Smartphone addiction is not less than drug addiction
It is impossible to be smart today without a smartphone. Why or why not, there are so many advantages in a small device. Clocks, cameras, calculators, that's all. There are thousands of apps. Along with social media like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube. Nowadays, if we don't have our own smartphone, we feel uncomfortable. Experts say that many of us are already addicted to smartphones. In this case, children and adolescents are not excluded.
***Over-addiction to smartphones:***
There are a few simple ways to understand if smartphone use has gone into addiction. If someone is addicted to it, he will spend a lot of time in the day on his smartphone. The attraction of the phone will pound his night's sleep.
Those who are addicted to smartphones cannot remove it even in inappropriate places. For example, a driver. He is driving, but he has turned on his smartphone right in front of his eyes. Or a doctor. Even after entering the operation theater, the phone can't leave Maya. There is no doubt that they are completely addicted to smartphones.
***How to get addicted to smartphones:***
There has been a lot of research on this in the last few years. Dopamine, a special chemical secreted from our brains, is behind smartphone addiction, scientists say. Whenever something gives us pleasure while using Sadh's phone, this compound is released in our head. Then it persuades us to do that delightful work over and over again. In this condition, if the brain is not able to create reverse pressure, the inevitable result is the intoxication of the smartphone.
Let me give you an example》》
Suppose a man opens his phone and makes a post on Facebook. As soon as he got a like in that post, dopamine was released in his brain. Then that dopamine will drive him to post more and more on Facebook. It will drive you to sit on the screen of the smartphone in the hope of likes, comments, shares. If this continues, some changes will take place in his brain at some point. Then it will be very, very difficult for him to give up the source of the drug temporarily.

***Smartphone addiction is not less harmful:***
Experts say that if the use of smartphones becomes addictive, the harm is not less than drugs. The inevitable consequences of this addiction:
Insomnia,
Health damage,
Physical weakness and
Amnesia.
Smartphone addiction can lead to fatigue, loneliness, inattention and many more problems. Children and adolescents can be most affected by phone addiction. Nowadays, many people suspect smartphone radiation as a possible cause of certain types of cancer. According to them, excessive use of smartphones for a long time is not impossible to get some special brain cancer.
Moreover, the danger can occur when the smartphone becomes too-smart. Nowadays, the news of an accident while crossing the road while listening to music on the earphones is always heard. It is not uncommon for people to die while taking selfies in dangerous places. Psychologists also suspect that smartphone addiction is turning people into self-centered creatures isolated from social reality.
***The way to get rid of addiction:***
Everything in the world has its ups and downs. The same thing applies with smartphones. To avoid intoxication, it is better to use this amazing device with a little caution. There is no harm in kicking the rest of the apps off your phone except the apps you need. In the case of installed apps, it is better to go to settings and reduce notifications, alert sounds and vibrations as much as possible.
But perhaps the most important thing to stay free from smartphone addiction is our self-control. When I use my phone and when I don't, I have to decide the rules myself. A good night's sleep should not be wasted in any way. In a word, you have to control the phone, in no way do you want to control it. No matter how smart the smartphone is, we have to be smarter than that..

What are major spiritual awakening symptoms?
For me these were the signs that something is going to change inside me,
***1.Dark night of the soul***
Spiritual awakening always start with a major event in one’s life, which usually leads to spiritual crisis journey, which, eventually ends at the union with God. In Roman Catholics they call it “dark night of the soul”.
***2. Sudden self actualization***
You start feeling that sense of fulfilment, security and being unashamed with who you actually are. You stop giving a shit to what people are thinking or how they might be perceiving you. Suddenly you become able to see your real potential. You become oblivious to judgement by others.
***3. Bliss of solitude.***
You get disassociated and detached with your old ideologies, habits and routines. The meaning of happiness is changed for you. Material things, social circle, old hobbies will appear useless. You find bliss in solitude. William Wordsworth was so utterly right when he said “that inward eye, which is the bliss of solitude”.
***4. Tenderness and compassion for everything and everyone***
This aspect was like a surprise for me. Suddenly I started feeling compassion to the people who were in the list of my worst enemies. You actually feel a connection with everything and everyone. It feels like that we all belong to one origin and this feeling was so utterly intense for me. I feel the next level empathy, in a way it is painful though. For the first time I literally was able to understand how Jesus prayed for those who were crucifying Him.
***5.Strong urge to change to a healthy lifestyle***
Instant gratification become a big no no suddenly. You will dive into the world of clean eating, good active life and non toxic unprocessed foods. You truly start respecting your body along your soul. Putting anything junk in your stomach will feel unholly.
Thanks everyone!😍👍
"Know Thyself"
“Know Yourself”
This statement is basically the invention of Socrates. Personally, I consider Socrates to be one of my teachers. I love him a lot for his philosophy😍
We don't spend that much time thinking about ourselves. How am I actually? What i want? How is your character? My passion? Many times I do not understand that, what makes us happy? What makes you happy? What should we do in life? Why am I doing what I am doing? What is the basic purpose? What do I want to be in life? Where is my courage or weakness? We are not fortunate enough to be able to ask ourselves a few such questions.
Only, if I say- what is the purpose of your life? What do you want to do in this life? How much do you understand yourself? - These three questions are enough to confuse you. It is natural to lose food by diving into the depths of thought.
It is a very difficult term to understand oneself to tell the truth. No one can ever say it with his hand on his chest, I can understand myself completely. Because our thinking consciousness changes with these surrounding behaviors, we change. Likes and dislikes change. Based on the struggles of life, it can be seen that there is a difference of a few years between one year and one person.
However, there are still a few things that help you to know about yourself. There are some fixed things that make it easier to know yourself. You can realize yourself a little.
There are a lot of resources on this subject online. I will say the ones that I have read, I like them. I am faced with a question about myself.
*1. Ask yourself the question.*
What question? What not to do? Why? Which to do? - I don't know anything about this. Ask your mind.
2. *Know your character.*
Suppose - which is the favorite letter in the middle of the vowel? I like to look at any color. Favorite smell? - And if you don't mind these hobbies - think a little about your personality. Where is the courage or where is the weakness? How is your life in one line? What things can change you the most? What makes you happy? Who is that person?
3. *Priority set.*
Suppose your house catches fire, what is the first thing you will save at that moment? Then there are things like love with family, sex or respect, precious money.
4. *Find a mentor*.
Mentors are very much needed in life. The sooner you understand this, the better. The steel I'm still looking for, and the emptiness of a mentor is holding me back a long way.
5. *Do something different.*
Serve others, find your own passion. Give yourself time. Find your favorite place. Do whatever you want. Experimenting on yourself can create some good experiences. Must come out.
Note: The path to self-knowledge is deep, I have shared here what I have learned and realized while walking this path😑😑
THANKS!
Sleep paralysis
Unknown mysteries terrify us step by step in our way of living a healthy life.. Fear, apprehension seems to be our daily companion.
You were lying in bed, suddenly you woke up in the middle of the night. Someone is holding you in a dark room. You may want to turn your head a little or try to escape while you feel something heavy sitting on your chest. Something so heavy that you couldn't breathe properly. You feel it but you can't move any part of the body even if you want to, you can't even scream..The heart seems to be pounding out of the chest but you seem to be completely numb. ****This is called sleep paralysis.****
Think about what happened to you! Have you ever tried to unreveal the mystery of what happened? This article is for you if you are interested. ☺️☺️
**Unrevealing the mystery**
We are all familiar with such feelings. Many of us have gone through such experiences in our sleep at some point or another.
Its name is 'sleep paralysis'...
It can happen at the moment of falling asleep or just before waking up, our subconscious mind understands it but the conscious mind cannot understand it. What our mind makes us feel in that moment, we can only feel that but can’t say anything in the mouth.
It's obviously a weird situation where people are seeing something in front of their eyes but can't express themselves due to sleep deprivation. This can usually last from a few seconds to a minute.
Our brains are alert even if we can't talk or move when we are caught, so it is normal to be scared at this time. The ongoing hallucinations in our minds increase our fears many times over. As a result, we suddenly see a scene of fear or feel an unwanted presence inside the house. Sleep paralysis can occur for a variety of reasons.
**Scientific explanation of sleep paralysis**
Science never believes in superstition. Therefore, medical scientists consider all these myths to be completely absurd. There are various reasons behind this.. Some of the notable reasons are-
*Staying under pressure*
*Lack of adequate rest*
*Irregular sleep*
*Anxiety*
*Having other problems associated with sleep*
*Tightening of the arm and leg muscles*
*Mental instability*
Apart from this, the reasons that are commonly seen are as follows-
*Sleep less*
*Changes in sleep time*
*Sleeping on your back*
*Drug addiction*
*Having bipolar disorder or similar mental problems*
*Narcolepsy*
*Having other sleep disorders including hand-foot throwing or walking during sleep*
*Use of activating drugs*
We have various dreams in our sleep. Dreams are actually repetitions of events that take place in our subconscious.
From going to a good place to falling from a high place; dreams are everything. After some time of deep sleep we start dreaming. The period of dreaming is called Rapid eye movement period. And the time of not dreaming is called Non rapid eye movement period.
According to sleep experts, people usually cannot move their body fluently as they move from one stage of sleep to another, just when people suffer from sleep apnea or sleeping paralysis. Sleep paralysis can also be caused by mental imbalances or nervous problems for some time.
Many people have nightmares before they are caught. Then at one stage of the nightmare, they realize that someone is leaning on their whole body or on a special organ (such as head, chest, hand, etc.) and in some cases, someone is talking about someone's (jinn's) lame hand. One person's experience is one of a kind. But medical scientists claim that the victim's experiences are due to the ongoing hallucinations in their minds.
**The way of salvation**
This problem is temporary. So there is no need for any treatment. However, if it is an exaggeration, which means that your sleep is regularly disturbed or your blood pressure rises or falls abnormally due to anxiety, then you need to be a little more diligent to get out of this predicament. The things you need to do are-
The most important and easiest way to avoid getting caught is to adhere to a specific bedtime
*Sleep at least 7-8 hours regularly*
*Change the way you sleep. Never sleep on your back*
*You can take anti-depressant pills for sleep as advised by your doctor*
*If you have other sleep or mental problems, take treatment for them*
Anyone with excessive sleep paralysis should in no way lie upside down completely. If the sleeping person is lying upside down, blood clots form in his limbs, so that feeling is created.
But if it happens frequently and gives rise to physical or mental problems in the corner, then a doctor's advice must be taken. It would not be right to take such action without the advice of a doctor.
But yes, there is no risk of death even if breathing or limb movement is impaired for a certain period of time. So there is no need to worry about it.
Stay healthy, stay well, practice healthy living by following proper hygiene rules..
Thanks to all!!😍😍

