First, I would like to apologize for not being active for some days now, I have been facing some challenges in real life which couldn't motivate me to write anything or engage, am glad everything is now settled do am back online, I know you all have missed me, am fully back online now.
Let me get into the topic without further ado, we humans learn fast, we learn some habits though most of them are good and most of them are bad but one thing is certain that if you move with a group of people, you would learn a thing or two from them.
We all have addictions like I enjoy playing video games online which I do most times whenever I feel bored for most people whenever they feel bored we might addict them to sleeping to fast forward time and for most people its meditation.
I think I have talked about meditation here; I have a friend who can meditate for hours without stopping its her addiction so it's already part of her, she can do it without feeling tired since she's addicted to it, we all have different addictions as our faces are different so also what we are addicted to is different.
Let me briefly explain what addiction is; **addiction is the inability to stop a bad behavior or substance that is causing damages to our body.**
Like I have said earlier, I am more addictive to video games and surfing the internet for news of thing's happening around the world, this is a good addition right? Yes, it is.
Most people are addicted to hard substances like Indian hemp, cocaine e.t.c.it started when they followed their friend out and the friend would force them to taste it and from then on it would be hard for them to stop doing it even though they know it is causing damages to their body.
Causes of addiction.
*Peer pressure: is one cause of addiction, it's hard to see someone in a group of people that are smoking and don't expect them to lure him/her into such an act, it's hard to get out of it once you are into it so it's better to stay away from bad gangs who are not making your life profitable rather they want to damage it.
*Family background: ask me why I said family background, most families are addicted to some things they learnt from their grandparents and with such background they came from, they would want to pass it to their child so it would continue in that way, so family background is also part of it, it's hard to not get addicted when you see your parents doing it, you would want to have a taste of it not knowing it's harmful, most times they might be the one to force the child to take it.
We just need to be extra careful with the people around us so we don't copy bad habit's and get addicted to things which would later affect us in the future, it's better to stay alone than being with a bad peer group of people who would want to lure you to do things which you don't want to do.

My experience in the kitchen.

Cooking in the kitchen is easy when we are paying attention to it, looking at mother's while they are cooking and learning their method of cooking is fun.
I won't be going deep into cooking but some experiences I have had in the past during my first attempt to cook in the kitchen, would it be sweet? would I burn the food? Find out.
**Burning food.**
Yes,I have burnt food during my first attempt to cook food for the family,my mind wasn't in the cooking as i was on the social media and watching comedy and it skipped my mind that I was cooking on gas and you know what it means,the food got burnt and I didn't hear the smell quickly as the comedy I was watching was really funny not until my mom came to the kitchen and asked what was burning that I remembered they asked me to cook and when I went to check it was burnt,oh my gosh!we won't eat today but that happens during most people trial's.
**Sweet food.**
I have cooked some varieties of sweet food for the family probably twice or thrice and they loved it,I was just in the mood to cook so I just cooked it and added the required recipe to make the food taste great.
The sweetest food that I got compliment from the family was fried rice,let me show you the procedures to cook it.
*Rice
*Vegetables
*Salt, seasonings,onions, cabbage,maggi,carrot, cucumber,soy sauce, sesame oil.
First of all i do parboil the rice and while it is boiling I prepare the ingredients which includes the carrot, cucumber, cabbage and onions,slice the onions into smaller sizes and same goes to the carrot, cucumber and cabbage,after cutting them into your desired shape you prepare the salt and seasonings which would make the food look great.
You can stir fry meats if you want to add them to the meal,after stir frying the meat you add the carrot, cucumber into it and stir it after then you add the parboiled rice to it and add salt and the remaining ingredients,then keep stirring so as not to let the ingredients stay in one place.
That's how I cooked my fried rice,best served hot with drinks.
**Not so good food**.
I once walked into a restaurant that looks unkept and littered with dirt,it turned my mind off not to buy food from them as they couldn't take care of their surroundings,how then can they take care of their food and make it good.

Mistakes partners do in a relationship.

