I enjoy that silence. This year was different. I spended the whole Christmas eve sharing with my friends on Facebook and eating lots of cookies and soda after dinner. I went to sleep late, so I woke up too late the next day. And because of that I didn't get to watch the James Webb Space Telescope Launch Live. It doesnโ€™t matter, because I was able to watch it hours later. I was so excited because I could understand most details about the launch and what it was shown on screen. Not just because my english technical vocabulary has improved, but because of the background in engineering projects and the knowledge about astronomy, spatial coordinates and trajectories I've acquired these last years. The launch took place in French Guiana, that is about 1000 miles away from here. I couldnโ€™t help imagine being part of the team that was there, wearing the mission's badge shirts and Santa Claus hats; all of them working for this +20 years project to be success. I was also happy to see a couple of friends and college mates were interested in this event too. I know I'm still far from that, but things I'm doing now are to get there someday. So, now you know how ๐˜ด๐˜ฑ๐˜ข๐˜ต๐˜ช๐˜ข๐˜ญ I've been feeling all the weekend. How was yours? #english #holidays #goals #JWST