ART
I have been inclined to draw since childhood. I would run there whenever there was a drawing competition. When everyone was busy fighting for time, I would be fascinated by other people's drawings. That is why most of the time nothing would happen in the competition. Books and prizes are now stored in my mother's darling collection. But what attracted me more than the competition is a huge colorful drawing platform. I noticed that everyone's drawing method is different, perspective is different. Although I haven't improved much, my vision and imagination have improved. Below I have given a picture I drew two days ago. Although it is not a very good picture, but who said that all pictures should be good!😝😝

Can you over-meditate??
**Meditation is a state just as waking or sleeping is a state.**
**Can we sleep too much? Yes. Can we stay awake too long? Yes.**
I feel that meditating early in the morning, starting with 15 or 20 minutes and eventually getting to one hour is good.
In the practice I do, there is another process called cleaning or evening rejuvenation which is another 15 to 30 minutes at the end of the day.
That is about an hour and a half a day.
**Most people will think that is crazy!**
Yes, you are right. It will seem crazy at first but if you stick with it you will become a very content crazy person! You will be crazy about meditation and it will be the very best part of your day.
If you are a beginner, take it a little at a time. Just know that it will take about 10 to 15 minutes just for the mind to settle down at first. Then you get into the meditative state. Try to stay in that state a little longer each day.
Now, if you are really into this meditation business, you most certainly can meditate more times in a day, however, limit your meditation to an hour at the most in one sitting. Then take a break, walk a bit or stretch. Then you can meditate again.
More is not better when it comes to meditation. It is better to practice maintaining that balanced state throughout your work or school day. This is the long term objective anyway - to eventually be in a meditative state of mind in all your conscious activities.
Here is a very simple practice to try:
**Morning (or anytime):**
Sit comfortably and relax.
Bring your awareness to your heart.
Make the thought that you are meditating on the source of light already present in the heart.
Feel it is attracting you inward.
If thoughts come - don't struggle with them. Gently return your awareness to the source of light in the heart and feel it is attracting you inwards.
*You don't have to imagine light. Just wait to feel what is there.*
**Evening Cleaning of Impressions:**
Sit comfortably and relax.
Make a determined thought just once that all the impressions from the days experiences are leaving you.
They are going out the back from the top of the head to the tailbone, in the form of smoke or vapor.
Then simply keep imagining the vapor leaving out the back for about 10 to 15 minutes.
You should feel a shift or settling. Gently shift your thought and feel a current of purity is descending into your heart filling it up. Do this for a few minutes.
*Remember, meditation isn't an extra job we're adding to our day - it will become the best time of day, something we can't wait to do.*
*Even if you can start with 5 or 10 minutes - try to do it each day, it will make a difference.*
Good meditating!

