Girls Don't Be Embarrassed With...... There are so many people in this world judging how girls should be perfect in any angle, personality wise and physical appearance per se. In fact, even the way we dress is a big deal. Whether you have to have skirts lower than your knees and bd conservative in any way to not be harassed by men. BOTH MEN AND WOMEN SHOULD KNOW HOW TO RESPECT. It doesn't matter if the girl or guy dresses clothing that are not up to your standards. GIRLS DON'T BE EMBARRASSED WITH **YOUR HEIGHT** It doesn't matter if you're not a model type person with a 6 foot height or below 5 feet. We are not responsible with our heights. It is already given to us during our mother's pregancy state. I hve seen an advertisement about a certain height grower vitamin because those who are taller are more confident in life. Actually, I don't think so. I have seen more people confident in just about everything and they do not even have that Kendall-Jenner height. **YOUR ACNE** Basically, everyone has it. Everyone can have it. A small dot or bigger ones in your face doesn't define you. The fact that you're embarrassed about it is not really a good thing. We just have to make the best out of it. A make-up or blush or whatever isn't going to fix it. Your beautiful in your way. **YOUR PERIOD** I mean you should be embarrassed if you don't have one. It just means you're not a girl when you don't experience it. Actually, for me, I always get happy when I have it. First is because you're "safe", even if you don't really do anything, and it is one way for girls to cleanse their blood inside. We have it because not just to release blood but to release the dirty blood. It's like cleaning your sink in the kitchen. Those who haven't experience it for about a year or so after their perioud should already consult a doctor. I have a friend who only went to the doctor after two years and it turns out that there's something in there that's why the blood that should be released can't go out. **YOUR SKIN COLOR** Again, your born with it. Your skin color doesn't define who you are. Whether you're black or white or any color, it's the same thing. We all move, we all eat, we all sleep, there's no difference. I always have strangers and friends who say that I should get a glutathione or whitening medicine for me to get more beautiful, then I heard a friend that someone just said to her that she's only beautiful because she is white. Like what is wrong with people's minds? It was never a matter of beautification in person's eyes, it's a matter of respect to anyone who should be respected. **YOUR BOOBS** Whether it is already non-existent or size of a watermelon, there is nothing wrong with it. You should be proud at least you have one, at least you know you are a girl. Just be sure to take care of it. There are a lot of surgeries involving boob transplant or getting your boobs bigger which is totally a big no-no for me. I understand women who went into it since other people are judging them and they just want to be beautiful as they already are. But if you're thinking to get it now, think again. **YOUR ETHNICITY** Being American or Asian has nothing to do with your personality, respect and love to a passion or love. I still see people who have judgment towards Asian people since because we live poor compared to them or how we look differently or not up to their standards and it pisses me off. But at the end of the day, it doesn't define you, it defines who they are.

Best Kitchen Nightmares Episodes - Part 1 After the succesful hit of Hell's Kitchen where chefs and cooks battle out to become the executive chef of a certain restaurant, hosted by celebrity chef and restaurateur, Gordon Ramsay, Kitchen Nightmares was another succesful show that shows Ramsay visiting and fixing the most problematic restaurants in America. There are 7 seasons in the show and some of it were the most fun to watch. Personally, I binge on watching the series from start to finish. There were cringy moments and funny scenes that were all part of the success of the show. I am about to tell you the best ones in Kitchen Nightmares that I recommend you to watch. `WARNING: SPOILERS ALERT` **AMY'S BAKING COMPANY (ABC)** This is probably the most popular episode in the Kitcheb Nightmares. The episode is about Sammy and Amy who struggle to understand how they are alienating the community by their bad attitude, not just on the people, but food itself. However, their cakes are surely heaven to taste, but it doesn't go with other savory and sweet dishes. From disgusting burgers to undone pizzas, Gordon Ramsay didn't liked his visit in the restaurant. Ramsay has to wait for hours for his food because the head chef, Amy, is doing one ticket at a time. Sammy on the other hand is not fun to work with in front of the house. He takes all the tips from the waiter because "they get paid hourly", which is truly a questioning part. Amy refused to listen to, not only Gordon Ramsay, but the customers too. There were even reports saying that they threaten to stab a customer after complaining about the food. A number of staff were fired due to the attitude the owners give. The episode made a world controversy after Ramsay walked out of the restaurant and decided not to help Sammy and Amy,which is a first for all Kitchen Nightmares episodes. The restaurant became a tourist spot for visitors because of the shocking scenes. **MILL STREET BISTRO (Part 1 and 2)** This 2-entry episode of Mill Street Bistro is about Joe who "preaches" farm-to-table food because he has a ranch full of animals and vegetables to be a sort of supplier for the goodies in the restaurant, but it turned out that he was using frozen products that he buys from local stores. Joe had the initiative to show Gordon Ramsay his farm and even proudly explained that he was trained by the best chefs in Europe, in which he contradict later on. When Ramsay took his lunch in the restaurant, he saw numerous unacceptable practices. From waiters who have their names plated, a fireplace for a location that doesn't need one and cakes being served in a tray, Ramsay was not happy with it. Dishes after dishes were such a disappointment to him but Joe fought back, saying that it was all a matter of taste nd understanding. Joe had an attitude problem. He is proud of everything and doesn't admit to his mistakes which makes matters worst. Ramsay had a hard time fixing Joe's attitude and even had a verbal fight on him during servuce. He then quickly bought in another chef to be the head chef of the restaurant. The problems were fixed and food was loved by the neighborhood. Unfortunately, according to reviews and reports, the restaurant was closed due to Joe stepping again as the head chef of the restaurant. **BURGER KITCHEN (PART 1 AND 2)** This is another 2-entry episode. Burger Kitchen was managed by husband-and-wife team Allan and Jen who bought up $250,000 for the business. Allan then stole his son, Daniel, $250,000 from a trust account given by his father to continue operating. Daniel was so devasted because of this but he had to step up for it to make the business work. Unfortunately since Allan is still the man of the house, the restaurant is losing thousands of dollars every month. There were tons of problems in here including a number of turn over of staff and chefs, unsatisfying burgers and too much argument. There are over 10 chefs fired, 20 different menu changes and over 10 front of house fired as well. Allan believes that it was Yelp, a website for restaurant reviews, fault that they are operating badly. Ramsay eve invited some Yelpers to talk about the issues going on and Allan had a hard time believing them. The constant fights were seen in all scenes from two episodes. Ramsay did not only fix the burgers but the family conflicts as well.

5 Movies Banned because of Unbelievable Reasons Movies that represents slavery, torture and killings that are so scary can be some reasons why a certain movie is banned in a country. But there are some movies that are seemingly normal but didn't made to the cinemas, and I am about to tell you why. Here are 5 movies that were banned because of unbelievable reasons: **CANNIBAL HOLOCAUST** This 1980 Deodato film was a succesful hit during its time earning over $200 million dollars in just 10 days of screening. However, after its 10th blockbuster day, it was pulled out of cinemas. During its screening in France, Photo magazine accused the whole crew of the film for having a "real slaughter" in the film. Probably because it somehow showed a representation of men being slaughtered. Deodato quickly stepped up in the issue by going with his actors and justifying in the jury that they were not hurt during filming. The case was soon trashed. **HUMAN CENTIPEDE 2 FULL SEQUENCE** Personally, the first Human Centipede was both shocking and disturbing at the same time. I was not expecting any kind of thriller film like that even though I love watching scary or horror flicks. Many people, including the government of some countries, were not really fond of the second film. One of the reasons why it disturbed too many people is because the first film shows the antagonist as a doctor, who obviously knew what he was doing, but the second one shows a man who just wants to make his version of a human centipede. That reason includes more like the fact of showing how teeth get pulled out or how much brutal the man does to all the preys. **THE EXORCIST** This movies is probably one of the best horror films I ever saw that made into the cinemas. Although there were many jumpy scenes which of course a horror movie should have, it doesn't blew some audience with its amazing production. One of the reasons why some government decided to pull it out of cinemas is because of one line in a scene that goes "Your mother s*cks c*ck in hell. ", which is said to be "too much" when it comes to making lines for a script. **TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE** This classic hit was actually a nice movie during its time of release in my opinion. But of course, not everybody is the same as my perspective, the film received major backslash from the audience and government. Local police ordered cinemas and theaters to stop the showing of the movie. Besides having brutal scenes that are said to be already up to standards for the audience, the title alone is already not a good thing. Having the word "chainsaw" was already concerning the government if ever they want to pull the movie out immediately. **SLENDER MAN** Based on an American belief of having a tall guy going out and stealing kids, luring them into the wood to kill them, this movie was an amazing dramatization of it. But even though the movie showed a very good plot and production, it was pulled out in the cinemas after a filed case for the film. The reason is that the Slender Man movie portrayed a sort of real life event that took place and the family of the person didn't really liked it. Which one of these films is up to your liking?

