The question which often hunts me is What to write. The surroundings you are having may influence you to speak up but thinking about the outcomes of effort may restrict you to perform this. The next question is" why I have to write this", we are indeed confused about the feedback and the general description of the response makes us reluctant to share our viewpoints.
