Step by step of my first digital art Macarré style. You are all welcome to my most precious space, where I share my art showing my evolution as a plastic artist and the learning of different techniques throughout these years. Today I am pleased to share with you my first digital artwork made with the Ibis Paint X application. When I opened the application for the first time, I felt like preschoolers must feel when they are learning to read, I did not understand some signs and how they were handled, the truth is that when I discovered the different types of strokes in all techniques, I fell in love with the app. I know there are other super better applications, but for the moment I am happy with Ibis Paint X. I think it's like digital art is like traditional art, as you experiment, you advance in knowledge. I gladly present my first digital artwork. I hope you like it: ***Mi beautiful Negrita*** TECHNICAL DATA SHEET: Size: 884 x 1200 pixels Storage: 11.6 MB PNG file *You can purchase this work as NFT at:* https://nftshowroom.com/artemacarre/gallery ***Step by step*** Traditional drawing created on white opaline cardboard. **Work completed in one week** **This is how my digital artwork turned out** **If you want to know a little more about my artistic evolution, I invite you to follow me on my networks:** https://www.instagram.com/?hl=es https://www.facebook.com/macarre147/?ref=pages_you_manage https://nftshowroom.com/artemacarre/gallery https://arte-macarr.creator-spring.com

Kitty the cat Continuing with the cycle of my constant learning, I leave you this drawing of a cat named Kitty (I gave her that name), where I work the proportion, perspective, blurring, lines, light and shadow effect, monochrome. It is a great pleasure for me to show my practices, because no matter how many years we have been painting, every day we learn something beautiful and that helps us to evolve. The daily practice in any technique opens infinite possibilities to the creativity hidden in us; in my case painting and drawing become my parallel world of abstraction with reality, where there are only my paints, my canvases, my brushes and me. I cordially invite you, if you like to draw and paint, to give yourself a few minutes every day to grow in what you like to do. I hope you like my Kitty Cat. Data sheet: - Technique: Charcoal pencil on opaline cardboard. - Measurements: 33 x 23 cm. - Year: 2021 - Author: Maria Carrero. Macramé an art for bracelets | Tutorial Each art is unique and everyone imposes it in their style, particularly macramé is making art with the threads through the different knots. From my pedagogical point of view, making these bracelets is reinforcing the development of different cognitive, psychomotor and emotional aspects since the process involves important factors such as: attention, discipline, perseverance, fine motor skills, laterality, direction, term-to-term correspondence, motivation, among others. Each bracelet marks a challenge when making it, that's why I like, apart from combining the colors I want, deciding what type of fabric it will have and how long it will have, it produces in my feeling of peace and tranquility, just as it happens when I'm painting. I hope you like it. ***Red and white bracelet | Macrame*** Materials: . 3 white threads 1.50 cm long. 3 red threads 1.50 cm long. (they can be of any material you choose) Base to hold with its clip Pair of scissors. Tinder or lighter. Elaboration process You join the 6 threads at one end with a knot leaving 10 cm towards the ends. Press the knot threads upwards with the clamp on the board (if you don't have a clamp or board, look for something heavy that does the same function) Start by making the S knot (simple or simple knot) with the color you prefer, you must take all the threads of the same color to make a single knot on top of the other. In this way, the knots should be assembled by color and thickness. When finished with the desired size to the wrist of the hand, finish off with a knot joining all the threads Then you join the two knots at the beginning and the end to cut the remaining threads to the same size. Then you make the union knot or sliding knot of the bracelet, you place the 6 threads on one side and the 6 on the other one on top of the other, leaving the opposite ends, I pressed them with the clamp but if you do not have it, it is not trouble. Then, with a 15 cm thread of the color you choose, join the threads and begin to make S or simple knots, as many as you think necessary You cut the excess ends and burn the tips with the tinderbox. ***This is how my bracelet turned out*** If you want to know a little more about my artistic evolution, I invite you to follow me on my networks: **www.instagram.com/arte_macarre/?hl=es-la** **icalmarte.com/maria-lorena-carrero** **www.facebook.com/macarre147** **nftshowroom.com/artemacarre/gallery** **arte-macarr.creator-spring.com****mintspace.io/store/arte-macarrehttpswww-facebook-commacarre147** https://www.instagram.com/arte_macarre/?hl=es-la https://icalmarte.com/maria-lorena-carrero https://www.facebook.com/macarre147 https://nftshowroom.com/artemacarre/gallery https://arte-macarr.creator-spring.com/ https://mintspace.io/store/arte-macarrehttpswww-facebook-commacarre147

