I got a client for making a business logo. She liked and approved my logo proposal. She sent me already the payment via paypal and my account is just new. Now, there's a notification on my account that the money is on hold. Is it normal for a new account? Please advise lovely Noisers. Thanks in advance.

Congratulations I think should be normal
It's normal because the person made a business payment, just to make sure that he's getting the product. Talk to him to confirm that he received the product/logo. In the future I recommend you to use a different method of payment instead of PayPal, because in your case if the customer pays you with PayPal as a business payment and says after you deliver the product that he did not receive the product, he will get his money back, and you will lose. If you still want to use PayPal ask the customer to chose the option "send money to family or friends", payment will go straight in your account and at the same same time he can't ask for money back so he can't trick you.