Anxiety is not being Rude Anxiety leads to people assuming that you are being rude to them. This is because the signs you are giving them acts like you don't really like them and you hate thr situation you are in. It may not seem noticeable since having anxiety is not really a good thing. It may lead to several things caused by several reasons effecting to several actions. Here are few things on why people see you as rude and not someone who suffers from anxiety: **EYE-CONTACT** Having an eye contact to a person is not really easy for those who havr anxiety. This is because they are not comfortable in both the situation and the person they are talking to. The fear of making contact itself is so much different. The reason why they don't want to have eye contact is that they will nervous on what they think that will happen next, either you, as the other person, will get irritated or something or the one with the anxiety will get awkward. **FIRST ONE TO LEAVE** If he or she gets invited into a party and manage to go in it, it might sound like finally, he was able to make it. But I can guarantee you that that person will be the first one to leave the party. This happens for many reasons actually. One reason is that the crowded people is a big no-no. The idea of having too much people makes them overwhelmed or out of control. They may think that if ever something strange happens to them, many people will see and witness it. **LAST PLANS** When you invite the person with anxiety in a concert, after-party or a birthday celebration, of course, he will not go or doesn't like to go even though he says yes. In some cases, they might be the one to initiate on going somewhere and starts planning it but ends up the first one to cancel it. This is not because they want to make your excitement go down but they start to think a lot of things that may happen along the way. This includes that they might fall into a trap, get bullied about something or just be a joke to the situation and everyone. They might have an anxiety attack since they don't like the outside world. **TALKATIVE** Even though you might see a person with anxiety sitting in a library and reading books instead of going out in the fields or benches, they tend to talk a lot, especially when the topic is what they like. Personally, whenever I talk to some friends, I have the tendency to talk and talk non-stop. This is because their brain are gives them a racing thoughts. It means that ideas come and come until you ran out of it. You might also notice how ee change topic in a short period of time rather than getting deeper into the conversation. One of the reasons is actually that we answer as if the questions are all yes-or-no ones. The low self-esteem is what triggers it, either we don't really have anything to share or we just don't want to share secrets or ideas. **CALLS AND DMS** Avoidance is what the people with anxiety are known for. Why?, because it's the only way they can cope up witb anxiety. This is actually, for me, is the rudest part of having anxiety. Avoiding phone calls and messages is not really my thing but since I don't like talking to people that much, I just ignore them until they really want to talk about something or we have to do something. The fear of being judged by a phone call or dm is really nerve-wracking.

Ugly has an Advantage If you're ugly and thinks no one will love you for real and doubts for every time a person likes you thinking that it's just a dare or something, then this is for you and me. I'm not an expert on this but because since I experienced a little bit of this in my life, I have to share it. They say that if a love or relationship lasts for a year or so, then it is true. During this generation, not all people have the motivation to do something if they don't like it or are just forced to do so. Not all things are for long lasting feels, most are just permanent. That is why we, living beings nowadays, are rushing towards things. We see people desperate to have boyfriends or girlfriends because they don't want to be left out. I just don't get the idea of being with everyone else when you can be on your own. You can build your home by your own. I don't even like the idea of being fed by somebody elses pocket. It just proves how stubborn the person is and how he or she can't handle life. If you're ugly and you and someone are in a relationship and you still doubt about everything, then maybe it's time to change your mind. I just actually find this right now and I have to say that when that someone is head over heels on you then a total of 90 percent is that person is in love with your personality and not just your looks. This means that the person is worth loving for. Of course, we don't like persons who just get up and go. The world doesn't revolve like that. Maybe for a second or two, but not all the time. Ugly people have the biggest advantage in the world, most people just don't notice them because they don't believe in kindness first before looks. You see, in life we don't trust easily. This might happen when you had a very bad traumatic experience before or maybe, you just hate people. Angels are not given wings just to fly and go wherever they want. They are loved because of how they treat people. Once in a while, you will realize how looks cannot save a relationship, especially those who keep secrets all the time. Soon after, you will just get rid of each other. Pleasure is felt when the relationship is defined by love and not that "love at first sight" thing. I'm not saying that all good-looking people are bad in using their charm to attract peo0le, but when they use it as an advantage towards how they should be the one to be loved rather than the ugly one, then that sends the alarm bells ringing. I have been bullied because I don't look good or meet their standards when it comes to beauty and it really hurts deep inside. But it doesn't really define me, it actually defines who they are. This is why I have never change my look. At least for sometime, when someone confesses, I know that they liked my personality.

