Digital Art and Traditional Art (CTTO: Pinterest for the lead image) Are you a Digital Artist or a Traditional Artist? People sometimes fight which is better , Digital Art or Traditional Art ?Well let's first talk about how art is created in Digital and Traditional Art. Digital Art In digital Art, an artist uses technology to create a piece of artwork, animations, portraits and many more. Many apps are created for digital art, like Ibis Paint, Procreate, Medibang, Clip studio Paint and many many more. Based on my experience in Ibis Paint x, this digital app have brushes, erasers and many features like blending and smudging. To be a Digital artist , you need a tablet and a stylus pen, or a computer/laptop and a mouse. There is also called layering in digital art , where an artist add layers, after sketching, add one layer for coloring, and add again one layer for highlights, and so on and so far, until the artist finishes the artwork. I am a traditional artist, I downloaded Ibis paint for my Glow Artworks :) Traditional Art Unlike Digital art , in Traditional Art the artist uses tangible art materials like, pencils, eraser, paint brushes and paper to create an artwork without the use of technology. Traditional Art is used and created before Digital Art, like sculptures, paintings, symbols written on caves, and artists like Leonardo Da Vinci and Van Gogh are traditional artists who created Mona Lisa and Starry Night, that is still popular and noticed today. It took them years to finish those wonderful artworks People ask which is better? Being a traditional artist or digital artist? Well my answer is both, it is our choice on what kind of artist we will be. Some people say that Digital Art is not an art. Both digital and traditional art, takes time, effort and patience. We should respect each others art. Digital and Traditional art is not as simple as you think, both still needs time and patience for improvement. Just be happy for yourself and for the other artists too, instead of fighting which is better, let us just support each other and care for each other. There are many successful Digital and Traditional Artists out there, and one day one of them, might be you or us :) . Art is art, even if it is done in a different way, we should respect it. Instead of fighting, let's support for each other :)

Art Insecurity #5 Artnicx_Kaye Article Have you ever heard of Art Insecurity? Its simple it means being insecure in your art, creation or artwork. Art insecurity really affects an artist's mind, causing the artist to lose his/her passion. Based on my observations , both professional and beginner artist experience art insecurity. The beginner artist wants to improve or be better while the professional artist wants the best. But WHY? Why do artists experience or feel insecure about their art ? Well because: #1 They feel that their art is not good enough #2 They compare their work to others #3 Lack of Confidence #4 Someone said that their work is not good and they didn't like it These are the possible reasons why artists are insecure about their art. So How do we stop ourselves from being insecure about our art ? Never compare your work from the others ! Comparing your work does not help you improve, it just gives you negative thoughts about your work. Many artists always compare their work, then they feel that their art isn't good enough, just because they think the other one is better. Please stop thinking like this. Improvement takes time and all artists started from a simple sketch. One day you will notice how good your improvement so keep practicing ! :) Be proud of your own creations Be proud of your artworks , be confident of what you created and be proud for being creative. Be thankful of what you create be PROUD of it ! Stop having high expectations to yourself Having high expectations can lead you to disappointment , don't push yourself too hard. Again Improvement takes time and patience, keep practicing , watch tutorials or join art classes to expand your knowledge and skills. Believe and Trust yourself This is the most important one, believe and trust in yourself, you can't create or do something if your doubting yourself. Believe and be proud of what you can do. God gave you such a wonderful talent don't waste it ! :) NO to art insecurity YES to art Confidence ! I support all of you :))

Art block changes an Artist's Life #4 Artnicx_Kaye Article Do you sometimes feel lazy and less creative ? Do you also sometimes want more ideas but you can't think of any? and lastly, Do you also feel like you want to draw but when you are about to do it you lost that feeling ? That is Art block , and I myself feel it sometimes. Based on my experience, art block is when you feel lazy, tired to draw or create , you will also feel less creative than before. When you suddenly have an idea what to draw but when you are about to do it its like something is stopping you, you suddenly lost that feeling. Because of art block many artists cannot bring themselves to create a new piece of work, they feel like they have run out of things to draw. Some artists experience an art block in just days , some are weeks, some are months but the worst is some experience it for years. The highest period of time that I experienced an art block is two months. Even though I really wanted to draw I still can't. But thankfully I managed to overcome it. We sometimes experience art block because I think it is because of lack of motivation and inspiration to draw and create. To prevent yourself from experiencing an art block, I advise you to always take care and relax yourself , don't push yourself to create more and more to be a better artist. Improvement takes time and patience. When I am experiencing art block but I want to draw what I do is to look for my old sketches and redraw it, it makes me happy to see how I improved , I hope you do this too :)) . Don't be afraid in accepting challenges in life , believe and trust in yourself , you will overcome it :))