Fishbowl of Dreams Happy day, today with a fresh painting, full of a lot of imagination and creativity, which was born in 2019 in one of those moments that I had to live as a Venezuelan. This work was born one night in the middle of an electrical blackout, we had been without electricity for more than five hours, it was one of those many moments where and when I immersed myself in the dark depths of the nightmare that still make all Venezuelans live and among my sadness and despair felt the need to take my colors and my drawing pad to start drawing and painting. It is then like in the midst of the terrible heat, children crying, neighbors complaining, thirsty for not having water, mosquito bites, irritating flies due to the accumulation of garbage, vague and inconsistent news (cybernetic, galactic, electromagnetic, prophetic, ballistic and éticapeléticapelénpenpéticas) that were only filled by ignorant brains and the anguish of losing our food again, I painted my Fishbowl of Dreams. Each fish represents a Venezuelan, those of us who are outside our land and those who still live inside, those who despite adversity feel happy, colorful, alive, wanting to fight and get ahead with work and effort, where each one with their style and way of being different they show their playfulness, swimming in murky and sometimes black waters but always swimming in search of new horizons, always looking for the light to shine even more. I gladly present my painting: fishbowl of dreams, which I made in 2019 with watercolor colors on a letter-size white cardboard. ***Fishbowl of Dreams*** Step by step of my Fishbowl of Dreams **So I remain** Si deseas conocer un poco más sobre mi evolución artística te invito a seguirme en mis redes: https://www.instagram.com/?hl=es **icalmarte.com/maria-lorena-carrero** **www.facebook.com/macarre147** **nftshowroom.com/artemacarre/gallery** **mintspace.io/store/arte-macarrehttpswww-facebook-commacarre147** **arte-macarr.creator-spring.com** https://icalmarte.com/maria-lorena-carrero https://www.facebook.com/macarre147 https://nftshowroom.com/artemacarre/gallery https://mintspace.io/store/arte-macarrehttpswww-facebook-commacarre147 https://arte-macarr.creator-spring.com/

Collection: Last Supper. Series 1 Today I share this beautiful work that I painted in 2016, it was born from a dream that I had, in that dream I visualized the scene of the Last Supper of our Lord Jesus but painted with my colors, and it was thus inspired by this dream, I took my drawing blog and I began to make the sketch, I remember that the first thing I did was the face of Jesus in the center and then I was distributing the faces of the twelve apostles around him, then I was shaping the bodies so that they were arranged in perspective. Immediately, I took the drawing to the canvas and there the magic of creation began by placing the colors and their contrasts, the blurring and the play of light and shadow. I hope you enjoy it. ***Data sheet:*** -Technique: acrylic on canvas - Measurements: 100 x 80 cms. - Year: 2016. - Author: María Carrero MACARRÉ I share this painting to be admired from an ART point of view, in my personal opinion it is a work of great sentimental value, since it is my religion that I express with great affection. Series: Faces of Women In 2018 I spent almost the entire year practicing faces in different positions. This face in particular to my liking, was one of the best achieved for that time. I admit that I am not very fond of doing this type of realistic drawing, but I remember that it forced me back then and even today I force myself, since it is a way of keeping awake the ability to draw the most realistic thing that can be shown. Macrame Cavandoli Zig Zag Bracelet - Simple Design Receive from me today a pleasant and cordial Christmas greeting. Today I bring you a simple tutorial of a beautiful bracelet that I made for a friend who wanted to give a small gift to another person who really likes bracelets and asked me to make one for her and well, since I love challenges, I decided to make a bracelet. With a different fabric which I had never made and I decided on this one that, although it looks simple, has its trick to make it. I hope you like it and learn how to do it, give it a try. ***Pulsera Zig Zag de Macramé Cavandoli***  ***The materials to use:*** - Nylon thread colors: yellow and fuchsia (you can use any type of thread to your preference) - Scissor - Polyurethane base - Pins - Cigarette lighter - Board with hook to press - Rule ELABORATION PROCESS To begin, 8 threads of each color are cut, 4 of 35 cm 2 of one color and 2 of the other color and 4 of 125 cm, 2 of one color and 2 of the other color. Join the 35 cm threads. Make 2 knots loosely in the center leaving a gap between them and place horizontally on the polyurethane base and press with pins on each knot. Then take one of the 125 cm threads and fold it in half, the point that is bent is passed under the one that is horizontally pressed, it is passed underneath and then through this bent end you introduce the threads from below and press, do this with the rest of the long strands. So we begin to weave the bracelet, you will have a guide thread which will be either the last or the first, you must press very well with the pins so that when you pass your guide thread to the other end you can work with ease After you have tensioned the guide wire to one side horizontally, you begin to work with the first thread from right to left, passing it through the guide wire as if to form a letter P and then the tip of the same is passed under the guide wire, they are made two taut knots, so on with the other threads until the series is finished. At the end of the first series of weaving, you release the guide wire and bring it to the other end diagonally downwards like in the shape of a triangle, and the weaving process is repeated by passing the threads one by one under the guide and tightening . This is the correct way to pass the loose thread under the guide wire, as if to form a letter P. When you finish knitting diagonally, calculating about 10 cm of fabric, you close by placing the guide thread again horizontally as you did at the beginning. Finally, with the leftover threads, you make clinejas at each end of the bracelet. ***THIS WILL LOOK YOUR FINISHED BRACELET*** If you want to appreciate my works and know more about me as a visual artist, I leave you my networks so you can follow me. https://www.instagram.com/?hl=es https://icalmarte.com/maria-lorena-carrero/ https://www.facebook.com/macarre147 https://nftshowroom.com/artemacarre/gallery

