It should make you more beautiful: Yes! The last but not the least, smiling makes you more beautiful. Can you see it is also a beauty treatment?

You Shouldn't Stop There!
Last night got me reflecting on how the day went. I asked myself if the plan for the day was executed, satisfied by the results I got, I reflected on the past weeks.
It has been a very great month! I've learnt a lot of things and connected with great minds. I've also discovered my faults and worked on some. After the assessment, a question crept in; "could there have been a better result"?
I sensed the felling of satisfaction, like I had already arrived. I mean, on top of the world. You get that feeling, right?
The type you experience when you've done something great. Immediately, I detected it, I said to myself, "you shouldn't stop here, there are more grounds to cover".
But why? Because satisfaction can slow one's pace.
A lot of great minds are where they are because they are satisfied with what they have achieved. Success isn't bad! But, good success should motivate you to do more. Only few understand this and that's why many aren't moving forward.
I know you need this, yes, you reading this. One time success isn't enough, you've to hunger for more. Strive for the best, because there's always something better than best.

The potential to bless more lives.
The potential to dominate more territories.
The potential to liberate many people.
All these can go down the drain if you remain where you are.
Listen, I know you will experience moments like this but whenever the thoughts of satisfaction come to you, silence it.
Don't think you've arrived and you have no need of mentors and coaches. Always have it in mind, that there are more lessons to take, courses to offer and sacrifices to make.
All to attain that great height. I'm ringing it into your ears dear friend, you shouldn't stop there!
Don't relent, don't slack.You're made for more.

Your Actions, Your Tomorrow
I've come to realized that no matter how worst your background is, it is still not yet an excuse for you not to make the best out of life.
I had the privilege to be brought up in a rowdyish society where people engaged in different activities and behave as if there is nothing called tomorrow, ranging from smoking, thuggery and other various acts that could disturb the peace of the society.
I could recall back then in 2005 to 2010,there were three sets of people in my society where you have the choices to decide where you wished to belong to, we have some sets of people who took their life very serious with western education while there were also some that took the religion as their core focus while the last set of people were the ones whose their aims and objectives are to disturb the peace of the society.
In this type of community, you have the choice to decide where to belong to while no one would question you for making the decision but one thing would stand against you and that's YOUR TOMORROW.
The decision you make today and the actions you take would determine what your tomorrow would be and everyone's wishes is to have a better tomorrow plus a longer one.
I later realized that you need to encounter some difficulties in life just for you to know and understand how well you need to take up responsibilities over your burdens.
It occurred to me that life is nothing upon nothing over nothing and it has nothing to give and nothing to collect but to get the best out of it , Your actions are the powerful determinant of that.
We all crave for a better tomorrow but not all are ready to pay for the price but we are ready to settle with prize.
If you are not ready to pay for the price today, Don't plan to settle for the prize tomorrow because it never happens like that and will never!
Remember, you can only harvest what you plant and nothing else beyond that!
You can decide to live a better life plus a longer one with the decisions and actions you take today.

WHY DO YOU WANT TO DO IT?
For every action a man takes, there is a reason, whether good or bad.
Are you on the path to organize your own business? Or you want to accomplish a mission? You might be wondering why what you're doing isn't yielding the right results, it could be because of your WHY.
Do you have a WHY?
This why is your driving force. Many businesses failed before inception because the owners didn't put this factor into consideration. For your business or the project to be successful, you must establish a profound reason for doing it.
Your WHY helps you to continue until you get your desire.
So, inquire yourself, WHY do I need to do this?
There are many reasons people do whatever they do and these reasons vary from individuals. It could be because of passion, interest, to prove a point, pleasure, to earn, to increase influence and so on. THE WORST REASON TO DO ANYTHING IS THAT OTHERS ARE DOING IT.
If your why is unique, strong and powerful, then, be ready to have the results you want.
Your WHY further enables you to keep getting on when you realize like abandoning.
Did you get that?
Yes, that's why I'm hammering it that you have to know your why. Let me shock you!
Did you know your why is a great determiner of your results?
If your why is to prove a point, after proving that point, there's no need to continue doing it.
On and on, this goes. So my question to you right now is why do you want to do it?
If you're engaged in something already, you might have to pause now and know your WHY.
Go ahead, think about it. When your why is established, you can go ahead and plan.
Set out now! You're not late
Someone is out there asking this big question; "isn't it late for me to do this"? Another person has resigned to fate believing that time is not on his side.
Let me shock you. You're not deceased, so you're not deceased.
Many people are still held back from doing what they should be doing because they believe they set out late. They believe many have been in the race before them, hence, losing the battle before it begins.
You are not competing with anyone! Get that. Those ahead of you and those behind you are not your competitors.
Did you just discover yourself at 23? You can fulfil your purpose. Don't crumple your arrows and gaze at others.
There were once three men who set out on a journey. They set out at the different time. One in the sunrise, another in the afternoon and the last in the twilight. Leisurely, the first went, since time was on his side. The second also wasn't in a hurry. But the third, knowing full well that night was fast approaching, set out with full force. Running all the way.
In an attempt to beat the approaching nightfall, he ran past the two who set out before him and got to his destination. That's life for you! It's never too late to start, what matters is your determination.
A company launched this year can surpass the existing ones if the focus is sharp.
Don't be held down by lies that you can't be at a certain level because you are young. Shut your ears from the noises. Ignore the distractions.
It's not too late to begin. Concentrate on what you can accomplish and accomplish it. You're not vying with anyone.
WHAT CAN YOU OFFER?
Sometimes, we find ourselves in situations where we are broke, like seriously broke. During this period, we wonder why things aren't turning out well.
I was once faced with this situation and I know what it feels like.
Before you begin to count a list of reasons why you are broke, could you please spare few minutes to do the assessment below?
- What can you offer in exchange for money?
Very simple, what will make me want to give you my money?
One thing we have to understand is that for people to bring out their money in exchange for the services you offer, there must be a need. Can you meet this need?
Another thing is, people, pay for value. Yes! If what you offer doesn't come with value(high importance) I tell you, though it meets certain needs, there is still a need for upgrading.
So, now put aside your present state and ask yourself, what can I offer?
Once you discover what you can offer to help people then you can name a price and people who understand the principle of value will come for it.
This done, no more "I'm broke".

What am about to share with you is a nugget that will change your mindset concerning your approach to life struggles.

-what are you fighting for in life.
-Are you fighting to win over a girl's heart.
-Are you fighting to eradicate poverty in your life.
-Are you fighting to be financially buoyant in life.
No worries, follow me carefully to discover the kind of fight you should engage in.
Fighting a good fight of greatness is what kept some people where they are up till now without going down.
In this life, you shouldn't fight a useless fight at all.
You shouldn't fight to destroy and blackmail the progress of your friends or any one's progress in life.
Rather you should fight aggressively to attain visibility to be a success in your world.
I will tell you a story about a boy who fought a fight of DESTINY and came out victoriously.
Keep following carefully, we are getting to somewhere.
The story goes this way. His name is ONYEMAECHI(who knows tomorrow in English). He is the exclusive kid of his parents. His father died 8 years after his birth.
Living the poor boy to suffer.
His mother was a trader who sells foodstuffs to support her husband because they are not financially buoyant.
However, after the burial of ONYEMAECHI'S Father. His brother came and chased ONYEMAECHI'S mother and Him out from their house, living them homeless.
As time goes on they began to suffer. ONYEMAECHI had to do all manner of jobs, which he was doing to sustain himself and his mother.
As time goes, days flew into weeks, while weeks rushed into months. Months skyrockets into years, ONYEMAECHI grew up into a responsible fellow knowing fully well the background he came from.
He saved some money through the menial jobs he was doing and used it to buy a bus.
Through the help of God, He gathered the money He made from His bus in combination, He sold the bus, did His papers and travelled out of the country (Thailand)'
Sincerely speaking, after 5years of travelling, He came back with lots of money. The house His wicked Uncle took from them, ONYEMAECHI retrieved it back from Him and built a mansion for His lovely mother.
Nevertheless, that His wicked Uncle became jealous of Him and he decided to kill Him, on His way to visit a native Doctor ( Dibia) He was structed by a car and the evil man died on the spot instantly.
ONYEMAECHI and His mother enjoyed life to the brim.
ONYEMAECHI fought a fight of DESTINY and He scaled through from being poor to becoming a great success to his world.
Now hear this, I don't know what you are fighting for oooo.
But what I want to tell you is, Fight for your destiny, future, and your purpose here on Earth to be actualized.
Fight to see that your dreams in life come true, through your hard work and consistency.
Fight to make sure, that your desire to be a successful, influential, wealthy, and impactful ongoing world is achieved.
Fight to eradicate poverty from your life.
Speak life and fight your way into becoming successful in life.
Do well not to waste your time and money on frivolities, but stay focused, dream big, and think Rich that's the best way to fight in the world today.