So hi everyone ! This is Artnicx Kaye and my real name is Danica Kaye, I am 15 years old, a high school student , an artist and also an online seller. I started working as an online seller while also doing art commissions this pandemic, to have extra income and also to help my family. I love to draw and paint, making my own characters, I have my own art style and I support beginner artists. Cindy is now what I am using as profile pictures in my social media accounts. I also tried to do glow artworks, I also called it Traditional x digital artworks. I draw something then using ibis paint x , I add some glow effects and I really love it. While some artists they draw anime characters and add glowing effects to it , it is also awesome and amazing ! You can also try its fun :) I also draw anime characters requested by some of my friends and some of my followers on tiktok. I created Artnicx Kaye in year 2021, at first I created my own art page , shared my artworks , engaged and inspire with more people. How my Art Commissions helped me earn extra income and my family to survive this Pandemic #2 Artnicx_Kaye Article This pandemic has been really hard for me and my family, our expenses are getting higher and higher. We need to pay for me and my sisters' tuition fees, we need to buy more food and some things we need, Budgeting money has been really tough that time. Also that time, I started to learn how to draw faces of people and making portraits using mongol or an ordinary pencil. We cannot afford charcoal pencils that time, I always show my finished artworks to my mom and I am glad that she liked it. Then she suggested if I can sell my artworks or start commissioning for extra income , without doubting I already said yes to my mom. I am really glad to help my family. So I started commissioning and my first clients are my relatives , that time I don't have a fixed prices for my art commissions so I just accepted how much they will pay me. Pictures below are my very first art commissions and clients :) I started to post on my face book account about my art commissions but no one was interested about it , at first I started to feel sad but I didn't lose hope, until one of my friends suggested that I should make an art page on face book. She said that I can share my artworks and engage with more people there. So I started to make my own art page, at first I named it "Danica's Arts ", but then I think that name is boring and not unique enough for me. I started to write many names for my art page, "Danicx Arts", "Kaye Arts", "Artkaye" but one name was really interesting and unique for me and that is "Artnicx Kaye". I finished fixing my art page, posted my first commissions and invited people to visit my page. and now here are some of my art commissions this year 2022 These art commissions really helped me and my family in our expenses , I thanked God for giving me such talent and I hope you are too :) I am also happy that I am able to buy myself art materials for my art commissions, especially charcoal pencils. Here is my fixed prices now for my art commissions : Then I started to make art accounts on tiktok , instagram and youtube, at first it was really hard for me to manage all my social media art accounts , but I really enjoyed it. I have a few followers on my accounts but I am still happy , as long as I can share my artworks and inspire more people. Here are my social media art accounts, you can visit and follow me also. Hope you like my artworks, I hope that you will also not lose hope in continuing your passion, because of having few followers. Keep sharing and posting your artworks "Don't Lose HOPE !". Fame does not define on how good you are in art , keep doing your passion even if you are not famous, one day many people will discover your art Trust me :)

A Little Advice for Young and Beginner Artists :) #1 Artnicx_Kaye Article I was 4 years old when I started to enjoy and love art, I started to draw nature, view, scenery, people, flowers and dresses with bright and happy colors. My first supporter is my mom :), she always buys me paper, pencils, crayons and paint. She knows how much I love art and she already know what is my passion growing up. As I grew up I started to improve my skills in drawing and painting, I started to notice how my art style and how I draw change. As time passes by, my interpretation of art improved and changed. All artists started as a beginner.. If you are one of the young and beginner artists my very first advice to you is " Don't lose HOPE and MOTIVATION !". If you think your art is not good enough , horrible and some people said its ugly , Please don't lose hope ! Keep practicing , inspire and seek motivation. Many young and beginner artists are losing hope and giving up on their passion because of what other people say about their art. Art has different interpretation , kinds and meanings.. I grew up knowing that art is only about paintings and drawings, but when I was in elementary I started to realize that everything around us is an art and us , we are an art created by God. All artists has different art styles and now we have what we call a "Digital Art", where we can create art using our laptops, phones and even out tablet with the help of digital art apps and stylus pen. Another art style that I always see on facebook is "Pointilism" where a portrait or an art is made using thousand or hundreds of dots. Patience is number one needed in that kind of art. So you see, art has different meanings and interpretations and it is your choice to choose your own art style or introduce a new style. You will never know , maybe someday you might introduce or invent a new artstyle. Never give up and don't let negative comments stop you in loving your passion.. I am a self-taught artist and sometimes I hesitate to post or share my artworks , because I am afraid of what people might say about my art , especially if they didn't like it, but now because of the support from my friends and family, it boosted up my confidence in showing other people my art. Keep practicing and share your artworks , be brave in accepting criticisms from other people, and don't let it stop you from creating artworks. We can't stop other people in criticizing our art but they can't stop us in pursuing our passion. I hope that you learned something from my advice, always remember that All professional artists started as a beginner and one day you will be one of them too :)