Children's Story The Lizar Bee Another facet in my life story is writing and illustrating children's stories, I do this as a hobby since I have not had the opportunity to publish my stories, a question that I hope will come one day; The truth is that I love to invent stories and / or cover them and what I like the most is to teach through them. Because, Today I want to share one of my fables so that you can share it with your children and in your comments tell me if you liked it, if so, I will gladly continue to share my children's stories, I hope you like it: ***The Lizar Bee***  Once upon a time there was a bee named Lizar, who said she was the hardest worker in the place. How arrogant she is! said the drone ziscar, She talks and talks and no work. One day he fell into a puddle, of pride and arrogance she asked for no help, a noble drone wanted to help her, but Lizar the angry bee rejected him. La abeja enojada horas en el charco pasó, y por no pedir ayuda su cuerpo desvaneció, y allí con su soberbia, la abeja enojada ahogada quedó. ***Important note:*** This fable is a Macarré version inspired by the Fable The Drowned Wasp by the illustrious Venezuelan writer Aquiles Nazoa. ***Step by step of my illustrations*** If you want to appreciate my works and know more about me as a visual artist, I leave you my networks so you can follow me. https://www.instagram.com/?hl=es https://icalmarte.com/maria-lorena-carrero/ https://www.facebook.com/macarre147 https://nftshowroom.com/artemacarre/gallery

Title : My friend Pancho I have been here in Costa Rica for 11 months, in case you didn't know, I am a Venezuelan living in this beautiful country that opened its doors to us. This painting is very nostalgic for me, since it is about my little dog Pancho, whom we had to leave with an adoptive family before traveling. There are many memories and nostalgia of not having him in the family and that is why I drew it and painted it with the permanent marker technique. Title: My Garden Life presents us with situations in which for one reason or another we must look for ways where we can shine; that is, to inquire through our talents which of these are the ones that most attract the attention of the public for whom we work. In my case, I am a self-taught painter, I began painting in the realistic trend since my mother trained me in that style, but nevertheless as the years went by and painting pictures, I discovered that I had the need to create my own drawings and making my own paintings, that was how one day I began to investigate the trends that would tell me about color, lines and shapes and for things of destiny in that research, I got the pages of Picasso and the Neo-pop art movement. Now, the difference between one time and another seems strange but something in common I saw in these two pieces of information that I digested and that led me to start creating MY OWN STYLE. The main characteristics that caught my attention were, the pure color in its essence, the disorderly drawing of lines without a pre-established cliché and the permissiveness to play with different techniques and artistic tendencies. It is then that I began to create my own style, giving free rein to my imagination, trying to make my own iconography intact in time that when the public saw it immediately they would know that it belongs to MACARRÉ. I also did this painting in 2012, starting my new style. ***Data sheet:*** - Acrylic on canvas of 60 x 40 cm. -Year 2012 - Author: María Lorena Carrero. Title: Butterfly Happy day, in 2012 I painted this butterfly and took it to my first painting exhibition held in the Flower of Venezuela. This painting was the first to be sold at that exhibition, which I took as a sign of where my new style could emerge. This butterfly arises from the idea of working on the symmetry a bit, I remember that I prepared a large template with the drawing I wanted with the desired shape of the butterfly, I cut out the template and superimposed it on the canvas, I drew its outline and then I turned it over to that the other side will be exactly the same giving as a result what is expected. The rest of the strokes and paint I created as I was painting. Note: I do not have records of a manufacturing process due to the year the painting was made. I hope you like it: *****Butterfly***** ***Data sheet:*** - Acrylic on canvas. - 100 x 80 cms. - Year 2012 - Author: María Carrero. My first figurative abstract. Happy day. I remember that after I made my first painting exhibition, I was left with the concern of what they told me about looking for my own style and with this work that I present below it was with which I fully entered figurative abstract art. I hope you like it, I clarify that I can not motivate you the elaboration process, because I did it in 2012. Data sheet: - Acrylic on canvas. - Year 2012 - Measurements: 100 x 80 cms. - Author: María