Good morning read.cash platform. I'm a new writer and haven't been able to get any success after trying for a while. I need proper guidelines I can't create any good content or articles. That is fitting for this site and fitting for the blessing. I feel very frustrated if some friends give me proper guidelines then I can try my best to write the article properly. I tried a lot to write but I didn't get success. I want guide line for writing proper content or article please help me.
What is investment?
Introduction :
Investing is the act of risking money in the hope of getting future rewards while maintaining current consumption.
The term investment refers to broad and extensive activities. Any investment involves risk. But there is no risk in investing in government bonds or savings bonds.
Some definitions of investment given by various thinkers are mentioned below :
**According to the Oxford Dictionary of Finance and Banking**, investment is the purchase of assets such as securities, artefacts, or bank deposits with the primary objective of obtaining financial returns as income or capital gains.
**Charles p. Jones**-. According to this, investing in one or more assets over a period of time can be defined as investment.
**V.K Bhalla** -According to this investment is the sacrifice of certain present value for uncertain future rewards. We invest by sacrificing present enjoyment because we want more enjoyment in the future. I invest to provide income to unemployed old people at the end of working life.
Investment characteristics :
Investing is a global and future-oriented endeavor. Investing is investing in real or financial assets with the expectation of future profits rather than current consumption. Or investing in financial assets.

**Income** : One of the most important characteristics of investment is income. People invest to earn income. There are two types of income earned by investing. For example, the amount of profit or interest over a certain period of time. The other is capital.
**Risks** : There can be no investment without risk. People invest with a certain amount of risk depending on the nature of the business. Because just for profit sometimes it can also be loss.
**Safety** : Another important feature of investment is security. Every investor wants to get his capital back intact. So there must be security in investment.
**Liquidity** : The best feature of investment is increasing liquidity. Investors consider how quickly they can convert their capital into cash while investing. It must be considered that some investments are not marketable such as company deposits, post office deposits, bank deposits and defense securities etc.
**Increase income** : The main purpose of investing is to make money. People invest their savings to improve their standard of living to increase their income. Two aspects can be considered in terms of investment. First is investing in risk-free securities. As a result there is no possibility of risk here. Conversely, investing by buying risky securities. Although there is a risk here, the profit can be relatively high. On the other hand, there is a possibility of loss. As the saying goes, no risk, no gain.
Investing is a financial activity. Through which the economic wheels from individuals to organizations are in motion. which verifies the economic capacity of a person.
Investments we are constantly dealing with and moving forward. We are constantly getting new ideas about investing and gaining the mindset and courage to invest with new risks. So of course we need to have some idea about investment. We understand that if we take risk then investment can earn more.

Current status of the river near my house
Place and name of the river :
My home is Jessore Khulna Bangladesh My country home is Chatiantala. I live in a village, there is a very beautiful river near my house, but two rivers near my house are managed by another three to four villages under one government. This river has a very beautiful name that is **Kaikhali Baur.**
But the river near my house where I played a lot of sports as a child, where I bathed and caught a lot of fish, is now in a very sad state. Because the current condition of the river is very dire and there is no water in the river.
I think back to my childhood and remember what a river once was, what a river it is becoming now, the river has dried up completely. And when it rains a lot, the river is full of water, but the worst thing is that there is a lot of garbage in the river.
Which in our country has become a very serious obstacle in proper river management. Because every river in Bangladesh is in such an unfortunate condition. The river is not running like that.
Current status of the river :
I said a little earlier that there is not much water in the river because now people do not cultivate fish in this river and people do not use the water of this river. Due to which this river is now abandoned there was a time when the river used to release a lot of fish and fish farmers used to cultivate fish in this river with great interest.
But now that is not possible because now due to various political reasons this river is now abandoned river dried up and there is a lot of littering in this river which is very disturbing to see.
Earlier, a lot of people used to fish and bathe in this river but this is not possible now because there is not much water in the river and there is a lot of mud which makes it itchy when you go into the river. Abundant garbage and garbage has declared the river as dirty and abandoned.
However, if the government manages the river properly, it can be re-managed and fish farming is possible.
Kaikhali Baur is the reason for such a situation :
This river was not like this before a large number of people depended on this river and depended their livelihood on fishing. Even I have caught a lot of fish in this river though it is not possible anymore.
But this river was not like that once upon a time a large number of people used to fish in this river and earn their living. And this river had plenty of water and flowed.
But the reason why this river is in such bad condition is because of some local political parties and some village people. This river was managed by some political parties and some villages but not with each other.
Due to which due to conflict of mind and political reasons this river has been lost from the government now this river has been officially declared abandoned. This land is now under three to four villages, which is why the current condition of this river is so bad.
Because it is natural that the river is not cultivated, the river is not running, the river must be in such a condition that is why it is really sad to see the current condition of the river.
But I wish that very soon this river will come under some fishermen again and this river will be active again. And most of all I want to create an atmospheres.

