Speaking about fish: The other day I felt so happy to find sardines at the fish shop! I made some burgers for lunch. It is hard to find sardines these days cause the government -I been told by eastern friends- ordered to fish the sardines a few months ago when they where still too young. Now, in this fishing season it's hard to find adult sardines. Anyway, here is the pic of my burgers. Maybe next time I'll share you the recipe with more photos. (Yes, it's a little burnt, it was a complicated day😂)