What are the top 21 ways to improve your SEO ranking??
Pursue these recommendations to improve your site design improvement (SEO) and watch your site rise the positions to the highest point of web crawler results.
**1. Distribute Relevant Content**
Laptop.Quality substance is the main driver of your web index rankings and there is not a viable alternative for incredible substance. Quality substance made explicitly for your planned client builds site traffic, which improves your site's position and significance. Adjust your web composing aptitudes.
**Catchphrases**
Recognize and focus on a particular watchword state for each page on your site. Consider how your peruser may scan for that particular page with inquiry terms like:
aces in building the executives
what is biomedical building?
title IX assets
Aurora Borealis
how to apply for grants?
application due date
Different Keyword Phrases
It is extremely hard for a site page to accomplish web search tool rankings for numerous catchphrase phrases—except if those expressions are fundamentally the same as. A solitary page might almost certainly rank for both "biomedical building occupations" and "biomedical designing vocations". Positioning for "understudy issues" and "dignitary of understudies" or "sexual orientation separation" and "savagery revealing methods" with a solitary page is improbable.
On the off chance that you need to rank for various watchwords phrases with your site, you should make a different site page for every catchphrase expression you are focusing on.
Setting Keywords
When your watchword expression is picked for a given page, think about these inquiries:
Would i be able to utilize part or the majority of the watchword expression in the page URL (by utilizing catchphrases in organizers)?
Would i be able to utilize part or the majority of the catchphrase expression in the page title?
Would i be able to utilize part or the majority of the watchword expression in page headings and subheadings?
Responding to yes to these inquiries can improve your internet searcher positioning. Be regular and easy to use, however. For example, you don't need "designing" to appear at least multiple times in the URL or have the expression Northern Lights rehashed in the page title and each heading. Clarity ease of use still trump site design improvement.
**Content**
Past page URL, title, and headings, content is most persuasive on internet searcher rankings. Rehash your catchphrase expression a few times all through the page—on more than one occasion in the opening and shutting sections, and two to four additional occasions all through the staying content.
Remember to utilize striking, italics, heading labels (particularly a H1), and different accentuation labels to feature these catchphrase phrases—yet don't try too hard. Despite everything you need your language and composing style to peruse normally. Never penance great composition for SEO. The best pages are composed for the client, not for the web crawler.
**2. Update Your Content Regularly**
You've most likely seen that we feel pretty emphatically about substance. Web crawlers do, as well. Normally refreshed substance is seen as probably the best pointer of a site's pertinence, so make sure to keep it new. Review your substance on a set timetable (semesterly for instance) and make refreshes as required.
**3. Metadata**
When planning your site, each page contains a space between the <head> labels to embed metadata, or data about the substance of your page. In the event that you have a CMS webpage initially created by the UMC web group will have pre-populated this information for you. Be that as it may, it is significant for you to audit and refresh Metadata as your site changes after some time.
**Title Metadata**
Title metadata is in charge of the page titles showed at the highest point of a program window and as the feature inside web crawler results. It is the most significant metadata on your page.
For those with a CMS site, the web group has built up a robotized framework for making the meta title for every page dependent on your page title. This adds to the significance of utilizing admirably considered page titles rich with catchphrase phrases.
**Portrayal Metadata**
Portrayal metadata is the literary depiction that a program may use in your page search return. Consider it your site's window show—a succinct and engaging portrayal of what is contained inside, with the objective of urging individuals to enter. A decent meta portrayal will commonly contain two full sentences. Web indexes may not generally utilize your meta depiction, yet it is critical to give them the choice.
**Catchphrase Metadata**
Catchphrase metadata is only every once in a long while used to organize web search tool rankings. Notwithstanding, you should definitely realize your watchword phrases, so it doesn't damage to include them into your catchphrase metadata. You'll need to incorporate an assortment of expressions. When in doubt, attempt to keep it to around 3-7 phrases with each expression comprising of 1-4 words. An extraordinary model would be "software engineering certificate."
**4. Have a connection commendable site**
Concentrate on making applicable connections inside the content. Rather than having "click here" joins, give composing a shot the name of the goal. "Snap here" has no web index an incentive past the appended URL, though "Michigan Tech Enterprise Program" is rich with catchphrases and will improve your web search tool rankings just as the positioning of the page you are connecting to. Continuously utilize expressive connections by connecting catchphrases—it improves site design improvement, yet additionally increases the value of your perusers, incorporating those with handicaps or who are utilizing screen perusers.
**5. Use alt labels**
Continuously portray your visual and video media utilizing alt labels, or elective content depictions. They permit web indexes to find your page, which is significant—particularly for the individuals who use content just programs or screen perusers.
These are just a couple of the numerous strategies for improving your web search tool positioning.