Discover Your Talent(s)
Talent is a natural ability.
A lot of people are yet to discover their talents either because they believe they don't have any of it is meant for a group of people.
The truth is everyone is talented. You've got talent(s). It could be one, two or three. The problem lies in how it can be discovered.
I was once in a state where I paid little attention to my talents. Whenever I read from people, there's always a nudge inside me telling me I could write too. Whenever I was alone, I preferred putting words together to make interesting stories. All these, I counted as fun.
As I grew, I came to understand what talent was and what it could do to anyone who took it seriously. Then, did I begin the journey to discover my talent(s) and use it for purpose fulfilment?
If you're in this position, then you need this. You know there's something you can do but you've not discovered it.
To get out of that position, there are things you've to do.
- Know your ability: Don't be ignorant of the fact that there's something you can do so well. You might have done it on rare occasions or you do it often. It could be singing, painting, organising activities, counselling. Just sit down and look within.
- Know what you love doing: There's something you have great interest in. You can do it at the expense of other things. Doing it makes you happy. Just find it.
- Trusted opinions: There are people around you whose judgement can be trusted. These people see you from the outside. They could be house partners or close buddies. Ask them to tell you what you love talking about when you are together. What can they say about your personality?
After all of these have been carefully answered, then you can tell what talent(s) you've got.
Also, note that your talent(s) is meant to be harnessed after discovery, only then can it be used to help the world.
The world awaits you!
Check Your Circle!
Have you ever got stuck while doing something? How do you feel? Frustrated, angry or you feel like giving up.
But when you have people around you, who can cheer you on, you are refreshed.
The journey to impact, influence and success in life is not a smooth one. There are roadblocks, ditches and bumps. Sometimes, the determination to cross these hurdles is so tiny that a push might be needed.
Here's why you have to be in the right circle. You have to be in the league of those who see opportunities and maximize them. There's a need to be surrounded by the right type of people.
Those who support your vision.
One thing about push is that it must come from the right agent. People who are sensitive know when you're relenting and they call you to action. People with like mind.
When wrong people push you, you might fall apart or fall into the ditch. This set of people are those who slow your pace. You've to check out for them.
Don't argue the fact that sometimes you need a little push, it's not a sin. Don't skip that a barrier doesn't make a jungle.
Check your circle!
Who are those who pushed you rightly in 2020? Who are those you want to be in your boat in 2021? Are there relationships that almost wrecked you in the past?
Answer these questions as you get set for 2021.
Are You Ready For The Outcome?
It's no longer news that there's a reward for every action and inaction. But, why are you taken aback when it comes? Do you assume you are not worth it?
I have observed awardees and one thing I notice is the calmness and preparedness with which they mount the podium, receive their awards and give a speech. In my senses, I am identical, "is it that these are utilized to achievement or are they lurking their surprise"?
The answer is this. They saw it coming, their minds received the awards long before their hands. They understood that the universe rewards hard work, and that prepared them.
A lot of people are afraid of what their actions will birth. It's the truth! This could be as a result of their mindset or unbelief.
Let's get this right, the moment you started living intentionally, you booked an appointment with great results.
Likewise, the day you started neglecting worthwhile engagements, you engaged in the wrong results.
One thing about results is that it doesn't disappoint. Whatever you cultivate, you will obtain in numerous furrows.
You have a lot to do if you want the narrative to change. Start taking actions that will birth results you won't be afraid of. Begin to engage in what will lift you. Work on your mind. Do whatever you discover yourself performing adequately.
Hey! You haven't been getting results, right? Calm down, the time of dispensation will come. You'll be called up to take your reward and as a star, you would do so bravely and with smiles.
Let each step you take direct your actions towards productivity and increase. Be ready for the outcome!

Beyond The Process, There's Need For Clarity Of Goal.
One thing I have observed about goal accomplishment is that sometimes, the process doesn't go as planned. Yet, success is recorded. At other times, the reverse is the case.
A lot of people might count this as luck, but is it luck?
One thing you have to understand is the need for you to have a clear goal. A clear picture of what you want to achieve, who you want to be and where you want to be.
You'll agree with me that several times, your goals took longer than expected to become real. At other times, you lost hope in ever having it as reality, but as fate would have it, it did.
This is because the process can be altered. The place of the process can't be underestimated in goal achievements and success. There's a need for you to go through a process.
Now, according to your plans, the process should occur subsequently as planned. But, no! Circumstances can cause a change. You might be one step backwards or two steps forward!
When this happens, many believe the end of the road has come. I tell you, it hasn't! It is normal for the process to be altered, that doesn't stop you from doing it.
All you need is a clear goal. Do you know what you want?
Only clarity of goal helps you to keep moving, knowing that there's light at the end of the tunnel.
Only clarity of goal reminds you that what matters is that you become the best version of yourself, not minding the route you will take.
When your goal is clear enough and you're willing to pursue it, even when the road twists, you rest assured that you know your destination.
Not minding, how things go unplanned, keep a clear goal. Don't back out because the road is slippery or the pace is slow. It's part of the process, just keep moving.
Beyond the process, there's a need for clarity of goals.

If the only time you remember people is when you need help, you need to consider your ways.
If you just breeze in and out of people's life when you need them, give room for change.
This calls for attention, a lot of people have embraced the habit of going into others' lives when they feel like it. Common, you have no authority over that person, so treat them with respect.
Three days ago, I was in a cab on my way home. Behind me sat a lady, nothing drew my attention to her but her conversation with a friend.
It was obvious she was hurt. Someone had reached out to her after a long time. Someone who rarely replies to her messages, now she required her help.
The lady made a statement and I quote: "they will only come to you when they need your help". That got me thinking.
I asked myself "Aderemi, do you reach out to people just because of your needs?"
It isn't bad to ask a friend for help but that shouldn't be your living standard.
You should put yourself in their shoes first, how will you feel if someone sees you as always available? The only thing you talk about is how to solve the other party's problem, after that, nothing more. Nothing about growth and improvement.
Deep within you, you'll feel insulted. No formality. That's exactly how you make someone else feel.
There are some people, seeing their calls notify you of their needs. Your presence shouldn't be associated with problems, such that you are always ignored.
More than having people around you, there's a need for maintaining that relationship. You shouldn't wait till you need help before contacting those you know. Communication should be constant.
Let's learn to treat others the way we want to be treated. Make others relevant. Appreciate them. Relationships are meant to be built, serviced and maintained. One way to achieve that is through constant communication and involvement of both parties.
Know What Works For You
With the little experience I have as an educator, I have discovered that different students exist. Individual differences have made different methods of learning to be implemented.
Some students learn through visuals, audio, audio-visual or texts. Teachers who want to be effective ensure that they know the type of students they have, this enables them to disseminate information easily.
This principle is not limited to the education industry, it applies in all fields. One way to be productive is knowing what works for you.
As an entrepreneur, business owner, the writer you have to know the strategies that work for you.
You don't just get a strategy and implement it in your brand, it doesn't work that way. What functions for A maybe not endeavour for B.
Another thing is that the results you want to get go a long way in determining what works for you.

When you know what works for you, there's no need to get pissed off about other people's results.

Be A Part Of Someone's Success Story!
I read in one of Brian Tracy's books, how a letter of rejection dashed his hope.
He had embarked on a journey to Africa alongside his friends.
One of the challenges they faced during the journey was a financial problem. In a bid to solve this problem, they wrote letters to family members and friends requesting a loan.
One of the responses they got had put them off and painted them as fools. The end to them was not visible. But hope came through another letter. The writer believed in them and what they were doing. He supported them financially and promised more help.
Today, Brian will always remember the contribution of both respondents.
What's your disposition to the goals and dreams of others?
Do you believe in them or not?
Do you push people forward by your actions or pull them down?
There are a lot of questions to ask, but the bottom line is this: Be a part of someone's success story. Make your contribution towards the rising of others, it goes a long way.
Behind every successful individual are people who pushed them, believed in their abilities and supported them.

I wish I could say success comes to those who desire it. What a great thing it will be if everyone knows the shortcut to success!
Is there a shortcut?
Some people believe success is meant for a special class of people. They believe success is too costly to pay for and they choose to pay dearly for neglecting it.
Success is cost but its price can be paid. It is very expensive but even the poorest man can pay for it.
Success is selective, it doesn't go to those who wish for it, it sticks to those who go beyond their wish and work for it. It visits those who make the right sacrifice; the sacrifice of prayer, hard work, endurance and patience.
Success means different things to different people. To a student, it is academic excellence. To a teacher, success is when the students understand what they have been taught and come out in flying colours.
To a parent, success is when their children become greater than them and also make them proud.
Success rides on your determination and willingness, your flexibility and humility.
Your ancestors don't have to be successful for you to be. That's why you're different.
You don't have to come from the greatest family to be successful. Your background must not stop you from achieving what you desire.
It's time to take a drive towards success.
You can also be successful. It's nobody's birthright, you are worth it but you must work for it.
Success doesn't come easily. You have to attract it. Put in your best in all you do.
Flex your muscle towards growth, burn the midnight candle. Flock with the right people. See yourself been who you imagine yourself to be. Don't ever give up!

IT REQUIRES ENDURANCE TO SUCCEED WITH OTHERS
In life, you can't do it alone. You can start alone but along the line, others will join you.
This is one of the principles to success, you must be prepared to welcome people into your boat at the right time. Likewise, get ready to be a part of another person's convoy.
However, endurance in relating with the people you'll come across goes a long way in determining how you will finish.
Will it be on a good note or reverse?
It is often difficult for two to walk/work together if they always disagree, misunderstand each other or have no common interest. This will affect their speed and results.
During the journey, a lot will happen. Your partners with whom you journey may be incompatible. But, you have to bear in mind that it is a journey, a phrase you won't live in forever.
You can't be perfect. The fault might come from your end too. Then, your partner's endurance is tested.
See it like a ride in a commercial vehicle. That fellow sitting by your side made you inconvenient, but you didn't budge. You had your attention on the road ahead. You believed that when you get to your destination, you will alight and get off the vehicle.
If you treat the people you meet every day this way, not criticising or condemning the other party, the journey will become interesting.
Don't forget, it takes endurance and focuses to do this.

Things we know, yet we don't do
THINGS WE KNOW, YET WE DON'T DO.
I was with a colleague a few weeks back, working on an assignment.
While we worked, we discussed. Amidst our discussion, she made a statement that struck a chord in my heart.
She said these things apply to us, we are all victims of this on daily basis. We know them, but we just let them slip by.
What was she talking about? Time management.
As she read through the article to be used in writing the assignment, she just couldn't stop showing her surprise. Are there things like time vampires? Is there a need for a to-do list? Do we have to make daily plans?
Of course, that was not her first time hearing about those things, but the fact that possessing knowledge of a thing doesn't mean one has it.
To many people, including myself and you, we know all these things. But, how well do we practice them?
Some people know a lot, such that they can lecture you on any topic, but the truth is, do they practice it?
Knowledge should beget action, this is one thing I have learnt as an individual. If you know something is bad, why don't you do away with it?
You know, you have to meet a deadline, yet you're playing with time, are you sure you're safe?
You see, it is time for every one of us to act much as we know. A time will come when that knowledge can only be shown by the results it birth.
A day will come when that knowledge will only be valid if it is useful to you.
Common, don't just read books, attend seminars and webinars or shout "deep", "word", etc. Let the world see the reflection of the knowledge you carry in your actions.
Here we go, April is about to roll out, what do you think you know yet you do not execute or practice?
Work on it, don't get yourself worked up in May, trying to acquire more knowledge when the former has not been sorted.

