Hello, Noise's tasters and travelers. Today, after a long morning doing home tasks, this tasty gift arrived right on time for lunch. In my country we call it "cachapa" and it's some kind of corn pancake that you can eat with cheese, beef, pork... Whatever you want. You can make it with grounded corn or corn flour (I'm pretty sure this one was made with corn flour). Few months ago I learned how to make it: Just mixing corn flour, salt, sugar and baking powder. I won't tell the proportions 'cause it depends on the brand you're using; just try to get a pancake mix like texture, use as much sugar as you like (in a healthy margin, please) and then you can fry them. Now, is there a recipe like this in your country? How is it called? I read you. #food #recipe #wemakenoise
