Anyone a bit hungry? 😋 Well, I took some time of work but I am slowly getting back to it. Currently I am working a chef in one of the restaurants I previously worked in. I was called in to help them out. Currently we are working on Christmas menu and it is going to be "merry" Christmas for our clients. These 3 photos are our starters of the menu which consist of smoked lamb wrapped around marinated red cabbage with bechamel sauce on top. Then we got salmon mariantecld over night with garlic mayo and langustina crockets on tartar sauce. It is pretty delicious. I like the bland of amazing tastes and different spices used. 😋

Hahaha well it would make me hungry as well 🤣🤣 Well, yes, it is a bit expensive. This is only 3 items of the menu. There is still meat courses and dessert 😋 It is a pretty awesome menu. Price for the entire menu is I believe 100-120 euros or so. Not sure what is the exact price for it.

Yes, we have apple pie in the end 🤪 But, we should have but I am not making decisions about this.
