Multiple attack inside of me, still got this pain in my gums due to infection cause by small hard object mixed accidentally in my food. Now, I'm in medication, both antibiotic and pain killer, but the poor thing is painkiller seems ineffective. And I tried a secret weapon to divert my from pain. Hear a worship songs in YouTube and meditate, and long tested, God is greater than any pain.

Take care of our body bits ours. When pain inflicts, go to a Doctor, tell the feeling and ask for medicine. When his diagnose is exact, few medicine will be prescribe but if the diagnose is confusing then many medicines will be recommended. That is what I've got yesterday so I go home home and buy only one, now I'm bit ok.

There is a day when we feel down and life just go on circles, all we need is just to stand up and be ourself, have faith, push, there is an end of a tunnel. Then lift our eyes and look to the sky, still there is cloud and rain will come😁, but don't forget, sun still exist to shine on a right time.

Yesterday, I m expecting that we could present a business proposal to mancom. But our president will take a vacation this week to the third week of the month so I will have to wait. This for me is like also a sunshine covered with leaves where few light was able to pass thru.

Yesterday, one in my team celebrated his birthday, he treat us some snack and in return we bought him a cake. That is how we bond in our office, when there is a birthday, we have some free snacks.

Earthquake proof, our A/E Head confidently told us that. Yesterday while I have a meeting with two Boss, we notice we are all shaking, I taught I'm experiencing alone a dizziness but the truth is we have an earthquake. We are just stuck observing the lighting fixture while I told them to duck and cover but it seems I'm the only one who will do it, so I just join them watching the light luminaire shaking in the ceiling. So funny for me, they seems they forget the drill we regularly conducting.. Then after a while, the fire Marshall assign in our floor approach us in our room and told us that everybody in that floor are already going down in all stairwells, that's the time, I'm a bit relieve. How is your experience during earthquake noisemates?

Last Sunday, we celebrated the 79th birthday of my mother, despite her old age she remain strong that instead of me picking her up in the province she managed to commute going to us instead. Wonderful celebration with favorite foods, nice overlooking place and sunset.

While leaving the office yesterday, I noticed this beautiful cloud formation that it coverered the beautiful sunset, it's been months that it's raining and a dark clouds are always forming. Like season in life, but the good thing is sunshine is always behind that clouds.

Part of team building is to create a food committee to serve the whole team, it turn out that we tasted the meal they prepared satisfied. Looks like professionals do the preparation. Kudos to them. Our team building finished without games but instead a night of swimming, singing and drinking after managers shared the target and objective of the year. Do you have team building too Noisemates?

Yesterday, we have a beautiful weather, as seen in the sky in this photo. We are using an elevated road called skyway which on top of almost all parts of Metro Manila. We just have a plant visit for evaluation.

I love artworks. So many times, some of the malls I entered have some exhibits of not so known artist and painters, but I can see that they are so skillful and creative that they deserve to be known and acknowledge and their work turns into profit. Check this photo I shared, what can you say?

A simple breakfast with my friends discussing about solitude, while we are socializing F2F😁. Seriously, we are encouraging one another to have solitude with God. Sad news for our department, we loose a colleague, hospitalized for almost a month of pneumonia and later found out to have a leukemia, he gave in to dose of chemo therapy. So good in his work and so friendly, he will surely be missed. How do you feel on this Noisemates?

In one of a flush mall we visited after the birthday event of our niece, we head towards a flush mall near to the venue. Incidentally, there is an Art exhibit, I drop by and took some pictures and this is one of them. It looks like a stretch out or distorted human form that could be a display inside a house. The colors of both cars I'm driving is Blue, but I think red is the favorite car color in my country, last Sunday, when we are celebrating the bday of my son a day after the celebration of my niece a day before, we visited a mall upon his request. While leaving the mall, we found out in the parking, a couple of red cars parked together, we thought if is it a coincidence or there is a show of red cars. Some fun moments with my family😁. In our early lunch today, we've tried a native dishes since yesterday we've celebrated a birthday celebration with western food, we tried differently. The foods are the following, originated in Bicol is a dish called laing (gabi cooked in coconut meat), pares (beef in special broth), pinaputok (steamed tilapia), rice wrapped in coconut leaves and bicol express (fried pork cooked in coconut milk and chili. Have you tasted too these dishes Noisemates?

Yesterday, my family attended a 1st bday celebration and dedication of my bro in law daughter...it seems a family reunion on my wife's side...everybody have fun in a simple ceremony, games, singing and food...and particularly design for kids...the theme is "breakfast in Tiffany", that is why I have to contend myself with foods high in sweets, carbo and cholesterol haha....

Hard time to get a gift, I ask my wife online what must I buy. She doesn't want stuff toys or bears or huggable dog or anything toys, so I end up buying shoes. Any comment Noisers?

My wife give me a particular item as a gift for a 1 year old bday celebrant but it's not available, so I have to choose on my own. I find it difficult to do so I need to come back again, just to ask her again options. What can you advise Noisemates?

Our Strat Planning last Friday and Saturday was held in a beach resort. We have a quality inputs since the place is not so crowded and we have a natural surrounding around us.

The movie we watched last Sunday was great and my family enjoyed it so much. This is my treat to them in celebration of Father's Day.