Knowledge is Power - 5 Bitcoin facts
The cryptocurrency market is relatively young, and with the recent surge in popularity of Bitcoin, it’s pretty fair to assume that many people have only just recently heard about the currency.
Whether your exposure to bitcoin is limited to a few news headlines, or you’ve been closely following its run for the past decade, here are some things you may not know about Bitcoin, the world’s biggest cryptocurrency.
**1. Bitcoin is Not Free to Use**
A big part of Bitcoin’s initial appeal was that it could transfer money anywhere in the world for little to no expense. And this used to be the case – the average Bitcoin transaction fee was less than $0.1 for much of its history.
However, with popularity, often comes more costs. And with Bitcoin’s rise in status means that transaction fees regularly surpass $5, and it peaked at $34 per transaction in December of 2019. Since that time, the cost has fallen to about $1, however, it’s still important that novices realise that while Bitcoin does remove a lot of the fees associated with a traditional banking system, it is by no means ‘free’.
**2. The Majority of Bitcoins Have Never Been Used**
Of the roughly 18 million coins that are currently in circulation, so far, 64% have never been used. Some of these are likely lost forever because of things like owners misplacing their wallet keys and will never be used.
So, although there are 21 million what will eventually be mined, the actual number in circulation is probably millions less than that.
**3. There are More than 1500 other cryptocurrencies**
Once Bitcoin was born, many other cryptocurrencies came to market in a relatively short period.
Many of these currencies are small and obscure, with little monetary value or practical purpose. However, some are a series of competitors that aim to solve some of Bitcoin’s shortcomings. For example, Ethereum is worth $90.6 billion.
The cryptocurrency market is young and evolving at an exponential rate, and while Bitcoin was the first, and will always hold the greatest market share, it’s not the only crypto in town anymore.
**4. Bitcoin Wallet Keys Are Integers from 1 to 10 to the power of 77**
To guess the private key of a Bitcoin wallet, we could have to spend years trying to crack the code. Speaking more precisely, 10 years to the power of 33, and it would require a lot of computing power.
Breaking someone’s private key is virtually impossible.
**5. Blockchain technology and Cryptocurrency Allow Anyone with a Computer the Ability to Solve a Problem**
Thanks to computing power as a means to harness a type of currency to manage many varieties of systems, it’s hard to believe it all began with Bitcoin. The initial draw and all the rage behind it were its decentralisation, and at the time, very minimal fees. Hence consumers save money.
Instantly, the idea of blockchain and cryptocurrency became a wide-scale potential fix for a multitude of systems and industries.
Bitcoin continues to revolutionise our lives. Supplementing your portfolio with Bitcoin
Anything that is worth it in life comes with a fair bit of risk. Risk is almost as certain as taxes. Money and finances are no different. When investing, you need to look for ways to manage your exposure to avoid suffering huge losses to capital.
**What is Portfolio Diversification**
Portfolio diversification is sometimes referred to as the seatbelt of portfolio investments. It’s that roll-bar across your lap on a rollercoaster that stops you from flying off the ride. Investors diversify their portfolios to reduce risk and “smooth out” the bumps in their investment journey. A broad diversification strategy will generally allow your returns to be more stable and diffuse the overall risk for an investor. This logic is especially important with the current coronavirus pandemic, which has caused many markets to act in a volatile manner.
**Time and Correlation**
These two phrases are the most essential elements of portfolio diversification. Money invested for short term goals should be invested differently than funds reserved for long term goals. In general, a longer time frame allows you to take more risks with your investments.
The second part of the equation is correlation, which refers to the degree to which your investments move in tandem. If your entire portfolio is geared towards a specific type of stock or cryptocurrency, and hence it all moves in the same direction when certain shocks occur in the market, then your portfolio is not diversified.
The most basic form of allocation between this is stocks and bonds. However, there are various ways to add complexity to a portfolio, such as investing broad, mixing mutual funds and exchange-traded funds (ETF’s), or varying the company size and type you invest in.
**Types of Risk**
There are two types of risk when it comes to investing. Systematic risk cannot be diversified and must be accepted by investors no matter what industry or stock they choose to invest in. This risk is due to exchange rates, uncertainties, natural calamity, and inflation.
Unsystematic risk is the one that can be reduced by diversifying a portfolio, so when we talk about reducing risk, it is this type of risk we are referring to.
**Cryptocurrency and Bitcoin**
Moreover, with cryptocurrency generally behaving oppositely to the traditional stock market, adding cryptocurrency like Bitcoin to your portfolio is a clever way of diversifying and spreading the risk.
The Modern Portfolio Theory, which is one of the most widely used models in the financial industry for portfolio diversification, makes two important assumptions:
1. Investors are risk-averse, preferring a portfolio with a higher return for a given level of risk
2. Risk can be reduced through diversification
An example of diversified risk with Bitcoin added to the portfolio showed an increase of 1.3% to portfolio return with no change in volatility risk.
The reason for this higher return lies in the low correlation of Bitcoin compared to other asset classes, which moves the efficiency of the portfolio to a greater level.
Bitcoin also holds several benefits that make it a great asset class for investment. Its underlying technology, the blockchain, provides a secure platform that is undeniably solid, cannot be hacked, and cannot be traced. Secondly, the decentralisation of Bitcoin as a currency is the main reason which allows the coins to be exchanged without any central authority. Centralisation has a lot of issues like complex money transfer processes and intermediary charges, all of which are done away with, with the advent of Bitcoin.
**The Bottom Line**
When considering whether to add Bitcoin as a means of diversifying your portfolio, the answer is… maybe. It depends on your risk tolerance capacity, the amount of investment, and your present portfolio landscape. If you are looking to add more stability, then Bitcoin may not be for you, although as we have discussed, because of its lack of correlation with other markets, it may help to reduce the overall risk exposure of your portfolio.
To maintain the risk profile of your diversified portfolio, it needs to be rebalanced annually, but most preferably quarterly.
Thanks all!😍😍😍

Becoming Your Own Boss
The outbreak of the coronavirus in 2020 has put many people around the world out of work. Companies have been cutting hundreds of thousands of jobs as COVID-19 continues to overwhelm the economy.
The biggest rise in unemployment has been seen amongst young people – the number of people aged between 16 and 24 without work has risen by 76 000 in the UK alone over the past year.
This is because young people are more likely to be employed in hospitality industries such as hotels, restaurants, and tourism. Jobs and industries like these have been particularly hard hit by the lockdown and quarantine restrictions put in place by governments across the globe.
Most economists expect unemployment to continue to rise over the last quarter of the year. In an optimistic scenario, unemployment rates will come back to baseline in 2022, in less optimistic scenarios, unemployment rates may only peak in 2021 and will still be above pre-crisis levels in 2024.
**Becoming Your Own Boss**
The self-employed lifestyle is much more similar to how humans were designed. We just do what we want to do, when we need to do it. We lived in a flexible work fabric – fishing, berry picking. Only recently we have become cogs in the wheels of larger corporations.
Becoming a corporation of one means you are the worker, owner, and shareholder of your own life and business. Personal finance and Bitcoin may be a lot more similar than you had first imagined.
Developers are using the technology behind Bitcoin to create a parallel financial system. It’s the first time we’ve had truly digital assets. Before Bitcoin, sending a document over the internet meant sending a copy, whereby both the sender and receiver each held a copy of the file. Bitcoin is the first truly digital transfer, and once a Bitcoin is sent from one person to another, you can be sure that there is no copy to be found.
This has allowed us to create an internet of money. Logging onto PayPal or online banking is not truly digital, but rather a digital veneer that grew out of physical money.
But what’s the most amazing thing about Bitcoin? There was no company behind it. No multinational corporation calling the shots. The users helped grow Bitcoin to a market capital value of more than $100 million. How were they motivated to do so? By the design of the software itself.
In the future, experts predict that many more services will come to us through leaderless, userless networks with a crypto asset at the center that incentivises behaviour on that network.
One day, you’ll be able to monetise assets you can’t monetise right now. Air miles, the time and attention you give to an ad, disk storage or idle compute cycles on your laptop while you sleep could all provide income for you in the future and allow you to be your boss.
The first step, though, is Bitcoin.
**Mirror Trading International’s referrals programme**
MTI offers an optional referral system, where the company rewards members for marketing the opportunity for others to make money with Bitcoin trading. Anyone who successfully refers to another person to the MTI network receives a 10% commission on that person’s initial investment. http://www.mirrortradinginternational.co.za/
If you continue in this vein and build a team, you can earn additional bonuses from the company through a binary system. This opportunity has changed people’s lives. You can pay school fees, monthly expenses, and make purchases you could’ve only dreamed of before, all without working for someone else.
You can start to benefit from this opportunity by becoming a member. Of course, fluctuations are expected as with any stock or trading project, but as the price of Bitcoin rises, you will be perfectly positioned to take advantage of it.
Thank you!😍

**Start Off Conversations**
Do the influencers pose concerns regarding their followers? Don’t feel ashamed of getting in on your own feelings.
Mind to live online be polite. You reflect your brand in any single statement or message.
Again – Don’t annoy your followers. Otherwise, you will begin to lose your online audience.
Carry on interactions then. During such discussions, when you decide how to advertise your site, you can find opportunities to share your material.
**Sharing Is Caring**
Don’t worry about any post about your own stuff. Alternatively, post the news with your fans and influencers and useful tools.
Sharing this information would inform the followers that you are willing to support to decide how useful information can be selected.
Although your own content doesn’t necessarily benefit from this, it does help your name. Now your followers should accept you as a useful resource.
**Get your hashtags and learn your networks**
There is a long way to go with a little science.
Understanding how to use hashtags to advertise your blog will further grow your reach.
Next, create a list of the hashtags important to your business. Goal five to eight.
Then, decide the unique hashtags for each blog entry. If you are preparing posts in advance, you can save a lot of time getting this chart handy.
Just make sure to catch up with the latest news on social media.
For each social media platform, do not copy and paste the same snippet.
Instead, each account must have different strategies. This refers to hashtags, influencers, and even to the sharer’s list also.
Your social networking automation app (such as Sked Social!) will help you curate the caption for any social network site and you don’t have to hashtag when you don’t have to.