Timing is important!
There was a time when phone call business thrived in some places here, Lagos as my case study. For those who couldn't afford to buy airtime or didn't have phones, they paid for each call made.
That was then. It is no longer a business that people rush into. In this age, where each house has numerous cell phones and mobile banking is within reach, what will you think of setting up such business in a place like Lagos?
Whatever your thoughts maybe, I'm sure the conclusion will be "that phase is gone, we've advanced".
That's the point!
Before venturing into anything, you have to consider the time. Is it the season to do that which you have in mind?
There are other factors such as a problem to be solved, location, etc., but, timing is a great determining factor. However, only a few consider it, little wonder many businesses crumble immediately they launch out.
Irrespective of the level of intelligence you possess, the relevance of your idea, strategies you've put in place and your readiness to launch; if it's the wrong time, desired results will not come.
Note this, each season is different in its way, thus, what works in one season can't be guaranteed to work in another.
Knowing that time changes, the right thing must be done at the right time. It doesn't matter if you're not an entrepreneur, you also have to work with time in your career and as an individual.
This is time for self-development, an era of evolution, are you moving with the trend?
A time will come when only those who have developed themselves in chosen areas will be called out. Will you be apart?
Are you part of those who wait till the time is up before doing certain things?

LESSONS I LEARNT RECENTLY
I stopped writing for a while for different reasons, not that I took a break or something but I just stopped. But I learnt different things during this period.
Some of the reasons why I stopped and what I learnt was:
PERFECTION
COMPARISON
I THOUGHT I WAS TOO BUSY
PERFECTION: I have different contents written but I didn't post anyone because I thought they were not good enough. I wanted content without mistakes. But I got to realise that the more I write and post and make mistakes, the more I learn.
Stop waiting to be perfect before you start something, start somewhere and grow. Mistakes are inevitable.
COMPARISON: Every time I opened that blue app and see people's content, I felt I would not be able to write like them, that they were just too perfect.
But then things changed when I reminded myself that they were like me at one point in time and their consistency and discipline brought them to where they are.
And I also learnt to learn from them, to learn about the mistakes they made too and how they overcame them too.
**I THOUGHT I WAS TOO BUSY:**
I'm a student, normally I'm supposed to be busy but looking at the things I do every day I had more than enough time to work on myself and do important things too. I followed other people and I saw their progress and I realised that they had the same 24hours I have to.
I thought I was too busy but I had to go through what I do every day and I realised that I wasn't as busy as I thought.
I realised something, that at times I was just busy for nothing, I thought I was busy and going through what I do I realised I was doing nothing.
Not that I wasn't doing anything at all but I was doing things that were not of help to me.
Note: Stop comparing journey with others but you could as well learn from them. Don't wait until you have a perfect idea before you start, start somewhere and grow.
Remember you have the same 24hours as those successful people.
**YOU NEED TO CHECK YOUR STORAGE SPACE**
You are probably wondering why you need to check your storage space right?
I don't mean the storage of your phone
I mean yourself.
I was going through the storage of my phone today because the memory was full so I needed to create more space.
While I was creating more space I noticed that some things were irrelevant and they were taking too much space, so I had to clear all of them.
At times what you need to do is to remove that negativity from your life to create space for positivity.
You have to clear those irrelevant things to create space for the relevant ones.
You have to let go of things that don't add value to your life.
You have to let go of those fruitless friendships and relationships.
Check yourself what irrelevant thing do you think you should drop?
What habit do you think you should change?
Who do you need to eliminate from your planet?
What idea do you need to unlearn and relearn?
TAKE ACTION!!!
I have to do this.
I have to do that.
I need to read this book.
I need to apply for that course.
Enough of the thinking and talking.
Sometimes you spend your time deliberating on what you have to do, you get so busy thinking that you end up doing nothing.
You make a lot of decisions but at times you think too much about them that you don't execute them.
You know you have to do some things because they essential for your growth. But at times you end up not doing them.
At times what causes inactions might be:
Perfection; wanting to do everything without making mistakes.
Low self-esteem; not believing in yourself.
Too many excuses;
Have you noticed that when you decide to do some things that excuses show up?
There are more than enough reasons why you shouldn't take actions, but you must learn to discipline yourself.
Self-discipline is doing what you have to do whether you feel like it or not.
Take action, start somewhere, enough of the talking. Start doing something. Take that course, read that book do things that makes you reach your goals.

WHAT IS A WINNING MINDSET?
First, what is MINDSET?
Simply, a Mindset is a mind that is set. We all have a mind.
Man is made up of the body, the spirit and the soul (which is the mind). And as we grow, we develop certain mindsets that form a major part of our decisions and actions in life.
For most people, their minds are set on the vile things of life. They only glimpse the pessimistic aspects of life. They think pessimistic thoughts and as such, experience negative things.
Because, _as a man thinks, so shall he be._
Therefore, a mind that is set on negative is only bound to receive negative things.
A WINNING MINDSET, therefore, is a mindset on winning.
Most football or major sports athletes possess a winning mindset. Their minds are set/focused on winning EVERY TIME. And even when they lose, they never attach themselves to it.
If you listen to their speech, they'll say something like,
"We just yearn to work on evolving adequately another time."
"We inferred an incredible pact from this contest and we hope to reimburse healthier."
But let one girl just break your heart
It haff be for you
"Ah, my village people are after me."
"I knew she never loved me."
"Maybe it's because I'm not fine."
NO!
That's not a winner's mindset.
For you to achieve in life or successfully inhabit your fantasies, you must have a winning perspective. It's not even something to reckon about, because vitality will use you to play ball and you must be able to come out powerful.
As you go through life, you'll confront challenges but these challenges are meant to mould you, not halt you.
How you glimpse the challenges and react to them infers how distant you'll run in life.
An achieving perspective is a mind that is ready to gain, challenges, obstacles, examinations, downfalls, notwithstanding.
A sense that against all expectation, takes an angle and selects to win nonetheless. If you must successfully dwell on your dreams, then you need to develop a winning perspective.
BEING THE SPECTATOR.
Jamie always liked me accompanying her to play. She played basketball for a team and whenever her team was to play against another, she'd ask me to tag along, so I could cheer her on and give her all the positive energy she needs.
I didn't like going with her. I hated it. Not that I didn't like basketball, the truth is, I loved basketball and wanted so bad to join Jamie's team and play as well, but I never did. I hated going with her because it makes me sad.
I see what I love to do but I can't do it, I didn't have the guts enough to join the team.
Why?
I was scared I would be kicked out. I had several reasons to console myself whenever the thought of joining Jamie for practice came up. I was short, I didn't have the strength to run, I was this, I was that.
But you know what?
They were all excuses I came up with to justify my fears. And well, I was always a spectator at Jamie's game, always cheering her on.
There are two categories of the tribe in life.
The spectators and the players.
The players are the ones on the field, who do all the hard work, go through the training, push through the odds, fail but keep moving and the spectators are well, just like me.
Cheering the players on.
Saying all the "congratulations"," wow," "good job," "I'm proud of you," etc on social media and wishing someday we'll be like them.
But you know what?
We'll never be like them and before you stone me, public, it is not a curse. Some people will never leave mediocrity to the next level because they are too comfortable where they are. They would rather sleep and eat all day than stay up at night to work on their dreams. Yes, they dream big dreams but that's where it ends...The Dream.
They'll never work out their dream because they are "scared." When you realize that your success, breakthrough, and triumph is on the other side of fear, you will quit giving excuses for not taking actions.
Anyway, I'm not against such people, because after all, we need the spectators to keep us on our toes. It is up to you to make your decision, do you want to remain a SPECTATOR or PLAY IT BIG?
The choice is yours.

How to win an argument without creating an enemy
HOW TO WIN AN ARGUMENT WITHOUT CREATING AN ENEMY!
A couple of days ago, I was there seated in an interactive class where issues bordering on the appraisal of moral values were being discussed.
The lecturer was a master communicator. He knows the nitty-gritty of what he was talking about, so that makes his teaching even more instructive, practical and very penetrating too!
He drew our attention to the best possible ways we can easily win an argument constructively and technically. This he said, however, was to enable us to maintain peace and to foster a friendly environment anywhere we find ourselves.
Now, if you have a friend who seems to argue a lot even when they seem to be wrong somehow. This is what this lecturer advises you to do:
1. Be patient with the fellow: By being patient, simply means you're open to what the fellow has to say. In other words, you're trying to make him or her feel important and respected.
2. Listen to the fellow: maintain eye contact as you listen to the fellow. Embark to observe things from his or her viewpoint.
3. Ask the fellow factual questions: This is the area where you have to prove your case wisely. Your questions should be based on relevant facts in connection to what the fellow has said before.
4. Seek a redress or an address with the fellow: if the fellow has credible fact, then seek redress and make it a win-win situation. But if he or she doesn't, then address the issue using the fact you have at your disposal. But do this politely and respectfully too!
I believe if we can adopt these simple principles, then we shouldn't have problems creating more enemies instead of friends!
REDUCING YOUR PRICE IS NOT THE BEST OPTION.
Last week while I was selling ice block, I sold one block at the rate of #80.
It later remains two and they started pricing it anyhow because it has started dissolving.
The worst price was #50, argh!! from #80 to 50, that price is too low, I continued hawking from room to room, it got to a point I started blaming myself why can't I sell it #50-#50 because I was exhausted.
As I entered the next room, she asked how much? I told her #70, without negotiating she bought the two.
As I was going back to my room, I was contemplating the difference between the girl that wanted to buy it #50 and the one that bought it #70.
VALUE and NEEDS! yes, value and needs.
The first girl doesn't know the value of the ice block and she doesn't need, it she just wants it.
The other girl knows the value and needs it, that was the reason why she bought it without negotiating it.
This thing used to happen to most of the people, once the market is not moving the way it supposes to and they got tired.
And the next thing they think is to reduce the price.
Do you know what will happen when you reduce your price?
1. You have reduced the value of that goods/products.
2. Your customers will start doubting you may be your goods/products are not quality.
3. You will not get your gain even to get your capital might be difficult.
4. Classy customers might stop patronizing you, they will say your goods/ products are too cheap for their level.
5. Your business will not boom on time.
I know it can frustrate you when your goods/products are not moving the way you expect them but reducing the price is not the best option, watch out for what you can do in my next post.
And have this in your mind, your goods/products are not for everybody but for those that know the value and need it.
TOUGH TIME WON'T LAST FOREVER.
When you are encountering hard times, know that challenges are not meant to demolish you, they are to stimulate you, growth and bolster you.
The frivolity of tremendous importance ever comes without battle and difficulty.
Don't allow the potholes on the road to accomplishment to stop or delay you from attaining your purposes.
Undergo the method! don't stop seeking the nicest, always perpetrate your paths to the Lord and He will see you through.

