Foiled cajun shrimp..
This is my spicy dish for those who were always asking for some spicy dish. They complain me that I write my blogs only on chocolates or sweet desserts.
Here it is..
CAJUN SHRIMP IN FOIL
Ingredients: 1 tablespoon Cajun or Creole seasoning
(1 pound) cleaned large shrimp
1 1/2 cups corn kernels
1/4 cup chopped fresh Italian parsley leaves
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
Chicken sausage, very thinly sliced
1 medium zucchini sliced into 1/4-inch thick rounds
1 large red bell pepper, seeded and cut into thin strips
2 tbsp olive oil
Method-
In a medium bowl, combine the Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp and toss to coat.
Place 4 large (10 x 18-inch) pieces of heavy-duty aluminum foil on a flat surface.
Divide the sausage, zucchini, bell peppers, and corn among the foil pieces, placing the vegetables in the center of each. Top each with shrimp.. sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon of the parsley and 1 tablespoon of the basil.
Drizzle each with 1/2 tablespoon of the oil. Fold each piece of the foil to form a packet, sealing tightly and leaving a little room inside for air to circulate in the packet. The packets may be refrigerated (or frozen) at this stage.
To cook, preheat the oven to 425F. Arrange the packets on a baking sheet and cook until the shrimp is cooked through and the vegetables are crisp-tender, 13 minutes.

Nutella filled cookies..
Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup Nutella
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
3cups of all purpose flour
2 teaspoon cornflour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 oz semisweet chocolate bar
sea salt for sprinkling
Method-
Prepare your Nutella filling first by dropping 2 teaspoon sized dollops on the cookie sheet. Place in freezer to harden while you prepare your cookie dough.
Cut your butter and place in a medium-sized saucepan. Melt over medium-low heat. Once butter has melted, increase heat to just above medium heat. The butter will begin to turn brown Watch the butter very carefully at this point, and once it begins to brown and you smell the nutty aroma of browned butter, remove from heat quickly and pour into a large, heatproof bowl.
Allow butter to cool for 25-30 minutes before proceeding with the recipe.
For the Cookie Dough Preheat oven at 180c and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Add sugars into cooled browned butter, stir well. Stir in eggs, one at a time, stirring well after each addition.
Add vanilla extract and stir.
In a separate, medium-sized bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture, stirring until ingredients are completely combined.
Add your finely chopped chocolate bar and stir well. Chill dough in refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
Remove frozen Nutella from freezer and cookie dough from refrigerator
Scoop dough by heaping 1 1/2 Tbsp-sized spoonful and press frozen Nutella dollop into the center.
Roll into an even ball and place on a wax-paper lined sheet.
freeze cookie dough balls for 15 minutes. Place cookie dough at least 2 inches apart on parchment paper-lined sheet
Bake on 180c for 15 minutes
Sprinkle immediately with sea salt. Allow cookies to cool completely on cookie sheet before removing.
Enjoy...

Thoughts..
Life is a mess, my friend. It always is. Sometimes, we hide enough tears to smile brightly. And sometimes, the tears overpower and rain down that smile. But both reside within us all the time, the tears and the smile. When someone asks me am I good, am I happy, I always say "Yes, I am good. I am happy." But even then, there is this raging storm within me, sleepy, but there. I am always just a moment away from going back to that darkness, even if I have been just smiling for the last week. You know, it hits you like a storm, this darkness, this sadness, this overpowering memory of something that was dear to you then, and now it's just dead. But even these dead memories breathe somewhere in the scarred corners of your heart. And they come back, they always come back. Maybe, a song will take you back, maybe a picture, maybe a book, maybe a name, or sometimes, maybe even a smell. What I wanna tell you is that you are healing all the time. Even when you are crying, you are healing. Look, healing doesn't come with a progress bar of 73% healed. You will hit zero and a hundred within a minute. It resides within you, all the time. So please don't go all helpless that I can never move on. You can, my friend. And you are moving on. This is all part of the process. This feeling totally lost, giving up on hope, and crying in despair, this all must happen for you to find that smile again. You must accept it that you will cry more. But it doesn't mean that you can't smile and be happy. It's like having a day and night together in one day. You can't choose just light and refuse to believe the darkness. Please don't compare your journey with someone else. If it's taking you longer than others to move on in life, then it's fine because the scars we receive are very personal and intimate. You can't compare your scars with theirs. You can't compare your healing with theirs. And yes, all these people who laugh at you for being a sentimental fool, a depressed soul, a negative person, all these people who share meme all day and laugh at you for sharing a deep post, these people are dying inside too. They cry too. They are broken too. They just hide. They just run away from this acceptance. They think closing their eyes will make it disappear. So please don't think that you are the only one going through hell. We all are going through our own hell, our own prison, our own mess. But we smile, we smile because we want to live. We smile, because we believe that one-day things will get better. No one is lucky here, my friend. And, you are not cursed. Your time will come. Your sun will shine. Your lips will smile. It's just about having a little hope in these hopeless times. Just smile, and let that smile find its reason.
Say no to body shaming..
And maybe, the fat people are happier than you. And maybe that's what matters at the end of the day. You laugh at their body shape, taunting them all the time. But maybe, with the absence of happiness in your life, the joke is on you and your perfect body. Ever thought about this? No? Please do think about it now. I understand that being healthy is a good thing, and you should encourage others to be healthy. But the golden word here is "encourage", not shame them for being fat. Your Instagram may be full of heart reacts for your perfect shape, and congratulations on that achievement. But maybe your mind is totally out of shape when you think that this shape, this shape defines you and your life. How can human life be measured in its shape? So many great, great people didn't have the "approved" body shape. And so many pieces of shit have had the "perfect" body shape. So what's the race about? What're these taunts about? What's this smirk about? Quit hating on people just because they don't look the way you want them to. Quit putting your idea of beauty on others. Quit bullying people into guilt for being what they are. You are a horrible person. And it's time someone punches this fact on your flat stomach. You see, nobody likes these harsh words. Nobody deserves hate. Nobody deserves to sleep feeling worthless.

I really dont know why??
Frustration. It winds you up and can take so much out of you.Because it not only sucks energy but also distracts you and can steal quite a bit of time. When you are frustrated then you are often somewhere in the future in your mind. Somewhere you wish you would be. Or you are reliving a stumble or failure from your past.Snap out of those headspaces and calm down by focusing your mind and attention on what is now, right here at this moment.
Talk to someone you trust about your frustations. When you talk a frustration over with someone then it can help you to start seeing it from a more level-headed perspective as you vent.
And your friend that’s listening may have one or couple of good pieces of advice from his or her own experience.
Or the two of you can start coming up with a plan for how you can overcome or at least reduce this frustrating situation.
Expectation feeds frustation..Dont expect much from anybody. Dont let the frustation kill you..Be strong.Have courage and fight back frustations.

Indoor plants🌿🌿
Besides cooking and baking I love indoor and outdoor gardening too..I ll write little about spider plant..
It is one of the most common yet popular houseplants. It is also one of the “Top Plant That Cleans Air .”
The Spider Plant requires only light watering. Allow the soil to dry completely in between waterings...
Spider Plants prefer natural light, but do not place them in direct sunlight...If the leaves begin turning brown, try moving the plant out of the direct light...
Pests and mites are not a problem with this houseplant... I personally have never had any problems with pests on my spider plants, however if they should arrive simply spray a soapy water mixture over the plants a couple of times a day...
Picture given is my own spider plant..
Please share if u know anything else about this plant..
Happy indoor gardening...stay home...stay safe🌿🌿🌿🌿🍃
