in our place those applications are working properly, maybe the firewall makes being block thats why u did not use, but in the end changing IP is the best option maybe the conflict of IP they used
That's weird, these sites don't care about IP. That is, it does not ban anyone on the basis of IP. But the good news is that you fixed the problem.
