Depression Kills!
Maybe some of you will judge a person having this. Maybe someone of you says that "nagiinarte lang yan" , attention seeker so that someone gave her/him a special treatment or a priority instead. Please bare with that person, nobody wants to feel that way. Maybe they feel that no one can understand them, no one loves them and everything they do is NOT right. So please stop judging them instead listen to them, gave them inspiring and positive thoughts so they think better. And please gave them a hug. ☺️

I think depression is an a serious ill.i dont know but i think it is.no one says "arte lang yan". your right besides help them.
It can really kill. Our mind is very powerful. Sometimes we do things unexpectedly. Most especially of you became too emotional that you can't handle yourself and be depress .