Adjust your action not your goals
ADJUST YOUR ACTION NOT YOUR GOALS.
Lois Is lying down on her bed lamenting to her friend Esther about how she has been unable to achieve her main goals.
Lois: (she is looking depressed) I can vividly see it, I can't accomplish it! I have to speculate on something else.
Esther: Are you sure you can't do it? or you choose not to do it?
Lois: Arrrggh.....you of all people should know I want to do it, it is for my benefit.
Esther: What exactly is the problem now?
Lois: You know obtaining form for fashion school is one of my main goals to improve my fashion designing and for like three years now I have been planning it but anytime form is out, that is when I used to have a financial crisis.
Esther: So what happened when you don't have money to obtain the form.
Lois: What would happen if not to change or adjust or leave it till next time.
Esther: Since you have been abandoned it till next time were you able to achieve it?
Lois: No.
Esther: That is where you got it wrong, "when it is obvious that your goals can not be reached, don't adjust the goals; adjust the action"
Lois: How?
Esther: Okay! I want you to know this first, adjusting your goals or changing it will not take you to where you want to be, it would rather make you remain at the same spot and once you are used to it, you will always keep on adjusting your goals at any slightest inconvenient.
Whenever it seems you can't reach your goals, sit yourself down, take an exercise book and write your irrelevant goals( goals that you don't need for now) and relevant goals (goals that you need now to improve yourself very fast).
Once you are done, deduct irrelevant from relevant goals and put them aside, for now, you now focus on your relevant goals, you work on it day and night and always be positive about it, whatever you work on day and night for a month must give you result whether good or bad and another thing Is to learn how to save more and spend less.
Lois: Wow...this will help me if I can work consistently about it.
Esther: Yes!!

Esther: It's my pleasure.
FOLLOW THE PROCESS! STOP LOOKING FOR THE SHORTEST WAY.
Back from the class, I was tired and hungry and at the same time, I need to recoup water to cook and saturate.
Gotten to the tap shocked me by seen different long queue "arrrrghh" I exclaimed, this A will take my time let me go to B maybe I will see short queue (i was looking for the shortest way to get water).
I left for B holding my drinking bucket and bathing bucket and the story was the same, oh! I can't join this long queue I need to go to where there is no queue, where I can get water sharp-sharp, I left for C there was still a queue.
From C to D, the D queue was even much more than A and B I left near my hostel, I have reached the end d the road is either I stay there or returned to where I was coming from.
I stood there for like five minutes contemplating on what to do, queue might have increased before return to A or B, and walking from one hostel to another has reduced the small strength I was managing.
I decided to stay there while waiting for my turn in a long queue, I was thinking about how to carry the two buckets From D to A and I asked myself this question, What exactly am I looking for from A to D?
Here was what my conscience told me, " YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SHORTEST WAY" because you didn't want to follow the queue (process)
Yes, I didn't want to follow the queue which is the process many people like me are trying to escape, they prefer the easiest way rather than follow the process.
I discovered I have wasted my time, my energy( by walking from one hostel to another) and even delayed myself of getting water on time.
After waited for more than an hour, I fetched water at my turn but unable to fill the other bucket due to tiredness and long distance from D to A, I stopped on the way and rest for like eight minutes before continuing.
Looking for the shortest way to make it or to get something is wasting of time, energy, resource and it will still delay you in the end.
Some people used to say, If you follow queue you will not reach where you are going to on time but there are some queue you can't escape in the process of success if you escape it now it will affect you later.
When I got to B while coming back, I realized that the queue was moving faster than where I was looking for the shortest way, follow the process diligently and you will arrive safely without wasting your time and drain your strength.
I was in haste to get water and I later waste my time and energy, "hasting leads to wasting" If you say because you are tired or hungry and you looking for the shortest way is like looking for extra tiredness and hunger, that time you are using to look for shortest way use it to follow the process.
Don't be like me, follow the process and you won't have cause to regret or had I known later.

Why do you hate yourself to the extent of wishing yourself death?
Anytime you looked at yourself in the mirror you always feel ashamed of yourself because of how Almighty created you.
You always complain about why your nose is not pointed like that of your friend, why you are short instead of tall or tall instead of short?
Oh! Your eyes are too small or too big, your skin colour you prefer others than yours, you are too slim or fat even to the extent of hating the shape of your mouth.
Because of all those things you put yourself under the bondage of low self-esteem and you are complaining nobody likes you as if you also like yourself.
Ordinary ants you can't create and here you are hating the work of most High, he created you in His image and likeness.
What are you now saying when you are hating one part of your body, you are using style to tell Most High that he didn't know what he was doing while creating you, you need to ask for the forgiveness of your sins.
Dear Self! Let me tell you, you see that your nose, eyes, skin colour, etc you don't cherish is irreplaceable unless you will replace it with cow eyes, dog mouth/nose, or surgery, go and ask those people that have eyes problem or leg.
You will know how precious is parts of your body When they tell you what they are passing through.
God did not make mistakes in creating you the way you are, He only created you to express how mighty and powerful he is.
Hating one of the parts of your body Will not reduce his glory or his honour but you are the only one cheating yourself by reducing the glory of God in your life.
Accept the way you are, love yourself, take care of yourself and respect yourself because others will treat you the way you treat yourself.
"Love who you are and stop hating yourself for what you are not"
Anytime you wake up early in the morning stand before your mirror and tell yourself I'm beautiful and wonderful made, I love my nose, I love skin colour, etc.
Conclusion
I salute you that you can recognize your problems.
You even went as far as possible to know the source of your problem and how it started and you got your answer.
I'm glad you now know you have problems but another thing is that you don't know how to come out of it.
You have been blaming yourself like, how can I allow such a thing to happen to me, oh God! why? Am I so gullible that I couldn't recognize what is happening to me is not good?
Dear Self! I know it is very painful to discover you've been cheated by yourself or by others I can feel your pain because I once walked in your shoes.
"The only greatest mistake you can ever make is to be afraid of your mistakes, your mistakes are nothing but stepping stones to your greatness"
And you have now made up your mind to make amend but you don't really how or where to start.
Let me tell you, you don't need to know how or where to start, just start from the point you can recognize your errors.
And start formatting and restoring, don't hesitate to say no to negative friends, don't even think twice to shun that your friends or anybody that always talked you down, it is time to say No to All the Negativities around you.
Oh! I heard you, you say who will you now walk with as friends, even Bible says two heads are better than one but what is the one or two good things that have ever come out of that your friendship? The choice is yours.
To crown it all, retrace yourself back to the source of your life, settle your matter with him, his hands are always wide and open to accept you.
Don't think how far you have gone in the world but think how far he can take you, just empty yourself and He will fill you with everything you need because He loves you and always care for you.

LETTER TO DEAR SELF 1.
Dear Self! how I wish you know how special you are.
Your special is so unique that there is no one like you on this planet.
You are beautifully and wonderfully made and endowed with the treasures that eye has not seen, ear has not heard and with the idea that has never come to the mind of anyone.
Haven't you observed that not everybody can do what you can do or know what you know, you an exception among all your peers?
"Only you is you, nobody like you has ever lived, nobody like you is in existence and nobody like you will ever live"
You are fearfully and wonderfully created in the image and likeness of your creator.
You are uniquely formed for a particular purpose.
God intentionally made you for a special assignment that no one can do better than you.
Don't compare yourself with others, because no one in the entire world can do a better job of being you than you.
Always appreciate yourself for whom you are and how God created you.
LETTER TO DEAR SELF 2.
When you were a toddler, you don't know much about your parents.
But as time goes on, you mingle with others and see how they live and how they are parents live and treat them.
You started developing hatred within yourself, for your parents, even for God and started asking so many questions.
Why did God sent you to that parent of yours when they are other parents better than yours or like that your friend's parents?
Why can't your parents work hard like rich parents or as that of your friend's parents or educated?
Why did they got married and gave birth to you when they know they can not cater for you or provide all your needs and wants.
While others eat bread and egg sauce with tea as their breakfast and fried rice with chicken as their lunch, you take pap with beans cake as your breakfast and amala/eba/garri with ewedu as your lunch.
They ride in their father's car while you use your leg or enter a commercial bus or bike.
You hate it when your mates are wearing designers while you are wearing Okrika(second-hand clothes), your mates go to private school but you go to public school.
You ask God why? Do those people have two heads?
Why can't my parents be like them?
Why can't you send me to that rich parents?
Did I offend you? And many more questions.
Dear Self! I know it's very painful but what do you want orphans to do? Even if you see others that have parents like they don't have, you will thank God for your own life.
I just want you to know that you have found yourself in that family whether poor, average, or rich, there is nothing you can do about it.
Born into a poor or average family is not like you offend God or He doesn't like you and it is not a sin but it is a sin to remain in the poor family without change the story.
If you like complain from now till thy kingdom come, it won't change anything but you can recreate the family you find yourself.
"You didn't choose your parents, but you can choose which kind of parent you want to become"
Instead of asking the questions you might not get the answer to and swimming in the pool of hatred and blaming your parents, why can't you think about how to make things better for yourself, your parents, and the next generation?
Define yourself, don't let where you find yourself defines you.

Dear Self! Why? Why? because it is paining me the way you are looking down on yourself.
I don't like the way you are overrating others and underrating yourself, the only person you need to overrate is God and respect elders.
Why did you build an idol in your mind that some people are better than you, you believe you can't do what others are doing or you can't achieve what others are achieving.
You need to uproot that idol now and burn it.
Why do you choose to turn yourself into a dust bin where anybody can just come and dump anything they like in it.
Why are you always afraid to defend yourself in front of those looking down on you, oh! I get it, you think they would criticize you, they would say you have bad habits.
Why are you always afraid of what people would say, let me tell you human beings will always be human beings and they would always talk whether you do good or bad.
This is entirely your life not others and you only live once, live your life to please God and yourself.
" You will be the only one to give an account of how you live your life not others"
And have it in mind, there is no limit to what you can do or achieve, whatever you can dream you can achieve it.