Education!!Why its so necessary for us??
There are many different understandings and definitions of what education is, but one thing can be universally agreed upon, which is the importance of education — and here’s why.
**1. Provides Stability**
Education provides stability in life, and it’s something that no one can ever take away from you. By being well-educated and holding a college degree, you increase your chances for better career opportunities and open up new doors for yourself.
**2. Provides Financial Security**
On top of stability, education also provides financial security, especially in today’s society. A good education tends to lead to a higher paying job, as well as provide you with the skills needed to get there.
**3. Needed For Equality**
In order for the entire world to really become equal, it needs to start with education. If everyone was provided with the same opportunities to education ,then there would be less gaps between social classes. Everyone would be able to have an equal chance at higher paying jobs — not just those that are already well-off. https://www.uopeople.edu/blog/all-of-your-options-for-going-to-college-for-free/
**4. Allows For Self-Dependency**
The importance of education is evident when it comes to being self-dependent. If we are we educated, then it’s something that belongs to us, and only us, allowing us to rely on no one else other than ourselves. It can allow you to not only be financially independent, but also to make your own choices.
**5. Make Your Dreams Come True**
If you can dream it, you can achieve it. An education is the most powerful weapon you can possibly have, and with it, you can make all of your dreams come true. There are of course certain exceptions, depending on what you’re aiming for, but generally an education will take you as far as you’re willing to go.
**6. A Safer World**
Education is something that’s not only needed on a personal level, but also on a global level, as it’s something that keeps our world safe and makes it a more peaceful place. Education tends to teach people the difference between right and wrong, and can help people stay out of risky situations.
**7. Confidence**
Being self-confident is a major part of being successful in life. And what better way to gain that confidence than with an education? Your level of education is often considered a way to prove your knowledge, and it can give you the confidence to express your opinions and speak your mind.
**8. A Part Of Society**
In today’s society, having an education is considered a vital part of being accepted by those around you. Having an education is believed to make you a useful part of society, and can make you feel like a contributing member as well.
**9. Economic Growth On A National Level**
An educated society is crucial for economic growth. We need people to continue to learn and research in order to constantly stay innovative.Countires with higher literacy rates also tend to be in better economic situations. With a more educated population, more employment opportunities are opened.
**10. Can Protect You**
Education can protect you more than you know, not only on a financial level, but it can help prevent you from being taken advantage of by knowing how to read and write, such as knowing not to sign any bogus documents.