Carrero. MACARRÉ I want to tell you something about this first painting, this painting only exists in a photo, because with it something happened to me that I hope will never happen to me again, and that is because I did not believe in my talent, I got carried away by criticism and painting I erased it, painting something else on it. This made me feel bad after the years since each painting is a page in my resume as an artist, where I show my evolution and my achievements. But here it is in the memory and with it my artistic career began. Tittle: Sun Lady Happy and blessed day beautiful people and art lovers. Today I bring you one of my face drawing practices made last year. And from those daily face drawing practices, the lady of the sun emerges. Now, I confess something, it is very difficult for me to maintain the discipline to follow the steps of a tutorial or a class, I consider myself very disciplined and organized for many things but when it comes to drawing and painting since everything is upset within me be. and that something inside, makes me start doing the crazy things that are invented in a line. I don't know if this happens to other artists, but for me it's very frequent, no practice is the same as the one I'm doing, my drawing always ends up in what you'll see next. ***SUN LADY*** Technical Data Sheet: Technique: Acrylic on opaline card Measures: 32 x 23 cms. Title: Infidels In 2011 I was just beginning to paint at a professional level, I liked to paint realistic things but there came a time when I got tired, so I started painting abstracts, and I tell you the magic began to flow in me, when I created and painted, I I felt full, it was what I really wanted to do. My first abstracts have something special for me, because with them I discovered my creative potential, in doing so I felt free, my imagination flew and the brush combined with my mind building fantasy, it was fascinating to play this game of creation, harmony and color. Today I bring you an abstract painting that I painted with all my heart, I called it Infidels and I represented this action through figures from the front and from the back, because INFEDILITY has two sides. ***Infidels*** ***Data sheet:*** - Technique: acrylic on canvas. - Measurements: 100 x 80 cms. - Year 2011 - Author: María Lorena Carrero. **MACARRÉ** This infidel artwork, I gave it to the Director of culture and art of the Flower of Venezuela where I made my first exhibition as a plastic artist, in gratitude for the receptivity to me as a professional painting. Title: Faces that illuminate This time I bring you a beautiful creation made in 2014, where after having a dream I had the need to capture on the canvas what you can appreciate. This creation I called: ***FACES that illuminate*** Technique: Acrylic on canvas. Measurements: 80 x 70 cms. Year 2014 Author: María Lorena Carrero. MACARRÉ Making art for me is an abstraction to my parallel world of dreams and joys, where I overturn my inner self and release my emotions, it is in every sense a pleasure and a passion. This painting was born from a dream I had where some laughing faces appeared to me, others sad, it was as if these people were taking care of me and others were crying for me, the truth is that I woke up with the immense need to capture on canvas those faces that spoke to me . Suddenly it causes other people some fear to have dreams like this, but in reality it is as if they were revelations, either of something they want to tell me or simply my inspiring muse who wakes up through dreams, the truth is that they make me go to the canvas and paint with all my passion. It should be noted that ROSTROS QUE ILUMINAN was selected from a total of 140 works for 40, for the Collective Exhibition in the X SALÓN DE ARTE "RAFAEL MONASTERIOS" Art Gallery of the UNIVERSIDAD CENTRO OCCIDENTAL DEL ESTADO LARA, BARQUISIMETO, VENEZUELA in the year 2015. **X Art Hall "RAFAEL MONASTERIOS" Art Gallery of the University CENTRO OCCIDENTAL DEL ESTADO LARA, BARQUISIMETO, VENEZUELA** Here I am with my work when I lived in Venezuela. Zentangles | My relaxation therapy Materials: Black ink pen. Rule. White cardboard. "Tangle means "tangle, tangle, muddle, mess", therefore we could say that the Zentangle is a method of artistic meditation, a form of abstract drawing that is done with repetitive patterns using black ink on white paper. A very simple drawing technique, suitable for all audiences that promotes tranquility, concentration, intuition and personal growth." These are the dancing lines that come out of my imagination and I transmit them to the paper through my hand, they make a very special combination as far as my emotional life is concerned. Each line drawn, each form achieved, each structure assembled in monochromatic play, conform for me a set of peace and tranquility to my thoughts, a unique peace that only I can interpret, that free me, that abstract me, that make me travel to my parallel world of inner emotion. This composition that I bring you today, I worked on it for a week, every time I felt overwhelmed by my mental and physical tiredness I sat down to paint one of the pictures. I hope you like it and put it into practice, it really relaxes and awakens a lot of creativity. ***Step by step*** ***This is what my zentangles look like*** If you want to appreciate my works and know more about me as a visual artist, I leave you my networks so you can follow me. https://www.instagram.com/?hl=es https://icalmarte.com/maria-lorena-carrero/ https://www.facebook.com/macarre147 https://nftshowroom.com/artemacarre/gallery