THE HEART OF A BABY
So previous night, I listened to a loud cry from my neighbour's house and it occurred to be their baby weeping. Instantly the boy yelled, everybody, commenced asking what the difficulty was.
“King, what is it? What happened?" and he retorted saying “I fell."
“You fell? Oya shut up your chops. You were said to dwell at a place right? Shut that jaws of yours before I shut it for you." That was his dad talking.
The baby couldn't withstand the pain so he kept on weeping and his father proceeded to shout at him but there was something that stunned me. While the baby was weeping and beckoning on his sister to pet him, he was also saying sorry to his father because he couldn't afford to disturb him any longer.
The next thing I heard from King's father was “sorry don't cry again, it's enough" and instantly, he quit sobbing.
If only we have the heart of a baby,
Pride and ego won't be in place.
If only we have the heart of a baby,
envy and jealousy won't be in place.
If only we have the heart of a baby,
an agreeable and disrespectful attitude won't be in place.
If only we have the heart of a baby.
IDLENESS
Tell me why a human in a stable mindset will think of engaging in unhealthy acts?
It can only be IDLENESS!!
As far as individuals in our time don't get themselves busy, unethical activities will continually be in existence.
The devil always triumphs over an idle man because he makes his mind his workshop or playing tools.
When you are idle, thoughts of different kinds keeps creeping into your heart, little by little, working on you subtly until they subdue you.
Now you know that the reason for unethical acts is Idleness, the next thing to know is how to get rid of it.
There's no other antidote for Idleness than;
👉 Being busy doing something useful.
👉 Being busy doing something helpful.
👉 Being busy doing something right.
Always keep yourself busy “RIGHTLY" and see how Idleness we flea away from you.

Did you know you are a fashion designer and as a fashion designer you rule the world?
Did you know you can gain plenty of benefits in form of fame and fortune from fashion designing?
Did you know your rights, freedom and thoughts can be expressed through your works as a fashion designer?
Fashion and design is the way an activity, a work or a model is created. Following an arrangement and having an intention to achieve. With this, you would agree that a fashion designer is not just a jeweller or a cloth stylist.
For example, an Architect draws the model of a house before it is built, he/she is a designer.
A musician sings his/her song in a unique way, he arranges the lyrics, keys and progression of the song to make it melodious, he is a designer. The way the song is sung in his/her fashion.
I write in my way, following a pattern and having an intention to achieve, I am a designer.
Did I blow up your mind right? But that's the fact, no matter the angles you look at the different professions from, you would see that they work in line with the two words Fashion and Design, making them a designer.

The Conquest Of Faith
Believing in men and having faith in them is act humans always indulge in which sometimes have a good effect to an extent though but have you thought about putting your faith in a being who is all magnificent by himself.
The conquest of faith is a book written by Arch Bishop Sam Amiga that needs to be read by every individual. It reveals how powerful our faith can be and what it can do no matter how little it is.
Are you aware that it takes faith to conquer territories, it takes faith to conquer failure, it takes faith to do exploits, it takes faith to bring God into your endeavours but understand this, until your faith is backed up by actions based on the word of God, it is nothing, it won't produce the miracles and uncommon breakthroughs you expected and also won't be of any potent to your life.
In case you don't know what faith is, it is the belief that what God says in his word will come to pass. It is a total reliance on God for victory. The spirit of faith is a spirit that should be in you.

I'm sure you're familiar with these words, so they are probably not new to you.

it's a word that is very common, especially in football (I know right)

According to research, It's been discovered that 85% of people in the world today care more about their Life than their Health.
Hey... don't get confused yet, I'm just getting started.
This is what I mean. Lots of people do think these two are the same. but in fact, though inside each other, they are different.
Your health deals with the stability of Your mind, mental state and your body.While Your life includes how you use your mind, mental state and your body.
Now people tend to use the latter more than paying attention to the first one. This is because they feel the LIFE Yields more results than HEALTH.
While in fact, Health is responsible for LIFE. It's what allows Life to experience life itself. Without Health, Life breaks down.

GROWTH: Does it relate only to your body?
I love the word "Growth". This is because it means a lot to me. I can remember back then what my definition of growth was.
"The growth of the physique and boost in eternity as the years roll by"
That, though not wrong, doesn't define real Growth.
As humans, we are bound by time, also referred to as "Life Time". And we are expected to grow as we use this lifetime of ours.
But the mistake people often make is that they grow only in certain areas of their life.
Let me shock you.... all Humans are capable of growing even more than they can. Yes! this is because Growth is directly proportional to Expansion.
And this can only happen if you stretch to attain that level of growth.
Dear Special, I want you to reason this with me and realize that you have more and much more space to grow.
A lot of notable people you know today, expanded their Growth and grew into whom you know them to be. This is because they realize they could expand their area of Growth.
it's time you get to Know that Growth isn't only about the body nor your age. it's about growing into that being God wants you to be.
THE BEING OF PURPOSE. So, Spread your wings of Growth and fly so high..... the world awaits you.
Against All Odds
This is one Content you don't wanna miss.
I have two pretty ladies I got to know through this platform. One named Sarah and the other, Mary.
I love these two ladies because they tend to advise me daily. Every time and anytime, I get inspired by their words.
But one would end our talk by telling me " Make wise Decisions dear, don't give up on your dreams because of your situations so you won't end up like me.
While Sister Mary would say " If you want to be great in life, you gotta push on no matter your situations. Only Losers give up. I'm not a loser! and I never give up"
I then wondered about Sister Sarah's words. She was doing well obviously, then why did she ask me not to end up like her. My curiosity led me to ask her what she meant.
To cut the story short, she explained how she gave up on most opportunities due to problems and circumstances she found herself in the past.
though She's was able to Still get on her feet, She wasn't satisfied that most of her dreams were not achieved.
Now, I'm not saying this story to make you know about these two Ladies.. but to grab a point and lesson from this content.
Sometimes Situations tends to make us want to give up on some of our dreams, but that's not the solution.
Rather you should take a stand, fight and pursue. Success is never easy, if it was, then everyone would be Jeff Bezos. So AGAINST ALL ODDS, strive and pursue your dreams.

IF I TELL YOU WHERE THE MONEY IS, WILL YOU GO FOR IT?
As a fresh graduate, I was doing a whole lot of things just to endure because I so much hate asking for economic help. So, anything that will bring money, you must see Amna there.
My interest was in making fast money(sharp money). But it taught me a lot.
In my pursuit for monetary liberation, I attempted memorizing various non-digital abilities but it didn't stint. But thank God for technology and soft abilities.
I commenced my mission in the digital world. I comprehended various techniques and one of them was "Cryptocurrency". I know some of you will be like, "this girl, must you do everything?" My answer is capital "YES".
Not in this era, you should realize slight of all things.
Behind my tale, after taking out time to comprehend Crypto trading, I was alarmed at how simple and easy it is, yet a lot of fresh people are busy looking for what to do. Our only trouble is laziness and uncertainty.

But I announced NO. This is what occurs when you role yourself. Do you think there are no businesses out there? Well, the truth is there are more chances out there than you can comprehend.
You're only curbed to the ones you know of. You can only govern at the status of the knowledge that you have.
Take your personal growth seriously and be value-conscious.
Build yourself to the expanse of having different recourses available for you to select from.
WAYS TO POSITION YOURSELF
Comprehending a high-income skill is the first step because your skill will position you well.
Be value-oriented. When your attention is on creating solutions to problems, it will attract opportunities. A lot of young graduates are so concerned about getting a high-paying job that they forget the most important thing, which is "Value".
Let me tell you what happens when you're desperately in need of a job: it will demoralize you. You would not be eligible to assume anything else.
I remember when I was looking for a job after graduation in 2019, I was desperately looking for a job. I was broke and that made me anxious and nervous. It was depressing. I was looking for money to the extent that I was scammed several times.
But the moment I stopped thinking about getting a job and making money, I started thinking of the value to create, everything changed.
I discovered that before I can give value, I must add value to myself. That was how my personal development journey began. Today, I am happy.
You too can start from somewhere. It might not be easy at the beginning but trust me, it will pay off.
If someone stumbled on your website handle, maybe the person saw your beautiful name and picture, what will they see? A lot of young people are looking for job opportunities and they neglect the need to position themselves for it to come.
I started talking about positioning for a long time on my WhatsApp status. So, a few days ago someone reached out to me and said she has been posting out content on her handle and yet no opportunity has come through her content.
So she wanted to know if there is something she is not doing well. I told her I was going to go through her content of which I did. After going through it, I pointed out few things of which I want to share so that others can learn.
Positioning yourself is not all about writing a motivational write-up, it is not about posting encouraging words. A lot of people post motivational words and think they are positioning themselves. Everyone can motivate.
If you want to position yourself, you must be intentional about it.
Ask your self these questions
Can your content solve people's problems?
Can your content make people see you as an expert in what you do?
Can your content make people come knocking so that they can know more?
Can your content make people want to know more?
If you can answer those questions then you will know if you are positioning yourself or not.
Your content should be valuable!!.
Your content should bring up-sell for you!!.
If you're a newbie, be sure of the problem you want to solve, then create content around it.

