Breastmilk(First time mommy)
Hi, I'm a First time mom., I would love to know if you could share tips to improve my Milk. Cuz sometimes I feel like my milk is not enough for my baby. I wanted to give her the best that I can. So I'm looking for a good tips from all of you here.. And most of the time she has a bloated tummy, and she keep on crying. I feel so sad about it.) I hope you could share tips for me.. Love lots😘🤗

Hello! First, welcome to read.cash! Now, for milk supply, I also had a hard time producing milk on the first weeks of my baby. What i would suggest to increase your milk would be by hand express! You can search it youtube and watch some tutorial. It is pretty effective. Also just keep on breastfeeding your baby even if you feel you have low supply because it is all about supply and demand. If you keep on doing these two in one week, you will see your supply improve unknowingly. For bloated tummies, pls contact your pedia about it first because there can be a lot of reason for bloatness and pedias know a lot. i also found some videos in youtube teaching me how to massage baby with bloated tummy. Hope these would help ❤️
