There is always a way toward forbearance, I don't think so that anyone would close this door as we all commit mistakes. But if you have made a mind that there would be no way backup, stop this. Learn and unlearn things. I guess the second stage is difficult to achieve because we can't forget the past we have had till now. Learn to forgive yourself too.
