Why I joined read.cash I'm not sure if y'all would be interested in this article but I'm going to do it anyways😅. I'm sure most users here came to earn extra income amid being stuck in quarantine due to the pandemic. Well if that's your case too then we're the same. I'm just a student that's finding ways to earn money while in quarantine, for I don't have enough funds to support myself in my wants. Sure,my parents got our expenses covered in our everyday needs but I don't want to ask them for financial help in my wants too. That's why I'm doing this. I hope you can support me because I will gladly support you too. Just upvote and comment on my article and subscribe too if you want to stay updated on my upcoming articles and if you are interested in my "career" of being an author whilst being a student as well. I know I'm still lacking in many ways but I hope you can support me!❤

Benefits of Sleeping early Reduces the risk of having illnesses - According to the World Health Organization(WHO) that disrupting our "normal" body clock by working at night is possibly a carcinogen(any substance or material that can cause cancer to our tissues and organs) that will surely harm our body. Improves our memory -Studies have shown that by having 7-8 hours of sleep can help our barin to process and restore long-term informations. Whilst sleep deprivation makes it hard for an individual to process new information. Reduces the risk of having acne - Sleep Deprivation is one of the four common factors of having acne aside from buildup of dead skin cells and oil in the follicles,excessive oil production and bacteria. A study has shown that by sleeping late our body tends to release more androgen(a kind of testosterone that our body tends to release more when we're sleep deprivated). As we all know that too much of a thing is definitely bad. Strengthen our immune system -According to Dr.David Perlmutter that 10pm onwards,our body gets rid of our body wastes and from 11pm-2am our immune system has its time to repair and recharge itself. Now you don't want to disrupt any natural occurences in our body that can cause possible harm to our body right? These are just a few of the many benefits of sleeping early. I hope I encouraged you to sleep early,did I?

Please like and comment on my articles entitled "Angel's Kiss" and " Should I shampoo my hair everyday" thanks 💓

@Anon_need_your_love

Should I shampoo my hair everyday? As all of you might know already that **shampoo** is used to **clean your hair to prevent the buildup of dirt,dust and excess oil on your head** to keep it clean. That in itself can encourage you to shampoo your hair everyday but you should also think of the consequences of doing so. Most of the shampoo nowadays contain **a lot of chemicals**. Some of it are: Sulfates This is the most common ingredient that makes up a shampoo and is also the most controversial one to use in haircare. Examples of it are: **sodium laureth sulfate**, **ammonium lauryl sulfate**, **sodium trideceth sulfate and etc.** Its main focus is to **strip away the oil and dirt from the hair and make a lather**.But shampoos that have too much of it can strip away the natural oils of your hair and can take away too much moisture,resulting to a dry and unhealthy hair. Parabens This ingredient has **anti-microbial agents**,can help to **extend the shelf life of beauty products**,and is also **cheap**; making it a staple in most of the shampoos nowadays. But a research has shown that it may **cause damage and breakage** to ones' hair and scalp. Silicones This helps to **seal the cuticle of your hair** after having an intense cleaning with all the chemicals involved above and can also make your hair **shine** after using it. These are just some of the ingredients and its uses that make up most of the shampoos and I've provided the benefits and harmful effects of it to your hair and now,it's up to you whether you should shampoo your hair everyday or not.

Angel's Kiss         Did you know according to foreo that only 4-5% of the world's population have freckles? If you're one of them, then you're very rare. Freckles are a type of mutation in the skin cells or melanocytes; these melanocytes are located in the epidermis and it is responsible to produce a pigment called melanin. It is also said that new born babies cannot have freckles and they start to develop within the ages of 2-4 years old. However, it can also be acquired from genetic inheritance, having an error in the MC1R gene or over-exposure from the sun's radiation.         Having the said condition isn't harmful at all but the people affected by it should take extra care of their skin against UV radiation because their skin is more sensitive than other people. A person who has red, blonde or light brown hair is more likely  to acquire freckles due to their low melanin content in their body. People who are most affected by it live in Ireland and Scotland.          Alicia Keys is an example that freckles can be your strong suit and will make you stand out against the others. Aside from her having a sweet and melodic voice, her freckles are also the reason why many people love her. Although many hypocrites  judge her based on her external features, Nonetheless she willingly embraced her condition and prevented wearing makeup nowadays to let her natural beauty shine.       People affected by the said condition should not be alienated because they're just like us; it's just the fact that they have freckles in their face but it doesn't make them any different from other individuals because they too talk,act and think like every human being would. I also believe that people shouldn't be judged based on how "normal" they are in the eyes of the society because I believe that everyone deserves to be loved no matter how imperfect they are and having genetic mutations will make them unique and more lovable because they're special and rare. Don't be encouraged to fit in and instead stand out because you are you; you are beautiful; you are special.