***Making assumptions**; For a relationship to last long, we need to stop assuming or doubting that our partner love us, we just need to keep it cool and show the care in a relationship and you are good to go, making assumptions in a relationship doesn't end well.
***Lack of communication**; In a relationship, partners are guaranteed to communicate with each other and share their feelings with their spouse and whatever they feel is bothering them, most relationship have broken down because of the lack of communication they had, so for a relationship to grow we need to increase our communication and always find out time to spend with our spouse.
***Being dishonest**; For a relationship to grow the way it should, we need to be plain with our partner and not being dishonest or deceitful to our partner so as not to lose trust in each other, dishonesty won't make a relationship grow rather it would make the relationship broken.
***Refusing to apologize**; This is the most critical among all that can harm a relationship and make it broken, in a relationship we need to always show apologies for wrong doings and promise not to do such again and also stick to your words, an apology in a relationship goes a long way to soften the heart of our spouse keeping the relationship alive.
***Reacting (rather than responding)**; It's best to respond to a conversation with your partner rather than reacting to it, as it makes them feel uncomfortable in the relationship. We just need to make our suggestions for any conversation we have with our partner.
***Neglecting our self-relationship**; neglecting in a relationship simply refers to when the partner cannot attend to his spouse in a timely and acceptable manner, we need to always note that our partners need our attention and so we shouldn't neglect that but find time to attend to them in a timely and acceptable manner and also don't procrastinate with that.
***Violating each other's boundaries**; Whenever we find ourself in a relationship, we need to understand our partner very well which should include their likes and dislikes and way of doing things, we shouldn't try to break boundaries with each other once we've understood their likes and dislikes, this would help build a relationship.
***Avoiding conflict**; Conflicts aren't a good thing as it doesn't always end well. We need to avoid conflicts in a relationship so that the relationship would last wherever there's peace, such place would be good to stay for long.

What is your relationship with animals.

We are all surrounded by animals; we have domestic animals which are friendly to we can keep us and at home as pet and also we have the wild animals which are the dangerous ones and can harm us.
Here are some few questions I would like to ask and answer about our relationship with animals.
*Do you like animals? Why or why not?
My answer to this is yes I like animals not just animals but domestic animals like dogs, cat and the likes, I love animals as they are friendly to humans.
*Do you have or have you ever had a pet?
Yes, I have had a pet which was a dog. I named him Johnny; he was so friendly and social to people in the community and was playful as well; he enjoys following me to wherever I want to go. As they say, dog is man's best friend; he was my best friend then, but eventually something shocking happened to him which made him sick and before we knew it; he was gone. I couldn't bear the pain, as he was the first pet I had. Hopefully, I will have another one soon.
*Are animals respected or looked down upon in your culture?
Animals are respected in our culture as man's best friend as they are friendly and loyal to their owners, so in a nutshell we respect the freedom of animals.
*What wild animals can be found where you live (or in your hometown)?
We have tons of wild animals here and there, you won't be surprised seeing monkeys passing the top of your roof in my hometown as that's their routine, there are many animals that can be found in my hometown town and where I live, let me make a list of animals that you can find, I'll try to make it short
Snakes, monkeys, buffalo, galago, warthogs, bushbabies and so many more.
*What animal do you feel most attracted to or connected to?
I feel more attracted to dogs and chickens as I have reared them early last year and I have understand their basics though I am more connected to dogs as they are so friendly and playful and can cheer me up whenever am moody and have no one to play with.
*What was your best experience with an animal?
I have had so many experiences with animals and all I can say is that johnny which was my first dog was my partner when no one was home,we played and had fun like how brothers and sisters do,it was fun having him as my pet as I loved him so much but he left me so early.
Pet's are man's greatest friend, let's treat them well and train them in a good way and nurture them to follow our principle, animals shouldn't be treated harshly,they need to be cared for.
Having a pet won't hurt us as they are friendly and would listen to whatever we said so far we train them the way we want them,you can train them to be a security to you or probably as a partner when nobody is around then you can play with them,it always feels like i should get a pet soon and train them, won't be long I would get a pet which would probably be a dog and name him a good name.

**Coin**:is the native token of a blockchain technology we have lot’s of coins for example,ETH,SOL and others just to mention a few they run on their particular smart chain transactions.

