Islam, from its beginning, was bestowed with a lot of Worriers and Brave soldiers who gave an essence to Islam.
Pages of Historic Encyclopedia is Golden Worded by Their bravery but it'll be good to say, they made history instead of being supported. They gave shine to Islam and had a vision and only prospective;
"الہی نظام ءعالم بالہی نظام ءعالم"
They all brave men are recognized by a strong leader "Ali ibn Abi Talib".
Nothing to say about the personality, a man who bestowed the Islam in only 10's, who gave whole sun instead of sun shine. He was so brave as known as The Lion Of Allah, was given "Zulfiqar" as said by the Almighty, Himself. He conquered the Khaibar Fort which was been impossible even Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) flaged him for the conquest.
My vocab is being done, I'm not scorching the words through i can give a sketch to my thoughts.
He gave a spirit to Islam. On his step into the Battle Field, Kufaar quacked due to his limitless horror and temper. They couldn't even dream and imagine his battlefield.
He was the man in real words, his spoken only word was the last, his only step was for the great prospective.
He was only who had Jiggar e Rasool (Peace), he made an existence to Islam after Prophet (PBUH).
He gave his the best words as "Nhjul blagha".
He laid down his life in the service of Almighty, Prophet,Islam and the prospective.
Great men never exist all the time but be all the time, a lot of men there who followed Ali's path and entowered Empires. We can't even imagine Who was Ali?
But when we go-through the words of Prophet;
"من کنت ؤ مولاہ فہذا علی مولاہ"
We realized who he is!!!
May Allah make us follow Ali ibn Abi Talib' prospective,,,.Ameen

Problem with Pharmacy Education in Pakistan
Just like a medical school, pharmacy school is a platform for pharmacy graduates. It is either be a school & college or a faculty & department.
Since the 21st century, education of pharmacy is widely spreading and boasting opportunity for pre medical students. In going decade, PharmD is usually seen first choice of pre medicos.
PharmD is doctor of Pharmacy 5 years course study which was introduced in the end of 20th & start of 21st century. It is basically menifstation of bechlor of pharmacy in specialized clinico-industrio medicinal domain. The graduate is known as medicine expert. Somewhere it's 6 years study and somewhere it's 5 years depending on country to country. In worldwide, some institutions are called school of pharmacy and some are faculties, it also depends.
As far as its standards are concerned so sub continental areas are far way from west. Everybody knows that a professional course study in truely based on practical skills not on vulnerable cramming machines. West knows it clearly and they have designed their schools in practical manners but in sub continent education is far away from us specialy professional courses, just like in Pakistan we only have different kind of universities and student enrollment but their is no proper implementation and suitable skills menifstation. There is only production of crammed minded students with zero skill level so they find themselves un-employed & un successful. Just take an example of university education, a student get enrolled in PharmD program with keen enthusiastic manners, pays different kind of fee, despite of sitting in a physical class he sits in the front of laptop to learn, he is taught bundle of subjects and asked to cram not to implement what he studies, he is forced to do pre planned work, copy paste practical note books and study notes rather than books. What he will learn from this "ratta system". No mental growth, no professional skills, no medical behavior, no basic concepts, no knowledge and only few crammed terminologies, this is what taught here. A big reason of being back and un employment, no research work, no advancements, no freshmen ideologies and no creativity.
We are not taught, we don't learn whole five years and then we find ourselves holding banners standing in the march protesting against the brutality of government.
But as well as west's education is concerned, a classical sensation they have. Just take an a example of pharmacy school, John Hopkins university school, what a beautiful study is there, fully skilled coaching, proper demonstration, configuration, analysis, creativity and much more.
Proper labs are there, no concept of notes even they're writers of different books. As far as creativity is concerned, few years ago two students of John Hopkins university school one named Daniel decided to introduce a new online platform for medicos so osmosis.org was introduced which made revolution in medical field.
In Pakistan, students don't even know the proper work of a pharmacist even in thier fourth or final year study but there 4th year PharmD student named Laura from MCPHS showed her skills in manufacturing, dispensing and production of medicine.
When students will not know professionalism how they will participate in long run of competitive world.
Few days ago a useless debate was wondering about the title "Dr", this is nobel example of our mentality that we're in such brutal battels. Despite of being intellect and doing something about which whole world is demanding we are only wasting our time in such debates. I feel very disappoinments when people were abusing themselves on such inconclusive debate.
There should be a revolution. We should contribute in the intellect behaviors despite of being part of "ratta system" we should appose it and try to adopt "creative system".
Personality perception: 01
Words need attention how to be written and we too how to be looked in this illusionary world. Once i was storming about the concept of artificial and real personality and soon i came across the illusion of the world. The whole world is actually an illusion. Every bud is trying to be for what he or she is not sent here, we are just humiliating ourselves, our personalities are our words indeed but we don't invest in them, I'm being artificial right at the moment and i know everybody does because artificiality is the second name of human.
And the big disaster, unluckily if any body is trying be real, he'll be an eighth wonder. But the life is to live real what we actually want despite of all these illusions and far from the artificial characters.

An incident
Who says medical profession is vulnerable and volatile in someone's life? when patient lies in front of you & you've to chose the direction,it shootouts your mind, it's not easy to treat a being wether it's human or animal, we're living in very strange community where we've designed everything according to own choices,we don't even think what we've to & what actually we're doing, we've arranged our working policies respected to our superiorities regardless of customer care and then we see ourselves holding banners standing in march & protesting against the brutality of our rulers.
Let's join the prospective, a day ago on medical round as intern at an esteemed organisation we met a patient, a chill crosses the body when we came to know the results of drug-drug interactions, evaluating from a patient profile, it was truely contradicted, i noted down immediately & consulted the patient about possible adverse effects , what else he could say? Unable to speak a single word, I held my diary and moved on, the next day when i discussed the situ with CPPO, he immediately rushed with me towards said bed and shocked to see another patient on same while missing that one, i vulnerably steped towards the cornered bed and asked him about the side patient, he politely replied "Sir! Patient died last night" I was unable to evaluate my self, i tried hard it might be a illusion, a soft lie or polite joke but it was what it was, we rushed towards the charged nurse and asked her about cited bed & cited patient, she said treatment went on, we told her about contradicted drug-drug interaction, she said" Is there any severe interaction?" We said patient died ma'am, she replied ,might be. What else we could do more? Who's the responsible of his death, doctor who prescribed?, Nurse who administered or we who checked? Intern in Pakistani health care system can never ask about justification. This is the systemized system in which we're not born but indulged. Every officer thinks that he is officer but he never think for what purpose he is given that seat?
No one but Allah will ask every second of our journey towards damn in-shah-Allah.

Being a part of medical health , it's good to promote ourselves on medical as well as social track. #DoctorOfPharmacy is well known subject being the back bone of health department.
All those who like this are deeply welcome, now we should progress ourselves for race of competition around us.
Another big issue of Public Sector as well as private sector institution and faculties of Pharmacy is to deprived students of Clinical Assessments and professional skills. So we'll also promote all those aspects, we should've to know.
#ProfessionalSkills are the back bone of any professional study either it's MBBS, BDS, Pharm D or any other.
So, we've to discuss all of them.
