*1. The purpose:* Copy is written with the purpose of creating a sale while content is written with the purpose of creating engagement. *2. The Direction:* Copy guides you on buying/purchasing experience while content is very multidirectional. *3. The Goal:* The goal of copy is to increase conversion and in turn raise revenue while the goal of content is to get more attention basically.

Content creations involves engaging, entertaining and educating your readers with your piece while copy writing could just be educating or entertaining piece written.
