Yesterday our company held a "sustainability fashion" where company's groups competes on creating dress made up of recycled materials. It turns out very good, our architects design all the dress while volunteers knit and assemble the clothes. Everybody who are in the catwalks and watching online gives their applause to almost all of the designs.

Our house is located in an airplane path of landing though we are far from airport, however our City is in higher ground overlooking Metro Manila. I'm always fascinated by the belly of the airplane whenever it cross our house, the other day I took a picture of it.

I will be staying at home isolated for about a week. Somebody bring the virus in our office in which unluckily, I'm the one who got infected out of five. I isolated myself in a room in our house, meters away from living room, I click my daughter activity of the day. She is painting a picture for submission in her school. Great being relive to see my children's talent booming.

Streets in Metro Manila is becoming cleaner and greener, particularly to those areas newly develop like this one in BGC.

Delicious meaty foods with spaghetti brings comfort to my hunger, irregardless if it's being serve with paper plates and plastic utensils. When there is a gathering, it's normal nowadays to serve food with disposable utensils since if much safer to eat than using a washed dishes.

Hope is a motivator, look beyond a cloud that brings a rain is hope. Anybody can overcome challenges and struggles if we have hope. Don't loose it

The more I dig in to the status of my health, the more I realized that Doctors will cash in 😁. Seeing health care professional is a necessity nowadays it will make me more conscious of my health. Last Wednesday I visited a Cardiologist to interprete my threadmill test. He required to have a further tests. This afternoon, I secure an approval for tomorrow's procedure from our health insurance. I'm not worried with all of these instead got fascinated and curious on how those machine and instruments works on analysing the health condition of my body.

My day today. After my activities in morning, late afternoon we visit a mall near our place. This mall have expanded or add another building. I used their new comfort room and found out how beautiful is it, it looks like a bit like the one found in a hotel, so I take a shot.

Anything that is close to be ruined is destined to be restored. A clear and bluish sky will always be the there to remind us of hope and life. After few weeks of continuous medical check ups and minor treatments, my health condition slightly improving with some challenges, I know I can face this reality with the help of awareness, medication and Gods power.

Nobody can stop a beautiful sky after rainy days. That's how life is a glorious day will emerge after a problem and struggles.

Yesterday, I had a complete medical check up after pandemic. I think pandemic partially affected my health. In coming days I will find out the results. After, I have a better Idea on how much will I take care of my health. There are things we cannot see in our physical body but inside using modern medical equipment the doctors see something. The medical center I've visited is one of the best.

Every two years, I have Medical Check ups. Today I am doing 10 procedures/activities to check my vital organs and others. The results will guide me on my diets, medication and physical activities for the next years. I am grateful for my employer.

Every hospital must have a decoration in it's wall like this one we've been last week. There are lots of art work along wall that I took a picture of some of it. It brings some relaxation for the patient.

We have a regular leadership training, last Thursday our resource speaker is the renowned Francis Kong and we are blessed and charge up with what he shared to us. One topic is about all the resources we need to manage and all of that, time is the only thing that is not renewable.

I can't help it but there are times, my mind is overloaded with fears, but I really need to beat them, I fight back until it's out of my mind....

Be fruitful, works might not be notice but at least you are fruitful. I noticed that there are fruits in my basket that I need to share.

There is an end in fear, yes it comes so intense but it will vanished on time. The secret is to constantly keep in touch, share the thoughts to someone.

I've got a permit form for a house construction yesterday from Municipal hall OBO, hopefully all will go well.

Times flies so fast, my daughter who used to be just a small girl in Sunday School now joins a youth summit. She will be away from us in two days and one night, I bought her to assembly point on an early morning yesterday. She said she is a bit sad because her best friend is on a separate team. I told her that one of the purpose of that event is to make new friend.

Our place is a flight path, we regularly hear the noice of an airplane landing to an airport kilometers away from us, but since our city is elevated hundred meters above the level of Metro Manila, we seems to be closer to an airplane in high altitude.

I am suppose to join our regular hangout this morning with a group of Dad's. In fact, a day before, I found a place that I could suggest we could have our breakfast, but this gum problem struck me so we could try in this place next time instead.