Something you don't know about me
SOMETHING YOU DON'T KNOW ABOUT ME
As an undergraduate, I wasn't good with spelling and writing. It was very difficult to articulate my thoughts into writing. Trust me, It was awful.
And that made me scared of writing and speaking. My Igbo accent was always visible in my speech.
Sometimes my friends and roommates often laughed at me. Though I always tried to defend myself until I stopped trying to defend myself but to join them to laugh instead.
But let me shock you.
Just a year after graduation, I have learned so much that all these lapses have been filled, and I have improved tremendously.
I can confidently create good content and also communicate effectively and efficiently. A lot has happened to me and I'm very proud of the improvements. Even though I'm not yet at the place I want to be, I am taking the necessary steps.
So you see, it's a gradual process, but you just have to start.
HOW TO POSITION YOURSELF FOR OPPORTUNITIES
As a young beautiful girl, the only thing I love doing was to snap pictures, update my profile, of course, there will be comments and post on websites at the end of the day, all I achieve is meeting new friends.
I loved the attention and admiration I got but trust me it wasn't receiving credit alerts.
I love the likes and comments just like every other girl. I follow every trend on social media and its numerous challenge. I was never concerned about positioning myself for better opportunities.
I was never Intentional about my personal growth and development.
Until last year when the lockdown was announced.
I decided to learn something online. That was when I saw a " *Graphics Design Class* " thank God I took that bold step even though it took me time before I was able to design with my smartphone.
I have been able to learn other skills and also other opportunities just because I took that class.
Sometimes the only thing we need is information.
Note: you're not doing certain things because you have not gotten the right information.
Positioning yourself is not about writing a "Mind-blowing Resume". You need to learn a skill and the moment you put it out there, opportunities will come knocking.
Stop wasting your data online looking at how many people commented on your fine pictures and how many likes you've got. Who cares about how many likes and comments you have. No company will employ you based on that.
WHY YOUR DON'T GET REPLIES FROM PEOPLE
This wasn't what I planned to post today but I believe a whole lot of young people need this.
When I started on this space, I faced this problem.
I wanted to connect with great minds and to learn from them, unfortunately, in all the messages I sent to them, I never get any reply.
I know many young people have experienced this.
So I'm here to help you, and tell you how you can get anyone attention.
One thing you should know is that these people are busy, they have deals they properly sealing online and they don't have time to start answering your Almighty "HI and HELLO" messages.
You can never get someone's attention with "HELLO or HI" some persons even go as far as sending "Hello beautiful". As if they are tossing a secondary school girl.
These are wrong ways to approach someone online and you will never get their attention
So how do you go about it? When you want to connect with someone the first thing you should do is :
* Check the person's profile, get to know what he/she is into, it is someone that has a certain belief, standard, personality, or principles.
Looking at the profile will tell you who the person is and that will guide you on how to send a DM. It's only a schoolgirl that is just online to chat that will your "Hi, Hello, beautiful, pretty and all that".
* Secondly, you don't send a greeting and start waiting for the person to respond. Eg. Good morning then you start waiting for the person to respond to your greeting.
When you want to connect to someone through the inbox, use what the person is doing online to get his/her attention. I learned a whole lot from me(depends on what it is) I would like to connect with you so I can learn more.
With this, you will get a reply.
If it's an inquiry you want to make, then you go straight to the point.
I'm not saying everything should be formal but get the person's attention first before you start building an informal relationship. You don't just go into someone DM with " hello, hi, how are you, what is your name, where are you from, what do you do".
I believe you learned something
So tell me, how long did it take someone to reply to your message.
MISCONCEPTION ABOUT ENTREPRENEUR
I had a conversation with a young lady who told me that she would have loved to do a lot of things, but she just doesn't want to be an entrepreneur because of the risk and stress it involves.
I was shocked and then I realized that I was once like her.
The dictionary didn't give us the full definition of an entrepreneur. It defines an entrepreneur as someone who sets up and runs his/her businesses.
What a half-truth and that's why many people are scared of unleashing their inner abilities and potentials because they don't want to be an entrepreneur.
Well, to me entrepreneurship is a MINDSET that we develop over time. As we grow, learn, and get to know something, our mind is then developed.
Even as a working-class individual, as long as you keep adding value to your organization, then you're an entrepreneur because it's only that entrepreneurial mindset that will push you to do things in your place of work.
Do you think people that are entrepreneurs don't have bosses or people who they work for?
And so, you decided to become an entrepreneur by sacking your boss because a motivational speaker told you to sack your boss to become an entrepreneur.
Hell NO! Entrepreneurs are people who continue to add value to their world. They keep bringing up solutions to problems. You can be working and still be adding value to people around you, thereby creating different sources of income.
Don't sack your boss because you want to be an entrepreneur and stop saying you don't want to be an entrepreneur because you don't want to run a business.
Think of what to do to add value to your world and see how it will pay off for good.

Self Disciplined
Be Transparent and be Self Disciplined
You gain a lot of supporters if they can see through you and feel the impact of your actions in their lives. They need someone whose words matches with his or her action in a consistent manner. The moment you can guarantee them these, you will be judged as a leader with characteristics of being transparent and self-discipline.
Being transparent simply means you straightforward and predictable and being self-discipline implies that you do the right thing without being forced to.
Transparency and self-discipline are some of the instrument that a leader can use to boost their confidence.
A transparent leader and self-discipline:
* will spend fewer resources to acquire more.
* will never be judge erroneously.
* will be trusted with a sensitive post.
* will ever be the vocalist of the nation.
* will be given more projects to execute and having the full supports of members of the team or community.
Imagine you, a leader having all these supports and recommendations unconditionally, your confidence is sure to increase and remain potent.
The defeated Soul:
The complaining soul, speaks and arguably seeks love within the body, but the body wants pleasure and ignores everything the soul commands. The body is entirely responsible for every wrongdoing and unfair commitment. Every one of us has witnessed that sometimes, we see scary dreams and suddenly wake up and drink water, and then think over that scary dreams, but unable to understand the consequences. Perhaps, that's the souls that scare and show us the righteous path, but alas! we choose what the bodies want. Almost, everyone's love is one-sided or being left alone by flirty lovers, that'll happen for the body's greed.
True love is souls love, the love that makes soul mates and bound two souls to live together for the rest of life. Alas! The souls love is erased from the existing world, these days. The love becomes body's attractions only, lovers meet and dates then sleep together for a night, the next day unnecessarily, arguments take place, the obscenity ends up/breaks up. Consequently, if such bodies attractively want to meet again, they patch up again and start the same flirt on each other.
The souls are fed up with such fake love stories. Ask your souls, before involving in such fake love. Life doesn't mean to spend it blindly and unnecessarily or cheat on each other. It's the most beautiful, and the people make it awesomely attractive. Respect all your relationships, give them love, spread amongst them love, and make love/life a soul mate.
Change
Does this word scare or inspire you?
An occupancy thing is discerned from a deceased thing by the diversity of the modifications at any juncture seizing position in it.
Change is an indication of being, it is unthinkable to accumulate without change. The fact is being been always in a swivelling sense.
What's that change you want to affect in your life?
Be intentional about it and put in lots of energy to sustain it till it becomes your lifestyle.
You must understand that change is the greatest ally. The person who never changes his or her opinion never corrects his or her mistakes.
You cannot become what you are destined to be but he remaining what you are. Do not fear change; It is the unchangeable law of increase.
Don't be a person whose mind is always open to new idea, provided they are the same old ones.
Those who can not remake their sense cannot remake anything.
Act of faith
Act of faith is doing something that shows you have hope for a positive outcome.
You are not a winner and until you believe and act like it, you will remain down.
One will never experience any form of the supernatural until there is a vivacious act of faith.
Let me share a short story. A very rich lady has been barren many years. They tried all sort of medical result to no avail.
One day she woke up decided to put her faith to work, she called in interior decor to design one of the rooms as a baby room. Two years later, she delivered delivery to twins.
An act of faith is obedience to the word, which releases grace and power. Until you engage in it you will never know and never grow.
An act of faith is acting as though you have it already.
You need to birth it... A pregnant woman doesn't just hope for her baby to come, she prepares for him/her, she buys clothes, prepares a room for the baby...
An act of faith is a silent voice from our heart to God's ears.

He Gave Me Hope Again
My life as a person was one borne out of confusion, I just didn’t understand why certain things have to happen to me, I feel like I don’t belong here and each time hope seems to arise, then comes fear prevailing over my being.
Somehow I was able to figure out that maybe it’s was just about my life as a person. I wasn’t loved, care for or one who could be considered as an option.
I live my life outside of what I wanted to be, kicking against stones that I ever came across with, wondering what I have done to deserve the life I lived in or came to find myself in.
Maybe I could just do something crazy, be the first to run out of this planet called Earth and seek refuge in some other planets
Suicide they say isn’t a choice but an option to end one's life when there are no better options for existences.
As I held unto the rat poison in my hands, I just couldn’t bear the repulsive smells that emanated from it. Should I just close my nose and dump them all into my worthless life through my mouth.
“Put it down,” a voice said
I turned around to see who has said it but I found no one but somewhere around I could feel that a presence was with me I couldn’t tell of. “Rightful demise doesn’t need you..” it’s proceeded.
How many times have you lifted ur burdens in prayer to your maker, all this while you have been thinking that you were alone not knowing you were never alone, just one word to the maker would have solved it all and even if you end it all then you lost defeat, no situations you can’t handle will ever come near you, do you ever thought that your situations might be bring healing to someone else pain later.
Common wake up and show to your problem that got the victory even if be it seems hard to believe.
Haven’t you heard of the story of job how he was supposed to give up having lost all but yet he kept on trusting God for a change and even when all hopes were lost, he never gave up his life for anyone or for the changes that occurred around him.
Most times you just have to trust God for the processes and understand that we are never alone in the journey of life, he is with us even till the end of life.
The challenges are only there to make us stronger and we shouldn’t allow it to break us to pieces to the point of leaving us with nothing and thinking about what to do with your life, worry not for the Almighty knows the thought he has towards us, thought of good and not of evil and to bring us into an expected end, a life that keeps on going and growing in love and joy.
Having heard this I was all in tears as I wonder why I couldn’t notice that there was a God who loved me despite all.
I threw the rat poison away, knelt and gave reverence to my maker in gratitude for his love.

Wearing a long face from morning till night will do you no good, you will just look older than your age.
Shouting like the whole world is on your head will make you lose respect.
Making flimsy excuses all the time will take you nowhere, you will only remain on the same spot.
Being a hot temper like you can warm ordinary water is not good for your health, be careful of high blood pressure.
Being a perfectionist as if you are holier than thou will make people run away from you.
Looking down on people as if you were there when God was creating them will make you lose the opportunity in the future.
You only cheat yourself while doing all these.
Stop cheating yourself and start taking life simple, six feet is the end of everything.
Flowers with thorns
Everything has its importance regardless of its standard.... low or high. When we fly with wings of success in the air we decide things as per our liking and disliking. Like it, we miss average people and things which can be proved our best well-wishers later on, but we left them and chose the beautiful and precious ones. It is human psychology and flaw also. We do as. We also get its results in a negative framework.
Beautiful and precious things or people require care and sensitivity, when we do not give them proper care, they get annoyed and leave us. On the contrary, the cheap and average people and things give us care and sense.
In life, we choose the easy way but in reality, it is not an easy way. It is a cage of thorns. It is our ultimate choice. So we injure our feet and hands to pick the thorns to clear the way but it is impossible.

One of the greatest questions I have encountered is, "Danny, how in the world will I Monetize my skills?"
Back in the days, during my early career, I couldn't answer that, but after these 8 years of experience both as an employee and running my own online and offline business... I discovered a model that can help anyone to start making money with their skills!

1. VOLUNTEER: This key is so short but it's very difficult for most people.

If you bake real good... Join a group of people who are already making money! LEARN TO SEE FROM THE INSIDE!