The Bermuda Triangle's First Cases You might have recognized it as one of the most mysterious places in the world where ships and planes have mysteriously disappeared, but how did the Bermuda Triangle also known as the Devil’s Triangle started? I have been surfing the internet and I read many news and articles regarding the Bermuda Triangle. There were reports saying that those who have gone through the triangle and survived cannot remember a thing regarding their voyage. Though personally, I have never been there or even near that location, I still believe that it was an ordinary place. But since I don’t want to make assumptions, I researched and researched on what could possibly happen way back that lead to this location to be known as a dangerous place. With the coordinates of 25° North and 71° West, we will go back to the history where the Bermuda Triangle all began. According to many articles, the first ever mysterious case happened in 1492 when Christopher Columbus sailed through the Bermuda Triangle and claimed that he saw, what he said to be, a “bursting flame of fire struck the sea”. Columbus is known for his completion of four voyages across the Atlantic Ocean. As I read through many articles regarding the sighting of Columbus, if it is really real, that flame must have been a meteor who at then on is responsible for all the disappearances that happened. The year was 1492, and I think by that time people already have a slight knowledge about what’s going on in the outer space. But I also realized that if that flame was really a meteor, it would have cause a major damage, not just in the sea but also to nearby islands. I’ve been looking into many reports but I can’t find any. Maybe because it happened many, many years ago and I find it hard to believe that it actually happened. Although I have faith in Columbus, I still see it as an impossible thing to happen. Columbus was not the first recorded disappearance, but rather it happened in a man named Joshua Slocum. Born in 1884, the British-American sailor became famous as the first person to sail alone despite not knowing how to swim. He was fond of the sea and started to join the crew of a merchant vessel at the age of 16. His famous book Sailing Alone Around is all about his first solo circumnavigation on his oyster sloop called the Spray. It talked about his sail with dangerous sea adventures and triumphs. November 14, 1909, he sailed the sea for the West Indies going to South America and was never found. He was declared legally dead in 1924. I think sailing alone can be a proud moment but not in all events. Imagine having no one by your side when you need someone. Though I think he wants to accomplish the fact of sailing alone to maybe prove something, I still think it’s not right to go to a risky adventure having no one beside you. But even though I think he sailed alone, he might have alerted someone, if he had the equipment. The next recorded incident happened in 1918. A 542-foot Navy cargo ship known as the USS Cyclops covering over 300 men sank in between Barbados and Chesapeake Bay. Despite being one of four Proteus-class colliers in the United States Navy, the ship had never sent a distress signal even though it has all the equipment to do so. In this case, it is totally different from the first incident. This time, it carries hundreds of men and I think was even operated by both the men on board and monitored by the navy seals. In this news, I think I can take back what I said about Slocum. These men in that giant boat had the equipment to send a signal but they didn’t. And by that I think there is something really strange going on in that area. I think any kind of technology, when near that triangle, breaks. Because, of course, if you are in a dangerous place, the first thing you will do, even though you’re in a panic, is either to run or call for help or do both. By the looks of it, they obviously think that they were going to pass that area so alerting someone is a must. What do you think about these first cases?