We make use of metal coins over the past years to make payments which are also known as fiat currency and is controlled by the government.
But later on….
In the year 2008,Satoshi nakamoto created Bitcoin the first digital currency in the world. “Coin” in terms of cryptocurrency doesn’t refer to physical coin,it represents a decentralized or digital coin which can be used to make payments online and serve as a payment method.
Digital coin has the same utility as fiat currency.Moreover,digital coins is more secured,stable and durable that fiat currencies.
**Payment/utility token.**
For better understanding of what a payment/utility token is we need to first of all understand what token is.
**Token**;are programmable assets managed through a smart contract and a distributed ledger.
Utility tokens has value but can’t be used as money the way we do we coins it’s totally different from coins,to be able to use utility token’s you need to first swap it first to coin before you can make use of it.
**Security token.**
Security token are programmed assets that get their worth from another external resources that can be exchanged.
Security tokens are enrolled with a particular monetary market government, they add some extra security to it to make it free from intruders.
**Governance token.**

The use of money started thousands of years back though it was with a different method,thousands of years back people do swap shells,cattles but now it is with a different method we use now,we have improvised to using Notes and cryptocurrency as mode of making payment for goods and services.
With the evolution of money,payment has advanced drastically which now makes it easy for the buyer to pay the seller for goods and services bought,he can either pay with fiat or cryptocurrency which is advancing daily.
The mode of payment back then was totally different from the one we have now,years back people used to carry out trade with a bartering system,most of you might not know deeply what bartering system means let me give a brief explanation to expand your knowledge;
**Barter system**:This is a system whereby people exchange good and services in place of money,for instance if one person has an apple and needs pineapple he has to look for someone who needs apple for them to exchange,that’s how it works back then till the improvement began.
Making use of bartering system was kind of hard as people need to find another party who is in need of what they possess so they can make exchange and he gets what the other doesn’t need,it was time consuming and includes stress also,this was what brought about the existence of money to improve the mode of making payment.

The heart of human.

Humans are unpredictable most of the time,it’s kind of hard to let your hope be on someone as they might change in a few seconds.
I was scrolling down on twitter yesterday where i came by a post which the woman was in tears over how her husband left her alone and travelled out of the country with her best friend instead of her the wife.
It might look funny though but in actual sense why would the man in the first place befriend his wife best friend,it could be they were dating before and he could have just explained to the girl and she would understand and move on with her life.
You can’t rely on humans or put your hope on them,humans can change within a sec and you might wonder if they were the one you talked to before.
The pain of the lady who was married to the man and now got the information that her husband left her to follow her best friend would really hurt her and make her think that her husband never loved her ever since they were together.
On my opinion i think the husband dated his so called wife before he finally met with her best friend whom he fell in love with and didn’t tell his partner that he isn’t interested anymore but was fooling her that he loved her whereas he never had genuine love for her.
He used the opportunity he got to travel abroad with his partner best friend to start a new life there,am not sure he would also show genuine love to the best friend of his partner as he has what he is looking for in a lady,how on earth would a married man leave his wife and travel abroad with his wife best friend,it looks odd and childish.
Relationship nowadays is going to another dimension as breakup is getting much and finding who’s right for you is now hard,if the husband isn’t getting any advantage from you he would look outside to find a partner who would satisfy him,the same also goes to the wife but on another angle once she sees that her partner is poor she leaves to marry another man if they were married before or date another man if they haven’t wedded yet,those stories are getting too much this days we just need to be careful before going into any relationship to avoid breakup,it might take long to gather your broken pieces if someone you loved so dear break up with you,for most people they move on while others say **No** to love whenever they are heart broken.
one advice I would give is that we should understand our partner in and out before going into a relationship so there won’t be any regrets if anything happens,know what your partner desires and if he isn’t satisfied with you then let him be.