What is ETH, and how does ETH work??
First of all, Ethereum is a system, which means it is not controlled by any single governing entity. An absolute majority of online services, businesses and enterprises are built on a centralized system of governance. This approach has been used for hundreds of years, and while history proved time and time again that it’s flawed, its implementation is still necessary when the parties don’t trust each other.
A centralized approach means single-entity control, but it also means a single point of failure, which makes apps and online-servers utilizing this system extremely vulnerable to hacker attacks and even power outages. Moreover, most social networks and other online servers require users to provide at least some degree of personal information, which is then stored on their servers. From there, it can be easily stolen by the company itself, its rogue workers or hackers.
Ethereum, being a decentralized system, is fully autonomous and is not controlled by anyone at all. It has no central point of failure, as it is being run from thousands of volunteers’ computers around the globe, which means it can never go offline. Moreover, users’ personal information stays on their own computers, while content, such as apps, videos, etc., stays in full control of its creators without having to obey by the rules imposed by hosting services such as App Store and YouTube.
Secondly, it is important to understand that even though constantly compared to each other, Ethereum and Bitcoin are two completely different projects with entirely different goals. Bitcoin is the first ever cryptocurrency and a money-transfer system, built on and supported by a distributed public ledger technology called the Blockchain.
Ethereum took the technology behind Bitcoin and substantially expanded its capabilities. It is a whole network, with its own Internet browser, coding language and payment system. Most importantly, it enables users to create decentralized applications on Ethereum’s Blockchain.
Those applications can either be entirely new ideas or decentralized reworks of already existing concepts. This essentially cuts out the middleman and all the expenses associated with the involvement of a third party. For example, the only profit that comes from users ‘liking’ and ‘sharing’ their favorite musician’s posts on Facebook is generated from an advertisement placed on their page and it goes directly to Facebook. In an Ethereum version of such social network, both the artists and the audience would receive awards for positive communication and support. Similarly, In a decentralized version of Kickstarter, you won’t be getting just some artifact for your contribution to the company, you will be receiving a part of the company’s future profits. Finally, Ethereum-based applications will remove all sorts of payments to third parties for fascinating any kind of services.
In short, Ethereum is a public, open-source, Blockchain-based distributed software platform that allows developers to build and deploy decentralized applications.
As it was mentioned before, Ethereum is a decentralized system, which means it utilizes a peer-to-peer approach. Every single interaction happens between and is supported only by the users taking part in it, with no controlling authority being involved.
The entire Ethereum system is supported by a global system of so-called ‘nodes.’ Nodes are volunteers who download the entire Ethereum’s Blockchain to their desktops and fully enforce all the consensus rules of the system, keeping the network honest and receiving rewards in return.
Those consensus rules, as well as numerous other aspects of the network, are dictated by ‘smart contracts.’ Those are designed to automatically perform transactions and other specific actions within the network with parties that you don’t necessarily trust. The terms for both parties to fulfill are pre-programmed into the contract. The completion of these terms then triggers a transaction or any other specific action. Many people believe that smart contracts are the future and will eventually replace all other contractual agreements, as the implementation of smart contracts provides security that is superior to traditional contract law, reduce transaction costs associated with contracting and establish trust between two parties.
Moreover, the system also provides its users with the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), which essentially serves as a runtime environment for smart contracts based on Ethereum. It provides users with security to execute an untrusted code while ensuring that the programs don’t interfere with each other. EVM is completely isolated from the main Ethereum network, which makes it a perfect sandbox-tool for testing and improving smart contracts.
The platform also provides a cryptocurrency token called ‘Ether.’
**How ethereum was created?**
In late 2013, Vitalik Buterin described his idea in a white paper, which he sent out to a few of his friends, who in turn sent it out further. As a result, about 30 people reached out to Vitalik to discuss the concept. He was waiting for critical reviews and people pointing out critical mistakes in the concept, but it never happened.
The project was publicly announcd in January 2014, with the core team consisting of Vitalik Buterin, Mihai Alisie, Anthony Di Iorio, Charles Hoskinson, Joe Lubin and Gavin Wood. Buterin also presented Ethereum on stage at a Bitcoin conference in Miami, and just a few months later the team decided to hold a crowdsale of Ether, the native token of the network, to fund the development.
**Is it a cryptocurrency?**
By definition, Ethereum is a software platform that aims to act as a decentralized Internet as well as a decentralized app store. A system like this needs a currency to pay for the computational resources required to run an application or a program. This is where ‘Ether’ comes into play.
Ether is a digital bearer asset and it doesn’t require a third party to process the payment. However, it doesn’t only operate as a digital currency, it also acts as ‘fuel’ for the decentralized apps within the network. If a user wants to change something in one of the apps within Ethereum, they need to pay a transaction fee so that the network can process the change.
The transaction fees are automatically calculated based on how much ‘gas’ an action requires. The amount of required fuel is calculated based on how much computing power is necessary and how long it will take to run.
**Is Ethereum like Bitcoin?**
Ethereum and Bitcoin might be somehow similar when it comes to the cryptocurrency aspect, but the reality is that they are two completely different projects with completely different goals. While Bitcoin has established itself as a relatively stable and the most successful cryptocurrency to date, Ethereum is a multipurpose platform with its digital currency Ether being just a component of its smart contract applications.
Even when comparing the cryptocurrency aspect, the two projects appear to be vastly different. For instance, Bitcoin has a hard cap of 21 mln Bitcoins that can ever be created, while a potential supply of Ether can be practically endless. Moreover, Bitcoin’s average block mining time is 10 minutes, whereas Ethereum’s aims to be no more than 12 seconds, which means quicker confirmations.
Another major difference is that these days successful Bitcoin mining requires tremendous amounts of computing power and electricity and is only possible if using industrial-scale mining farms. On the other hand, Ethereum’s proof-of-work algorithm encourages decentralized mining by individuals.
Perhaps the most important difference between the two projects is that Ethereum’s internal code is Turing complete, which means that literally everything can be calculated as long as there is enough computing power and time to do so. Bitcoin doesn’t have this capability. While a Touring complete code provides Ethereum users with practically limitless possibilities, its complexity also means potential security complications.
**How Ethereum works?**
As it was mentioned before, Ethereum is based on Bitcoin’s protocol and its Blockchain design but is tweaked so that applications beyond money systems can be supported. The two Blockchains’ only similarity is that they store entire transaction histories of their respective networks, but Ethereum’s Blockchain does a lot more than that. Besides the history of transactions, every node on Ethereum network also needs to download the most recent state, or the current information, of each smart contract within the network, every user’s balance and all the smart contract code and where it’s stored.
Essentially, the Ethereum Blockchain can be described as a transaction-based state machine. When it comes to computer science, a state machine is defined as something capable of reading a series of inputs and transitioning to a new state based on those inputs. When transactions are executed, the machine transitions into another state.
Every state of Ethereum consists of millions of transactions. Those transactions are grouped to form ‘blocks,’ with each and every block being chained together with its previous blocks. But before the transaction can be added to the ledger, it needs to be validated, that goes through a process called mining.
Mining is a process when a group of nodes apply their computing power to completing a ‘proof of work’ challenge, which is essentially a mathematical puzzle. The more powerful their computer is, the quicker it can solve the puzzle. An answer to this puzzle is in itself a proof of work, and it guarantees the validity of a block.
A lot of miners around the world are competing with each other in an attempt to create and validate a block, as every time a miner proves a block new Ether tokens are generated and awarded to said miner. Miners are a backbone of the Ethereum network, as they not only confirm and validate transactions and any other operations within the network but also generate new tokens of the network’s currency.
**What can Ethereum be used for?**
First and foremost, Ethereum allows developers to build and deploy decentralized applications. Moreover, any centralized services can be decentralized using the Ethereum platform. The potential of Ethereum platform for building apps not limited by anything other than the creators’ creativity.
Decentralized applications have a potential of changing the relationship between companies and their audiences completely. These days there are a lot of services that charge commission fees for simply providing an escrow service and a platform for users to trade goods and services. On the other hand, Ethereum’s Blockchain’s can enable customers to trace the origins of product they’re buying, while the implementation of smart contracts can ensure safe and fast trading for both parties without any intermediary.
The Blockchain technology itself has a potential of revolutionizing web-based services as well as industries with long-established contractual practices. For example, an insurance industry in the US possesses more than $7 bln inclined life insurance money, which can be redistributed fairly and transparently using Blockchain. Moreover, with the implementation of smart contracts, clients can be able to simply submit their insurance claim online and receive an instant automatic payout, considering that their claim met all the required criteria.
Essentially, the Ethereum Blockchain is capable of bringing its core principles - trust, transparency, security and efficiency - into any service, business or an industry.
Ethereum can also be used to create Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAO), which operate completely transparently and independently of any intervention, with no single leader. DAOs are run by programming code and a collection of smart contracts written on the Blockchain. It is designed to eliminate the need for a person or a group of people in complete and centralized control of an organization.
DAOs are owned by people who purchased tokens. However, the amount of purchased tokens doesn’t equate equity shares and ownership. Instead, tokens are contributions that provide people with voting rights.
**Advantages of Ethereum:**
Ethereum platform benefits from all the properties of the Blockchain technology that it runs on. It is completely immune to any third party interventions, which means that all the decentralized apps and DAOs deployed within the network can’t be controlled by anyone at all.
Any Blockchain network is formed around a principle of consensus, meaning that all the nodes within the system need to agree on every change made within it. This eliminates possibilities of fraud, corruption and makes the network tamper-proof.
The whole platform is decentralized, which means there is no possible single point of failure. Hence, all the apps will always stay online and never switch off. Moreover, the decentralized nature and cryptographic security make the Ethereum network well protected against possible hacking attacks and fraudulent activities.
THANK YOU ALL!😍
Which one is a better investment, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, or Ripple??
*Who will win the fight? Ryu, Ken, Mega Man or the Shovel Knight?*
Imagine each coin represents a popular video game fighter.
Bitcoin is **Ryu** who is well rounded and respected.
Litecoin is **Ken** similar to Ryu but different enough that he can surprise you.
Ethereum is **Mega Man** he can take on all sorts of abilities and roles.
Ripple is **Shovel Knight** to him the whole world needs a shovel and if it does he’s highly effective.
**Bitcoin**
It was the first of it’s kind has a lot of fans. It is highly secure and decentralized. However, it has scalability issues and it’s transaction take a little too long. Regardless, if you believe in network effects (and I certainly do) then it is the most powerful cryptocurrency just as Ryu is the most powerful fighter.
**Litecoin**
Litecoin is like Ken; the little brother to Bitcoin. It’s code is based on Bitcoin and for the most part it does the same things. It’s weakness is that it’s network effect is not as strong but it implements new technology more often than Bitcoin and it is easier to mine and more scalable with much faster transactions.
**Ethereum**
Ethereum is designed as a smart contract platform; it has a few things in common with Bitcoin and Litecoin but for the most part is nothing like the rest. It is still decentralized and mined using a Proof of Work algorithm like Bitcoin and Litecoin. However, it is not designed to be a payment system; instead it is set up for making tokens, smart contracts and NFT’s. In fact, a large portion of the whole cryptocurrency ecosystem runs on this network.
**Ripple**
Ripple is the company that owns the coin XRP. XRP is premined and is not minting or mining any new coins. It is not decentralized like Bitcoin or Ethereum but it is more scalable. Most of all it is made for remittances and is set up so that banks can do wire transfers faster and more efficiently. It has one main mission; help banks send remittances faster and cheaper than the old SWIFT system.
**My Thoughts**
I think most of these coins are useful and worth holding.
I am not a fan of Ripple because I worry that other banks like JP Morgan will just come up with their own blockchain remittance system and skip XRP altogether. However, if they are able to get a significant amount of banks using XRP (and it could even be small country banks) then XRP will have long term intrinsic value. So, I think holding a small amount of XRP is not unreasonable just in case they are able to make the right partnerships.
I like Bitcoin and Litecoin because they are both decentralized, trustless and open. I feel that both Bitcoin and Litecoin have proven themselves as stores of value but Bitcoin is a better way to store value. Litecoin has more exciting new technologies like Mimble Wimble being implemented. Because Bitcoin is a better store of value I think it’s better to hold more Bitcoin than Litecoin but Litecoin is still worth holding.
Ethereum in many ways is the most exciting of the four projects. It has many different smart contracts and potentially some real killer apps running on it too. Between the Brave Browser, the Defi movement and ICO’s Ethereum has proven it has many uses. However, Ethereum also has scaling issues like Bitcoin and it has even more competitors. I can see projects like Cardano and Casper stealing Ether’s lunch money if they don’t upgrade soon.
**Conclusion**
Don’t pick one just buy all four. I would put 50% into Bitcoin because it has proven it’s here to stay and another 20% into Litecoin as well. I would then put 25% into Ether and 5% into XRP. You can easily buy all four cryptos with fiat currency at OKEx.. there is no reason to go all in. But if I had to go all in I would choose Bitcoin.
Thanks for your valuable time😍