Unusual Signs that You're a Serial Killer (or will be one) I had been watching documentaries about serial killers after watching Monster about Arlene Wournos, starring Charlize Theron. From their childhood up to their last meal, I had come up with something that somehow showed signs the serial killers I have watched had in common. I don't know if those were all just coincidences or they really are destined to be killer. Remember these signs go with each other or with most and not as an only one sign. **LIKES TO DRINK THEIR COFFEE BLACK** ☕ Arlene Wournos actually requested her last meal as black coffee rather than what the court made for her. The resemblance of coffee being black showed how bad a person is. The way ablack coffee taste is the exact representation of a killer. Black coffees taste good but is not really liked by many. Same thing goes with a killer, some people may know him or her as a good person, unknowingly he or she hides something evil. Most doesn't even want their black coffee with sugar in which it means that you are really brave in doing things. Well, I do drink black coffee sometimes but I always like sugar in it. **OFTEN DAYDREAM ABOUT KILLING SOMEONE** 🗡 Most serial killers either have anger motive or is powered by sexual frustration. Ted Bundy killed over 30 women in whome he had fantasy on. He was this killer who lured women just by his looks and charm which made him out behind bars for so long since no one will think he did it. He once said on his tapes that he is first looking at a women on how it would be nice to kill her or had her head on a stick. Jefrey Dahmer on the other hand had fantasies on men which also made him do the killings first before pleasure. Since he know that men will either insist or just walk away the other day, he want to take full control on them. Most killings happen when the eyes are opened, meaning these killers are often thinking of killing rather than getting a job in a company. **HAD A BAD CHILDHOOD 🙍🏻‍♂️** Having bad memories at an early age can cause a lot of trauma and decisions leading to negative things. Most serial killers I watched had a terrible background. For example, Arlene Warnous had an incest love in her brother, was severely beaten and sexually harrased by her own grandfather, and was raped and impregnated by a friend of his grandfather. She had no parental guidance throughout her journey so she can enjoy her childhood but it didn't happen. As a kid, you have to enjoy things but since life isn't always fair, strange things will come along. **YOU LIKE TO MANIPULATE PEOPLE** ⚛️ You can't kill someone unless they fall into your trap, either by force or self-defense. Killers often want to be in command when they do things. Not the psychological type of manipulation, but rather the normal manipulation any person can do. It doesn't need a degree to do so but rather the dedication to do it. Like Bundy, with his charms, looks and very good way of speaking, most women, specifically sex workers, fall into his lure. After that, hr can easily do things. Because if you're victim is not in the ssme state of mind as yours, your killing might be a not-so-good one. It might be a successful one but you will probably suffer pain too. **CRUEL AND ABUSIVE TOWARDS ANIMALS** 🐶 Kids who often likes to kill animals are not normal kids. There is something going on in their minds that resembles that since they can't do strange things to people bigfer than them, they often do it to smaller living things. Well, it woupd be so scary seeing your kid kill your pet dog without a good reason, unless the dog wants to kill him. I have seen kids who do it, most likely on hamsters and cats and it shows how terrible the mind is. No kid in this world wants to strangle a cat since kids are built first to enjoy life like playing.

Most dogs are cute but cats are cuter and smaller, depending on the breed. I love how they can easily be taken care of like it came from your womb. Six – Cats don’t have 9 lives! I have seen a cat before who was hit by a moving truck but still stood up to go in the other side of the road as if it was just hit by a paper. There were no wounds, neither a scratch in it. It’s like Ted Bundy strangling a certain victim then put her in the woods then drove as fast as possible. Smaller animals including mice and chipmunks are one of the most likeable preys of cats. The Nauseating Truth About Tiktok Used by millions of people, Tiktok is by far one of the most succesful social media app ever to be launched this era. I have seen a lot of users posting videos about cooking, dance challenges, business ideas, even clickbaits of dating celebrities, rumored stories and some other stuff. I actually love Tiktok but sometimes, videos of clickbaits are just going into my nerves. Quarantine time has given people the ability to explore the internet. And while they are literally bored in the house, the fact that Tiktok is dealing with lots of opportunities such as gaining followers and friends, lessening the boredom and earning money, some things doesn't go with the positive vibes it gives. I will give you some reasons why I find Tiktok a not-so-good platform despite me liking some videos in it since some gives lessons to me. The app is actually invented by Chinese people. Personally, I don't like the idea of them taking over the world as if they own it. I have no problem with China. I think they are good into whatever kind of ability a person can have. But I also know for a fact, and bothered by it, that they are one of the most powerful country in the world and it doesn't mean that they should take advantage of it. What bothers me is that we don't really know the ability and capability of China. I respect that they take out the boredom of the people but the idea of making the app be installed in each phone in the planet, is also them gaining the entrance to our own personal security issues. Other biometrics data and location are recorded in the Chinese company which by the way is legal but unsafe. That reason will state one of the main reasons why the US government want to ban the app since the security concerns is highly questioned. I don't really know if there are personal issues in both parties but both must perform a good manner towards its people, despite any problems occured. No wonder, these two are both powerful parties, and surprisingly they still allow communications and meetings. Another thing that bothers me is that the former Musical.ly app performs encryption to the device that allows attackers to steal any kind of information available and will lend to bad stuff such as blackmails and unwanted tracking. Since the app is mostly popular to dance, comedy, lip-sync and challenges, there are more chances of users using it of showing their faces. Furthermore, the fact that when you go to the Discover feature of the app, the most popular recommendations are from the nearest areas of yours. In my case, I have seen a lot of posts from users of celebrities and normal neighborhood. Instagram and Facebook users already reported breaches of data, and it's not surprising that Tiktok can also be one of them.
