ππ€π’ππ©πππ£π πππ€πͺπ© ππ€ππππ βοΈπͺ These past days I've been reading discussions on Twitter about how should coffee be prepared. Whether to boil the coffee together with the water and then strain it... Or to put the coffee in the strainer, boil the water and then pour it into the strainer. Of course, this is just in case you don't use a coffee maker machine. There is a barist on Twitter, named Nani, I remember she once said that boiling the coffee and even reheat it, could cause the lost of its taste and aroma. In fact, one should not even use boiling water, but rather at 80Β°C. Also, a former student of my faculty, who specialized in the coffee production line, said something similar during her thesis presentation. On the other hand, some people say that when they boil the coffee together with the water, they get more cups of coffee. In my experience, the second method leaves a horrible residue at the bottom of the jar and cups. So I always use the first method. For me, first sip of coffee of the day is the most important, it needs to taste good, smell like chocolate and burn the h*** out my tongue. π How about you? How do you prepare your coffee when you don't use a coffee maker? #English #WeMakeNoise #Coffee #Food