Some people landed good jobs after volunteering, that could be you, but volunteer at the right place and do it intentionally.
2. ACQUIRE: This is not about acquiring skills, I talked about skill acquisition in my previous post on HOW TO ACQUIRE A SKILL, go find it on my timeline.
This key is about acquiring the core money-making skills needed to sell your products or services in the niche you've chosen.
Focus the next 30days on mastering the income skills for your skills.
Let's say you're an author, and you're stuck with business ideas... What do you do?
Learn how to create courses around your chosen topics and sell them using digital marketing skills. You can't get ahead in the digital economy without the digital skills that rake in money for others in your niche. This is what I teach online Entrepreneurs!
Master the art of making an offer to your audience, particularly an offer they can't resist... I noticed people buy the offer even before they buy the goods and services.

FIVE HURDLES YOU MUST OVERCOME IF YOU WANT TO ACCOMPLISH YOUR GOALS AND DREAMS THIS YEAR

One of my readers requested the hurdles of not accomplishing one's goals.
So, I will be doing justice to that in this post by giving five powerful hurdles to avoid in accomplishing your goals.

Setting goals isn't the real deal, but accomplishing it is.

There's what we call the enemy of progress, also the enemy of set goals are real. The following are the obstacles to overcome in accomplishing your goals;
1. Procrastination:- This is the main reason why some people don't achieve their goals. I know you ain't hearing this word for the first time, but hey, this word is your goals greatest enemy. The moment you begin to say; I will do that tomorrow, next tomorrow and you will still end up not doing it, then you can deduce it's procrastination. However, you need to fight it by doing what you're ought to do today, today.
2. Looking For The Appropriate Time:- If you do this, you're killing your ideas, goals and dreams. You start accomplishing your goals by starting anyway and gets better as you do. Waiting for the best time to start may hinder you from getting to your destination as planned. So, START NOW!
3. Underestimation Of Strength:- If you read my last post here, you will understand this, cause I gave five means by which you can stop the action in the write-up.
4. Faith Without Work:- Many times, people pray and never work towards what they pray for. Remember, faith without work is dead. Praying to achieve your goals is GOOD, but working towards it is GREAT.
5. Interference Of Circumstances:- I know you will agree with me a lot is happening, some of those happenings are enough to pull you down if you're not determined to always pull off when challenges, trials, or problems show it's ugly head.

POSITIVE THINKING IN TIME OF ADVERSITY
The journey of a man on Earth can't always be smooth, because pleasant situations don't come all time. The most unpleasant situations occur more than the pleasant ones therefore, every man must be conscious of whatever he process in his mind during this period.
There's nothing unachievable for a man regardless of the difficult situations warranting him. However, "positive thinking" is the thought of good, assurance and confidence that something pleasant will come to reality in one's life." Positive thinking produces successful results. It deals with problems, propel actions and showman a clear vision of his life.
Adversity, on the other hand, is inevitable for every man either young or old, rich or poor, but it varies. It's a difficult and or unpleasant situation. As a man grows in life, he will encounter adversity in his journey.
Is not always easy, but positive thinking will help reshape the mind, body, soul, and spirit to push forward. Therefore, if positive thinking is not there such an individual will be overcome by the situation and weariness will grieve such person's heart.
A lot of people get frustrated when a challenge, trial or problem comes their way as a result of a lack of positive thinking. People underrate their selves, some even curse the day they were born when faced with adversity.
That's why some of them end up committing suicide just because of a lack of positive thinking which is very achievable in time of adversity. Affluent people in life today once faced so many adversities earlier in their journey.
Take Dangote for example; He was very wretched at the beginning of his journey, he started his business with just 20,000 nairas that his uncle gave him. He struggled so well that he wasn't able to further his academics at a point, as there was no money. But look at him today, he is a billionaire and among the top 10 richest men in the country, Nigeria. What helped him was his positive thinking. He was the focus in his journey of making money despite the hurdles on his way he didn't relent and he keeps pushing.
The truth is, no man on Earth wouldn't face adversity, it comes as a result of pressure for friends, families or colleagues at work. Our leaders today faced a lot of oppositions from their opponent, in the cause of the campaign many got their image tarnished but yet, they don't relent until the game is over (election).

Her Life
"Life has been so cruel to me", a child mumbled.
"Life hasn't been fair to me either", another child sitting close by retorted.
"What do you mean by 'Life has been so cruel to me?' her teacher asked!
It was a beautiful Wednesday morning, the sun was shining so bright, and the days' activity had begun as usual.
The students had gathered for their morning devotion at the school chapel. They were singing, clapping and rejoicing for seeing another day, after which, prayers were said by the students. The students were dispersed to their various classes after the announcement that was given by the principal.
Wednesday has always been one of the most interesting and exciting days for most of the students in Mrs Anita's class. This is because, on such days, she creates a platform where her students are allowed to talk about themselves, tell their stories, express their aspirations and dreams, and engage in other exercises that adds positively to them.
She usually anticipates this day, because it creates an opportunity to connect with the students, which are mostly Teenagers, knowing how crucial this phase of life is. This exercise has had a lot of positive impact on her students, and this has been the norm for some time now. She enjoys doing that.
While some students relish this moment, some shy away from it, while some consider it a burden. Some will even say humorously, "I just want to enjoy life", without any clear understanding of how that will happen.
Of course, they will enjoy life, after all, life is meant to be enjoyed.
It was during one of such moments that she heard this young child utter those words. Mrs Anita has always attributed this child's inability to talk about herself to shyness, but that day, she realized how wrong she was. There was something more to it than she knew.
Her attention was drawn to this young child after those words, "Life has been so cruel to me" was uttered.
Her story was a very pathetic and teary one, ranging from a broken home to being maltreated, and verbally abused at different times, and in different places at a very tender age. Her case painted a clear picture of a child with a battered "Self Image", with little or no hope for a better future, let alone a better life.
She was gradually sinking into depression, and tilting to the other side of life, which will do her no good, but bring her more pains and hurts. Going that way will eventually hinder her advancement in life, or even destroy her life and glorious destiny. A lot was said and done to her, which she is yet to release from her mind, so she can face the years ahead.
There are so many of them in her shoes, Mrs Anita realized. So she became more deliberate in engaging and talking to them during this life touching exercise.
This seems to be the story of a Teenage Child struggling with "Self Image".
Self Image can be destroyed in different ways, and sometimes, it's done unconsciously.
To every Teenage Child out there struggling to put up a good "Self Image", you need to understand that almost everyone has a story to tell. We've all been through one thing or the other in life, you are not the first, neither will you be the last.
Now hear this...
You probably didn't have any control over what happened to you, or what you experienced. Probably, you weren't even responsible for whatever happened. Of course, there was no way you could, you were too young for that. But here you are today, still struggling with the effect of that experience.
That experience has probably caged your mind and it is affecting you mentally, thereby influencing your life negatively. Please you don't have to continue this way. You can rise above that experience and live a fulfilled life.
You can take hold of your life now, and be free from that stronghold trying to draw you back. It's an Attitude. You can build it, and live it, but the decision is yours to make. Take responsibility for your life now. Don't live with that disfigured, injured and shattered Self Image. You have a bright future, a glorious and enviable one.
Society is already saturated with such people, don't be one of them, don't add up to the number.
While passing through this phase of life(The Teenage Years), one thing you should desire is to rise above "Low Self Esteem" and build a good "SELF IMAGE". It has nothing to do with status or your background, it's all about your state of mind. It's a Mental Attitude. So take charge of your mind, and tune it the right way.

Life Teaches Us
Indeed! Life teaches us, unfortunately, yet again we fail to learn, just because we prefer to fail, and eventually, do face painful failures in our lives. Repeatedly, the pain we earn through regular mistakes becomes unbearable, later. The ultimate consequence compels even greater souls to commit suicide. Perhaps, the only solid reason is one-sided fake love, the love that initially, seems attractively true. Later, it becomes a mistake that we later realise, that the love that seemed true was fake and untrue.
In today's modern life, we are accustomed to electronic devices. The machines do play the part of a demon, and we blindly trust what we see on mobile screens. The negative image is being positively portrayed, where, some are left ruined, the others chilled out with pleasures.
Yes, men are trash! "For a 3 minutes pleasure, they kill the entire humanity, destroy a family behind, and alas! A short living life is lived even shorter". The rapists too are given opportunities and access to porn sites, electronic devices, and local videos uploading without any hesitation and that without the consent of, that some use to claimed lover.
The Story:
SHAHZADI, the only daughter of the Khan family. She's is a BS student at a local university. She being a gallant and respectful girl never attracted by the opposite gender. However, the university boys try their best to get her response or contact number, as she's the most beautiful and attractive girl, her eyes cannot be explained in words. A young boy Sameer Khan, senior to her chases her daily, he wants to impress her. She too knows that Sameer is her crush, at first sight, falls in love with him. However, Sameer's character is a bit unlikeable, and disrespectful because of his harsh, rude and trashy image/behaviour, he's flirty with girls and he oftentimes uses them like tissues. One day, Sameer writes down his contact No. on a piece of paper, and throws it in her feet, she picks it up, because she also thinks that he loves her as she does. Finally, after two days she texts "HI SAM"
Sam: Who's there?
Shahzadi: It's me "Shahzadi"
Sam: OMG! I can't believe, you just texted.
Shahzadi: Yes, just because I believe that your love is true.
Sam: Yeah, dear it's.
Shahzadi: What can you do for me?
Sam: Anything, you just order.
Shahzadi: Okay! With the hope, that your love is true, I do invite your parents to my home, come and let them meet up with a marriage proposal.
Sam: I am yet a student, so are you. Isn't it too early to get married?
Shahzadi: No it's not, we will get engaged only.
Sam: I don't think so, let's make us spend some time together.
Shahzadi: No dude, I ain't free for an open illegal relationship. Let me clear it here, I am the only daughter of my family, if you do love me, come and own me legally.
Sam: I promise, I will marry you after my graduation.
Sam's fake love, his untrue promises and soft touchy dialogues. The beloved Shahzadi is trapped in love, she doesn't deserve it.
Shahzadi is being deceived in fraudulent love, as her love for Sam is true and she could even die for the love with no exact destiny.
Afterwards, the Shahzadi's true love story goes on with the flirty young Sam. She anxiously waits for his graduation completion, however, Sam is looking for the moment, that he could trap her for sexual pleasure. Unfortunately, he uses his fake love cards, and started with a sex chat:
Sam: Baby, we are the true lovers, and soon get married. Today, I am feeling horny, please, show me your naked body.
Shahzadi: Shut up Sam!
Sam: Jan please, just once
Shahzadi: I can't believe you're expecting that too early, before marriage.
Sam: Ok, just show me a pic in a blouse.
After arguments she finally sent him what he wanted, then a few days later, the guy wanted more and she agrees to all the demands, as she was truly in love. Consequently, they both dated, and finally, she lost her virginity to him. Here Sam's graduation completed too. Shahzadi was feeling blessed, happy and cheered that she may now get her love married. She texts Sam
Shahzadi: Congratulations! Sam, I am very happy, you got your degree completed, now it's our turn to be blessed together with a happy, cheerful married life.

