If your words can influence others same as your support. A tree is never productive for itself yet everyone seeks its shade even if it's not productive. Relate it with yourself, can be you the listener who is evident of others' miserable circumstances. Don't negate them just be there to listen to what they are uttering don't overthink just support and suggest them adequately.
