I prefer holding on my wallet, better in that way. Price will go up anyway.

I recommend DeFiChain where at the moment you get an APY of 120%. You can either use CakePool where they are managing the pools and make things easier (but take 15% from the profits), or install DeFiChain on your PC, sync the blockchain and participate on your own. You will need although to wrap your BCH over DeFiChain blockchain and the easiest way to do it for me is through CakePool (0.001 BCH withdraw fee).
I have mine going directly to nexo and as it grows I get interests daily. Nothing much but at least it's moving :)
I send my income from noise.cash to nexo where I get some daily interest paiements.
I am currently looking into cake defi... they seem to have some interesting returns. I am just very weary of most things as they say, not your keys, not your crypto.