It is a truism that by practising what you know, you:

Controlling your ego does not mean you should sacrifice your principle, all you need do is to tame it whenever you are heading to a state of destruction which is visible through pride.
Relinquish Your Comfort Zone
No battle has ever been won convincingly in a comfort zone not even in a computer-simulated game, talk less in a real-life situation.
People go out there hard to hit the nail on the head and feel the sense of victory. Wishing only create more chances to keep you in the past.
As a leader, by any means necessary, relinquish your comfort zone.
The danger of comfort zone is that:
* Your functionality as a leader will be shrink and compressed in a circle of mediocrity.
* The future becomes an uninteresting adventure to pursue
* You are easily thrown off the balance at the slightest of the heat of discomfort.
Confidence building becomes Herculean tasks when comfort zone is your compass.
You can relinquish it by:
* making urgency in task completion your priority.
* Avoiding task which makes you fit and comfortable with past glory.
* Invest your energy on a growth mission and
* Be proactive with the use of resources at your disposal.
Confidence boosting is not as difficult as it appears but our mental preparedness in pursuing the needful is a major deciding factor.

The mind, a seat where information is first placed before central distribution takes place, need to be put into some training before ascertaining its readiness in the realm of confidence.
Self-education is the process of seeking knowledge, information, ideas and concepts that are destined to affect the whole being positively and constructively.
Self-education begins first with understanding the music your mind listen to often. What the mind comes into contact with consistently, affect how it controls the body. As a leader, train your mind to be open to positive inspiring messages. This action serves as an immune booster to your confidence level.
However, you must form the habit of reading. Read books that will equip you with information. This is the best armour you can put on to sustain your authority and confidence when you speak. The more you read, the stronger your confidence in that field.
Through self-education, you will be more acquainted with your strengths and weaknesses. This is the best practice you can do to avoid confidence charade.
Self-education gives you a mirror, reflecting the look of whom you want to be. The more visible the look, the more your confidence is strengthened.

When you love someone, you show kindness to the person.
When you love, you will not easily get annoyed at other people's mistake. You will forgive them before they annoy you.

Love is patient and does not envy.
Live is willing to wait for others, love is patient in dealing with people.
Love does not do things because others are doing things, but because it is right.
Love does not envy. "All my mates are this", "All my mates are doing that". Love deletes envy and jealousy.
When you love, you do things the right way

Love does not boast and is not proud but humble.
Love is not boastful, it does not brag because of past victory. It is not full of itself.

The first impression you create in people on your first day of meeting them lasts for a very long time.
Create a good impression wherever you go. Portray good behaviour to those you know and even those you don't know.
You can never tell who your helper is. It's never written on the face.
Let me share this short story.
Yesterday, it rained heavily in my area. I went to do something in school around that time, the rain didn't give the sign. It started on my way back, It was so heavy that I had to enter a shop.
The owner of the shop was inside the shop with her children and some other people.
In the front of the shop where I was, the water was splashing heavily on me. The woman was inside and didn't say anything.
After 40 mins of me standing there, she then opened her door and said "If you are not comfortable with where you standing are you can come in " and shut the door behind her.
If I was being sent to give her a blessing, with what she had done, was I going to give her? No!!!
Do you think when I see her next time, I won't remember what she had done? It's not possible.
Honesty
Honesty is the best policy. Be honest in your dealings with people.
Be honest in all you do, defend the truth always.
Be honest in your relationship with God. Don't give what is meant for God to the Devil.
Never give up
Keep trying, your time is almost here, Even if it is not yielding now continue.

There is the noble art of getting things done but there is even the more noble art of leaving things undone but the wisdom of this life consists in eliminating the non-essentials.
What are the non-essentials of your life? What are those things that keep taking the place and time that the more important items on your agenda should be taking?
Get them out and let your focus be on the things that matter most to you this year and you will be shocked at the amount of result, growth and productivity you will experience if you consistently focus on those key areas.

Dear Self! Why? Why? because it is paining me the way you are looking down on yourself.
I don't like the way you are overrating others and underrating yourself, the only person you need to overrate is God and respect elders.
Why did you build an idol in your mind that some people are better than you, you believe you can't do what others are doing or you can't achieve what others are achieving. You need to uproot that idol now and burn it.
Why do you choose to turn yourself into a dust bin where anybody can just come and dump anything they like in it.
Why are you always afraid to defend yourself in front of those looking down on you, oh! I get it, you think they would criticize you, they would say you have bad habits.
Why are you always afraid of what people would say, let me tell you human beings will always be human beings and they would always talk whether you do good or bad.
This is entirely your life not others and you only live once, live your life to please God and yourself.
" You will be the only one to give an account of how you live your life not others"
And have it in mind, there is no limit to what you can do or achieve, whatever you can dream you can achieve it.

Ideas are like shooting stars. They come with multiple colours of hope and fashion of future gifts. They bring into reflection what awaits us in future and steps to follow to claim its reality.
But a situation whereby such ideas are left in the vacuum, unattended to or treated with levity, chaos set in and confidence begin to erode gradually.
How can you execute these ideas of yours to boost your confidence level?
* Take a step. At this junction, avoid evaluating your progress or failure at this early stage. Allow time to groom you and your level of maturity.
* Have an extension strategy or plan. Once your dream hits the ground, start running on it.
* Project the future in your strategy. Change is constant so also invention and innovation.
* Learn from likes mind and develop a formidable blueprint based on what you have learnt from their success and failure endeavours.
Confidence is like an iceberg, you need a sledgehammer (strong wheel) to break it into tiny pieces if you must sail smoothly on the ocean.
If you are a leader, don't be found wanting in this equation.

Find a Growth Mentor
You can be sure of survival in the desert when food, water and blanket are provided for the journey. These same provisions are sure to guarantee growth when you come into contact with a mentor that has an impeccable track record in line with your zeal to boost your confidence.
Find a mentor that has a message to lift your soul. A mentor whose DNA is embedded in growth mentality. The beauty there is that:
* You will be constantly challenged never to be too comfortable or complacent with your yesterday success.
* You will place on a journey where today's success becomes a booster for tomorrow's hustling.
* You will see seeds of invention and innovation no matter where it is hidden.
* Sense of urgency becomes potent in tune with everyday demands for growth.
A growth mentor is a bridge to pass on to the other side where results, goals and achievements are the necessities for survival.
A growth mentor is a mirror, showing both the success of a blueprint and the failure attached to it at the initial stage.
They nurture your mind to be prepared for anything and never to back down for anything.
They encourage you to be:
* Strong when you are weak
* Optimistic when the picture is pessimistic
* A bull on the field and
* Silent in deep thoughts amid confusion

I have had enough, yes you heard me right. Can you imagine?
After speaking with more than five authors this week, it dawned on me that most authors rushed into publishing a book without setting the right foundations.
All the authors I spoke with kept complaining of no or low sales. One of them told me using these words; I hope my book will sell soon enough.
How do you build a future on just hope alone? Of course, such a future can't last.
I deliberately used future in this context because your book is not a one-time money-making machine where you sell today and the next time you sell the book is in five years.
You need to understand that being an author is a long-term game and not a short term game.
What is the essence of writing a book that nobody buys?
It is a waste of time and efforts. I am sure you want that to change and if this is your first book which you are about to publish, making sales consistently is something you desire.
Pay close attention to these 2 things I will share with you now.
1. DO YOUR RESEARCH
Before you publish that book, ensure you have done your research especially using Amazon to know what people in your niche are searching for. A book that struggles to sell is one that skipped the research stage.
When I work with aspiring and existing authors as a book project consultant, one thing I do with them is taking their book idea through the research stage.
This is important because people only buy books that are highly demanding.
Why do you think the Amazon book store exists? Do you how many people go there to buy books?
It shows that research is key if you want your book to sell like a wide fire.
And the research I am talking about is not something basic, you need to work with an expert so you don't burn your fingers.
2. HAVE YOUR MARKETING STRATEGIES ON GROUND BEFORE YOU CLICK PUBLISH
I see authors publish books and they come crying to me asking for advice on how to get sales for their books, when I ask what marketing strategies they use, no quality response is given.
Do you see why they won't sell a copy?
Having highly converting marketing strategies for your book is very important.
This is why I always recommend working with a book project consultant so you don't get stranded with a book refusing to sell.
With these two tips, I am sure you won't go and click publish in a hurry.

A one-time richest man in the world (some months ago) before the current richest man overtook him.
Elon started as a small businessman and translated to an international businessman.
As an international businessman Elon needed to make the transfer and receive funds from his customers who are not in his country.
He has tried the banks to assist him in making the transfer
But, ...
We all know how slow and inefficient is an inter-country transfer of fund is when it comes to the worlds banking system.
For instance, it will take you almost two to three months before you can receive the money send to you from another country and vice versa.
Elon was trapped in this situation.
The reputation of his company is at stake
He needed to make the rate at which he receives and send money to be fast as possible.
Instead of complaining about how the banks are so poor in this aspect,
He went further to start PayPal
This is a company that helps people to transfer and receive money from another country In a very short period.
With PayPal's, it takes only about 20 minutes to received money from someone In another country.
I don't know how he did that but one thing I know is,
He sat down to think about the positive possibilities that came with the problem he has encountered. He solved the problem confronting him and him when further to help others solve their own.
This was what Oga Mark Zuckerberg did.
This is another story
And that makes him a blessing to many people.
Elon Musk has taught us a lesson
The lesson is,
There are two sides to every problem confronting you.
A coin has two sides, the head and the tail.
That problem confronting you has a positive possibility attached to it
All you need to do is to focus your attention on the act of Finding them out.
