I have always thought that cooking is the art of mixing aromas, flavor and feeling. Today I bring you this exquisite dish from my country. Paella, originally Spanish, has been Cubanized over time. This dish, with its delicious taste and its many ingredients, is not only a food that every Cuban has cooked, but an example of the many acquisitions that Spanish colonization brought to Cuba. Hoy les traigo este plato exquisito de mi pais. La paella, originalmente española se ha ido cubanizando con el tiempo. Este plato, con su sabor delicioso y sus muchos ingredientes, constituye no sólo una comida que todo cubano ha cocinado, sino un ejemplo de las muchas adquisiciones que acarreó la colonización española en Cuba.
