Regular"** su uso, y registrar los procesos y monitorear a los **exchanges** para tener una data que disminuya la legitimacion de capitales.. **¿Como las autoridades logran atrapar a los usuarios que comenten delitos económicos?** Aunque como lo vemos para las autoridades puede hacerle difícil el detectar algún delito cometido con criptomonedas pero no imposible, la forma más efectiva es ver el descuido o el error de algunos de estos usuarios en convertir dinero virtual a dinero de curso legal, cuando un usuario realiza este cambio revela su identidad en los exchanges llegando así a dar con la identidad de estos delincuentes y también cuando estos usuarios combinan sus bitcoins de sus cuentas privadas con alguna cuenta pública dentro de su misma billetera. Y no es la única forma cada día las autoridades del dinero electrónico aplican sistemas de seguridad en contra de la estafa y el blanqueo de capital, además de conversar con los programadores de las billeteras para así conseguir más información no solo sobre la tecnología blockchain y su funcionamiento también el cómo conseguir proteger a los usuarios de estos delitos. Los organismos de seguridad de los países del mundo conjuntamente con la Interpol ha iniciado con el desarrollo de una herramienta analítica llamada Darkweb Monitor esto para la recolección de datos basadas en actividades delictivas en la red oscura estos generando un reporte policial que facilita la investigación de casos a nivel mundial, además de no solo identificar nuevas tendencias sino también ayudar en el avance de la investigación para estos aumentar los conocimientos y así crear una campaña de prevención contra estos delitos. **¿2021 el año con más fraudes y estafas?** A medida de que pasan los años el incremento de delitos y estafas con criptomonedas crece más y más se estima que crece un 41% lo que ha causado que en los últimos diez años la cantidad de dinero retenida o obtenida por los estafadores o piratas informáticos sea de 19.200 millones o incluso mas y este año ha sido uno de los más afectados por la estafa y el blanqueo de capital, con más de 32 casos millonarios, siendo bticoin y ethereum las monedas digitales mas atacadas. Y a su vez debemos recordar los fraudes más relevantes y uno de ellos fue el **Onecoin** el cual se promociono como una nueva cripto y se convirtió en una de las mayores estafas del mundo de la criptomonedas, siendo un esquema Ponzi de OneCoin, según las autoridades estadounidenses estima que defraudo a inversores una cantidad de 4000 millones de dólares y los autores de este delito efectuado en el año 2017 aun no han sido localizados. **PlusToken** Ponzi, una de las estafas mas grandes afectadas a los inversores de China y Corea del Sur y se calcula un robo de 2900 millones de dólares. Aun asi los cabecillas de este robo masivo fueron detenidos y condenados. **Bitcoinnet** otro de los esquemas ponzi la cual llego a estafar a los inversores la cantidad de 2.600 millones de dólares y según los inversores estafados decía que garantizaba rendimiento irrealmente altos, pero estos cayeron en otra trampa del esquema ponzi. Y llevando las estafas a nuestro continente Latinoamérica hace apenas unos días especialmente el 11 de septiembre de este mismo año se arresto a unos de los vendedores de bitcoin en argentina, este tenía la orden de lavar dinero a narcotraficantes mexicanos la cantidad a pesar de no ser tan elevada sigue siendo un delito hecho con criptomonedas, se estimo que fueron lavados 468.400 dólares pero lo peor de todo es que los autores del delito tenían su propio sitio web llamado Coinstructor donde ofrecía servicio de compra y venta de criptomonedas eh incluso tenía un perfil en localbitcoins.com Para concluir debemos saber que las estafas y los delitos con monedas digitales son del día a día, el cual debemos ser más astutos y cuidadosos al manejar nuestro dinero, seamos más inteligentes que el delincuente eh investigar mas sobre la pagina en el cual vas a realizar alguna compra o cambio de moneda digital a fiat, informarse mas sobre las paginas y su origen además de hablar con el soporte si es necesario para brindarte mayor seguridad, aun así aunque todo lo mencionado es malo, esto es una de las poca cosas malas que tienen el mundo de las criptomonedas, aun así no nos desanimemos y sigamos siendo parte de este gran mundo llamado Blockchain y sigamos mejorándolo cada día más para que más personas se sientan seguras y confiadas en que su dinero estará a salvo.