What are the blockchain types??
Blockchain can be referred to growing listing of documents, called blocks, that are linked using cryptography. Each block refers to the former block and collectively produce the blockchain. Blockchain is known as ‘Distributed Ledger Technology' (DLT), as it works upon the system which keeps a replica of an existing ledger of the transaction at numerous places as Blockchain document timestamps couldn't be tampered with timestamps of files, so practically rendering it tamperproof and fool-proof in safety.
**Major types of Blockchain**
Namely, there are major three types of Blockchain in use in today’s time which are
**1)Public Blockchains**
A Blockchain network which is based upon permission-less distributed ledger technology where anyone can join and do transaction can be said as Public Blockchain system. Such a system is where anyone with an internet connection can join and access the Public Blockchain network. There are many cryptocurrencies which come under this form of Blockchain.
**Advantages and disadvantages**
Being an open network, anyone can join such networks, also it brings transparency among users over the given network as any available data is present to be scrutinized if wanted by any user. Such Public blockchain requires no intermediaries to work. One of the most glaring shortcomings of Public Blockchain networks is that they suffer from lack of transaction speed, as in many instances it might take minutes to complete a transaction. Another thing is that over many instances that had been issues of scalability. That is the greater number of users get joined over a particular network, the slower it becomes. Although there had been attempts to sort this issue out.
**Examples**
Bitcoin
Ethereum
**2)Private Blockchains**
A Blockchain network which is being controlled by an entity and works in a closed restrictive mechanism can be called as Private Blockchain. Such Blockchains are best suited for private entities such as corporates which might use it effectively to allow only a few selected participants to access the network. Over such a network different parameters can be set which might include accessibility and authorization.
The base of such Private Blockchain networks can be said as decentralized in nature where one authority looks after it is contrary to Public Blockchain networks which are purely decentralized in nature.
**Advantages and disadvantages**
Due to a lesser number of participants, these Private Blockchain networks are extremely fast as compared to their Public Blockchain counterparts, which ultimately makes is faster transactions. Again, due to a lesser number of users here scalability is not an issue, apart from that being centralized nullifies the slowing down of network if the number of users grow. One of the biggest drawbacks of Private Blockchains is that they are not truly decentralized which contradicts the very philosophy of distributed ledger technology, which is Blockchain.
**Examples**
Hyperledger
R3 Corda
**3)Consortium Blockchains**
Due to various shortcomings of Public and Private based Blockchain respectively, there had been initiatives from various firms to work upon such a network system, which would combine the qualities of both Public and Private Blockchain systems. In such a Consortium based Blockchain system, there are some aspects that are public and some of them are kept private to suit the needs of the organization. It may be said that in the Consortium Blockchain system the features like transparency, privacy, and efficiency are more efficiently tuned where there is more than one party that consolidates the power.
**Advantages and disadvantages**
Being having features of both Public and Private Blockchain systems, it offers better control over resources and custom features. These Blockchain systems offer better scalability and security. Along with that it is more efficient and works well with well-defined governance structures. Being less transparent and it is also much less anonymous compared to other Blockchain which makes it disadvantaged to some extent.
**Examples**
R3
IBM Blockchain
**Blockchains uses in various sectors**
**Monitoring of supply chains** –When it comes to monitoring of supply chains, none comes as handy as blockchains come to it. By eliminating paper trails blockchains had been doing a wonderful job to pinpoint various inefficiencies within the supply chains, as well as locate products in real-time. Apart from that blockchains for monitoring of supply chains, allows businesses as well as consumers to see how products performed from a quality control perspective in various time frames.
**Payment processing and money transfers**
With the advent of blockchains, the financial transactions which used to take 7 days to 24 hours, now can be processed in a matter of a few seconds. Thereby blockchains for financial transactions came as a boon for digital currency dealings.
**Retail and loyalty reward programs**
Blockchain can also be used as a peer to peer distributed ledger technology that provides a shared, immutable and transparent register of all actions. It is secured using cryptographic primitives such as hash function, digital signature, and encryption, hence blockchains for data sharing will be the trend in the coming time.
**Data sharing**
Blockchain can also be used as a peer to peer distributed ledger technology that provides a shared, immutable and transparent register of all actions. It is secured using cryptographic primitives such as hash function, digital signature, and encryption, hence blockchains for data sharing will be the trend in the coming time. Many IT giants are developing innovative Blockchain-based solutions and Rejolut is one of them to provide customized solutions according to the needs of their clients. https://rejolut.com/