i want to ask myself some random questions which I would answer them saying the truth in every question,I should have posted this yesterday but was really tired as i had to rest,let’s go.
1.What Talent Would You Want To Possess If You Could?
if i was permitted to choose which talent I would love to possess,I would choose the talent of singing as i love singing songs but my voice isn’t sweet when singing songs,if i have the ability to sing melodious songs why won’t i take it and make good use of it,i might be popular like those musicians yunno😅.
2.If You Could Be Best Friends With A Celebrity, Who Would It Be?
Oh!! well as for me if I could be friends with any celebrity I would like to be friends with juice wrld as he is my favorite musician,he’s song always have a message in it and always motivate me whenever i feel demotivated or deter in what am doing,being friends with him would make me learn from him and be motivated.
3.If you were given 10 million dollars,what would you do with it.
This would be the greatest opportunity of my life as someone giving me a 10 million dollars,I would make good use of it in a way that the person would not expect,let me break down what am going to use the money for.
Firstly I’ll graph out my needs from my wants,that’s the first thing i do whenever i get any money,it would make me plan well with the money.
Secondly is to rare animals as that has been my passion right from time to rare animals from poultry,dogs and also push myself to study veterinary.

As for me I would choose to control time so i can rewind the time to where I have made some mistakes and amend my mistakes and also do things my way though i might be lazy as i can control time lol just a wish it might come true.

My encounter with banks today.

I encountered some behaviours today from the bank I went to which made me feel sad and want to quit using fiat again,it was so discouraging to me but I just have to bear it.
I went out with my mom to withdraw some cash for her,the first transaction worked perfectly as planned but the second transaction made me cry as they deducted the money from my bank but I didn't get the cash.
I was so angry then and went inside the bank to make complaint of what happened with their ATM,they told me it was my bank I would make complaint to which looks weird to me but I left their presence in silence as I don't want to come up with any fight with the officers there.
My bank isn't in our vicinity as they don't have branches everywhere but they seem to be the best bank when it comes to transaction but what happened yesterday made me feel sad them as they deducted the money I didn't receive, I just tried to go home and relax and something popped up on my phone,I wasn't in the mood to talk to anybody or reply any text as I was really angry I wanted to use that cash to buy some stuffs but the unexpected happened.
I decided to check the message and see who message me but it turns out to be that my bank reversed the money to me,I was very happy as I was still considering how am going to get the cash they deducted as their bank isn't close to me and to get there you need to spend like $100 to and fro but am happy they reversed it already.
Banks sometimes makes me sad whenever they deduct my money and I didn't get the cash which they stated, it would take patience for someone to use the banks these days as I heard of a scenario where the bank debited someone a large amount of money for no reason and when the man went to the bank nobody was answering him,it made the man angry and he took action to carry their printer that was when the bank decided to look at his complaint.
It looks weird why would bank just debit someone for no reason,this shows they monitor your activities every sec and whenever they come across any opportunity they seize to use it to deduct the money from some peoples account,banks track's all our activities.
Saving money in crypto is the best option I have ever come across since our fiat inflation is increasing, how i wish we can spend our crypto without swapping it to fiat it would have been much better and convenient for those who want to spend their crypto without converting it.
BCH has proven to be the best option for mode of payment with its user privacy,low transaction fees less than a cent even if you are transferring more than 1 BCH.

5 months journey.

My heart always leaps for joy over any little progress I make,we just need to be happy over any little progress as they count its not necessary it becomes a big gift before we show gratitude.
Am happy for the progress of this month I have made so far,I couldn't believe that I can achieve my goals with just perseverance and hope and within the range of a day my goals were accomplished.

I remember this song we used to sing back then in our school. It goes thus.

My heart leaps for joy whenever I remember this song we used to recite for our parents back then whenever we get back from school.
We plead with our parents for them to pay our school fees and give us the best education we deserve. I also took part in singing the song to my parents back then and am glad they headed to my pleas and gave me the best education.
Being educated is one of the greatest things in life which we need to have. We can use our certificate to work in any company that matches our line of study and earn a decent amount of money.
Education builds us individually, mentally, academically, and socially. With education, we can learn various languages of the world once we enroll for the course.
Individually, education builds us to become responsible people to the community and makes us a better person in the future. When everyone is educated, we all could respect each other and become good citizens in our community.