Monihar hall is a cinema hall where movies are shown. It is the largest traditional cinema hall in Bangladesh. This Monihar hall is located in Jessore district of Bangladesh, this town is very popular and traditional. This Monihar hall became very popular very soon due to its many artistic and modern design. The hall looks so beautiful that people from different countries and people from Bangladesh are eager to see this hall.
Although this hall is set up in Bangladesh, people from different countries such as Russia, Africa, Australia and other countries who like movies very much come to watch movies at this popular Monihar Hall set up in Bangladesh.Since there were no popular cinema halls in Bangladesh then, Monihar became very popular and played a very important role for the movie and movie lovers.
This cinema hall was built about 42 years ago but at that time it was very challenging to build a modern cinema hall in Bangladesh. But making this impossible possible, 42 years ago, this cinema hall was built in modern design for movie lovers. This cinema hall gained popularity very soon and the fame of this cinema hall spread around. This cinema attracts film lovers from all over the country and abroad.

This cinema hall was built 11 years after the independence of Bangladesh. And Bangladesh became independent in 1971. After 11 years, this very beautiful cinema hall was built in Jessore district town. This cinema hall was built in 1983 and named Monihar. This cinema hall works as a part of dollywood and this cinema hall is designed by Kazi Md Hanif. He was a famous building builder. Bangladeshi filmmakers are very satisfied and eager to screen every movie at Monihar Hall. For which this cinema hall is very popular.
When Bangladesh became independent, when Bangladesh returned to independence, people of Bangladesh became interested in watching a large number of films. Then Bangladesh cinema became very popular and people were attracted to watch movies in cinema halls. And interesting designs are gaining more popularity in Bangladesh. This Monihar hall serves the movie lovers as per their expectations.
It seems that the cinema hall is built on about four bighas of land and has 1400 seats. Various shops are located in this hall and till now this hall is associated with the cinema industry of different countries. And a large number of laborers depend on these cinemas for their livelihood.
Current status of Monihar Hall
It seems that the current state of cinema halls is very deplorable. Because nowadays everyone is dependent on the internet, the desire to go to the cinema has decreased.
Due to some reasons this popular cinema hall was closed for a long time. Because some terrorists attacked this cinema hall due to which the cinema authorities ordered to close this hall. In normal condition, the cinema hall was opened even though movie lovers did not come to watch movies in this hall like before. Due to which cinema owners and cinema hall owners continue to face huge losses.
Earlier about 100 to 120 workers were working in the cinema hall but now its number has reduced a lot. And various institutions built around these cinemas are now under threat.
When I actually showed the Monihar Hall
I have lived in Jessore district but I have never been to see a movie at Monihar Hall. But I was very eager to watch the movie in Monihar. Finally my friends made a plan that we will travel to Monihar Hall and watch a movie. And as per the plan we visited the cinema a few days back and watched a movie too.
The movie was called **Hawa.**
This movie has created a stir in Bangladesh and many people are excited to watch this movie. And my friends plan as this movie is getting popular so we plan to watch this movie and on this occasion Monihar Hall will also be seen.
We want to watch the movie and enter the hall first a very nice atmosphere with lighting all around and variety of scenes was very nice. At first we entered the cinema hall despite being very busy and started watching the movie because we didn't have enough time to explore around. It was great to see the movie for the first time. Although taking pictures was prohibited when I first visited but I took a picture and am sharing it now.
After the movie, we went outside to enjoy the true beauty of the hall and we all spread around and took various pictures from our phones. Some scenes of this popular hall are presented.
We finally visited this traditional cinema with great pleasure. It felt so good to think that I had toured the popular hall of Monihar with my own eyes. Heard many names of this hall in Monihar and finally my wish came true and also saw a movie sitting in this hall and seeing various scenes around the movie industry was very nice. Hope the name of this city and this Monihar Hall will be immortalized forever.