Is telepathy really possible??
It will be discussed in details today. Quite an interesting topic! Moreover, I myself am interested in it. Let's know what telepathy is☺️
The word telepathy refers to distance and patho comes from pathos or pathoya which means roughly feeling..Telepathy is the process of connecting with someone else's mind without any direct contact. It was first introduced in 182 by Frederick W. H. Meyers.
Most scholars refer to telepathy as a paranormal phenomenon. It is basically Pseudoscience, which means it is a subject that has both existential science and spiritual field. However, science has not yet come to a definite conclusion about this. So this is a controversial issue. Many also call it Thought Reading. Thought reading is basically a process of understanding the thoughts from the mouth by performing human muscles so that the skill is great.
Again, many find the addition of ESP power with telepathy. That is a much broader matter.
Anyway, let's get to the point.. the answer, yes, telepathy is possible. It is even said that everyone has some of these abilities. What is commonly thought of as the process of telepathy -
Sit quietly, close your eyes and remember the picture of the person you want to contact. Stay focused and send messages to her.
I don't know how it works but that is what is caught. Meditation improves telepathy to some extent. Spiritual matter is the first level of sapper.
Attempts are currently being made to make telepathy possible in modern ways. Trying to do this by connecting electrodes to brain cells, identifying the stimuli in both brains.
Having said that, psychologists have given some signs to test whether telepathy has any power, let me share them.
The feeling of trinity
Decreased feeling bad towards others
Increase interest in spiritual matters
Increased hearing
Dreaming according to my thoughts (I often do)
Feeling something will happen
Increase interest in new ones from old friends
Seeing the point of light in the corner of the eye (if this happens it is assumed that this power is speeding up)
In fact, there is no end to the discussion of telepathy. But it is limited to some extent due to lack of proper scientific evidence. However, most experts are of the opinion that it exists.
Who knows maybe you/me 😝this power is hidden within us! 😅
Komawoo!😍

Have you learned most important lesson in your life??
You must always strive to get the maximum benefit from the time That is, to make the best use of time..
Everyone lives life, but not everyone's time is worth it The value of a rickshaw puller's time and the value of a prime minister's time are not equal That is why, to save the Prime Minister ten to fifteen minutes, any road in the city is completely emptied and the traffic on that road is stopped; Because, the Prime Minister will go through this road As a result, ordinary people have to wait for an hour or more to get on the road So, 10-15 minutes of PM is more valuable than 1-2 hours of common people
How valuable your time will be depends on how much you value yourself Of course, you have to try to make yourself valuable And the prerequisite for that effort is, To work for the maximum advantage of time. You just have to be more discriminating with the help you render toward other people. To give another example, the value of a rickshaw puller and a doctor's time is not the same We actually see it Riksawala one month's income A doctor is eligible to earn in one day So, you can see the gap Why this wide gap? Because to find out, let's see how they used their time. Of course, remember that not wasting time and making the best use of time is not the same thing And I'm talking about the maximum use of time here Because he is a rickshaw puller but he did not waste his time He did not waste his time lying down, laughing and playing Instead, he has been working harder than a doctor, driving a rickshaw since he was a child. However, he failed to make the best use of time If he had studied, he might have used it properly, although he may not have had the environment and consistency to study. One thing should be clear, the best use of time means that everyone should be educated and become a doctor / engineer / barrister, there is no such thing. Your success may not be in your hands, but the 'maximum effort' is in your hands So, that's all you have to do And, of course, in the right way
Everyone is heard to say that life is worth more than time But, how much more? - Have you considered that? If you give an example, you will understand that Suppose you cross the road Waiting for the signal; Because life is worth more than time You are waiting, the road will be empty, then you will cross If you wait 1 minute there, one minute is lost from your life If you wait 5 minutes, you lose 6 minutes Now, suppose you waited there for an hour / a month / a year But, a month or a year is lost from your life! Although there is no need to wait so long to cross the road But, by the way, from childhood to middle age in the city, he has spent about 70 to 80 hours of his life just crossing the road at different times of his life!
Now imagine a road, a road that gets a signal once in forty years and people cross it safely and that road is so dangerous that it is impossible to cross without a signal! Now if you have to cross this road, you have to wait forty years! Which do you do in this situation?
Wait forty years? Or
Will you cross the road at the risk of your life?
Do you still think, "Life is worth more than time?" [Warning: I'm not risking my life to cross the road Of course, everyone will cross the road according to the rules.] I wanted to show you how our calculation is when the number of times is a little bigger. Because, in two or four minutes, we do not hesitate to neglect But, when these two four minutes turn into two four hours / months / years, I want to explain what it looks like. And this is exactly what is happening in reality!
That said, to give you this feeling that life is precious; Although the price of the thing or product may be more or less.
Time is a part of life, no matter how small, no matter how short the moment
If you waste a moment, it means that the moment is lost from your life forever To give another example,
Suppose, your life is the sum of one crore moments You lost a moment, you lost 0.00001% of your life! If you lose a hundred moments, you lose 0.001% of your life! Again, suppose someone wants to hire you for a lifetime and pay you a penny for every moment. Then you have earned one crore rupees all your life But, if you were paid one crore rupees in advance, and your life was demanded in return, would you ever want to pay it? However, your achievement was the same in both cases - one crore rupees! Rather, in the first case, the money is getting a lifetime (say, for 60 years), and in the second case, the money is in the hands overnight. So, isn't the second one profitable? Then why not like the second? If you can give this answer, you will understand that in reality, life is ending in this way by wasting time
If all time is taken away from human life, then life has no value Here is another example:
Suppose you are past the age of childhood and adolescence and are now eighty years old But, what if someone is told, "You won't get adolescence and youth." That is, you will go straight from childhood to old age! Would you accept that? What's left of life! - That's what you say, isn't it? If you snatch the time from your life, there's nothing left in your life like this ৷ but no one will come to snatch your time, unless you throw the time into the water or mix it with the ground. Den: You have wasted your time from childhood to youth and from youth to old age, you have just wasted your entire youth! Would you ever want such a life?
Personally, I don't regret anything as much as I do if I ever waste time! By the time I wrote this much, I had wasted more than two hours! I don't know if it will be of any use to anyone If it doesn't work, this time of mine will be wasted
Good night my all RC mates..See ya tomorrow❤
Real Happiness
Money, Power & Fame don't lead to happiness. Infact they lead to insecurity, greed & anxiety. This means they lead to **UNHAPPINESS**!
So let's talk about Real Happiness! I am really happy when
Booming & **Contended** from inside.
There are no pressures, no timelines.
I do something as I want to do it. I don't have any ulterior motive.
I do something without any expectations.
I think the best activity which would help realise happiness is in **EXPLORING THE WORLD.**
Learn New Skills
Explore New Places
Invest in True Relationships
Let your purpose / calling find you
People who feel that they are wanted, have people around them who care for them, are aligned to a purpose live

*Its so cute na that lil lil baby ducklings always follwing theirs mother..soo lovely moment☺️😍Upon opening their eyes to the world, baby ducklings instantly identify the first thing they see as their mother. This "imprinting" as it's known, helps them establish their identity, form a bond, and follow a leader—and once they start following, they don't stop.*

My Mandala Art (Part-1)
Actually the mandala is a centering space for the self and the soul an art therapy tool for making order out of disorder..
It represents wholeness, a cosmic diagram reminding us of our relation to infinity, extending beyond and within our bodies and minds. Mandalas are circular designs symbolizing the notion that life is never ending.
Anyway here is mines..check it out🙂
